They helped me select a new pair of glasses that matched the style that I wanted and fit within my budget. Based on the eyewear that I saw and tried on, the store mainly carries brands owned by Luxottica. I was able to pick up the frames and prescription lenses in less than a week. The optician did a great job of adjusting and fitting the glasses. Overall, Ola Optical is a great place to buy a pair of glasses that look great and fit your budget.

I needed a new pair of reading glasses, but decided to splurge and get a very slim, sleek, and lightweight pair, hopefully, in my favorite color! Sometimes, it can be a challenge to find all my "must-haves!" My current pair had a dark color on the inside rim, and I found it distracted my peripheral vision. I wasn't wearing them, and was hoping to salvage the lens. I fell in love with this ultra-lightweight titanic design from Charmant, a Japanese brand. The bonus? They were purple, and William was able to save me $$$ by inserting my current lens! I also appreciated that William worked with my budget! The glasses would take about one week, but they were ready in two days! I absolutely love them, and more importantly, I am using them!

I usually settle on a frame and leave with a lighter wallet. I end up with something I like, but definitely not something I love. If this hasn't happened to you, then that's great - good for you! But that has been my experience countless times at other optical stores. But then I found Pearle Vision. What an amazing experience, every time! I can't get over how well Sal and Suzanne jive together. They are such a great team and it makes me happy to be a part of it, even just for a little while. It just so happens that every time I go in, it's them two. I'm sure the other people working there are amazing too. Suzanne's wonderful with glasses. She helped me find the right frames without any problems or second guessing. Just a little FYI - I second guess a lot of things but her frame suggestion wasn't one of them. When I go to get new frames or contacts, there's usually a promotion going on which helps if my insurance doesn't kick in the same year. This Peale Vision has a lot of great frames to choose from including the affordable brands and the not so affordable brands. You might read this and feel like I'm being too positive or perky. Truth be told, I sat there while Suzanne was filling out my insurance direct pay and thought whether or not they've been rated on Yelp. I saw there wasn't anything for this location and felt like they deserved to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. This shop carries some name brand frames, but this is just something it also does. It main strength is professional services. The store owners are a couple who are both licensed opticians. I usually start from deciding on a pair of frame. After this, the magic begins. The optician patiently observes how a frame sits on my face, uses a machine to measure the eye focal points, marks the focal points on lens. These markings ensure that I can see well when I wear the eyeglasses. When I pick up the frame, the optician carefully adjusts the nose piece and ear arms to ensure the focal points match my eyes. I can tell you that you cannot get this level of professional optical services from a salesperson. They also offer minor after sales services such as readjusting the ear arms, replacing the nose shoes, for free. The shop carries both famous and unknown lens. It carries both designer label and unknown frames. Their pricing on both frames and lens are competitive.

I keep coming back because of the amazing customer service from the two owners. They're always helpful, give good suggestions and their prices are reasonable. They have a variety of frames available from brand names to Asian brands. They're also willing to wait for you if you need to pick up your item a little after their closing hours. Just give them a call ahead of time and they can accommodate. One of the nice things about this store is that if you need an adjustment on your glasses down the road, Ie your glasses loosen up or it feels a bit tight, you can always bring it back and they'd be happy to adjust it for you for free. It's hard to come by good customer service nowadays!
