As I got out of my car and started to walk the 15 feet to the front door, the girl working got up and locked the door just as I was about to enter. She totally saw me, but completely ignored me. Super classy place... If you want to close at 5:53, then post your closing time as 5:53. Two other customers showed up within 2 minutes of me as well. So that's 3 sales lost, because the rude girl working couldn't wait 5 more minutes before closing. This is also not the first time this has happened here. Save yourself the hassle, and go somewhere else.

We've been going to Vapor Lounge pretty consistently for the last couple of years. The employees at…read morethe Market location have generally seemed somewhat knowledgeable, but unfortunately, our experience at the Francis location was very different. They were out of the vapes we normally buy, so we specifically asked for recommendations for vapes that were not icy. We were recommended the NIQ Pearl vapes and bought both Strawberry Jam and Blueberry Jam based on that recommendation. Unfortunately, they are some of the iciest vapes I've ever had. On top of that, neither flavor tastes much like strawberry jam or blueberry jam, and we really don't care for either one. This also isn't the first time we've taken an employee recommendation and ended up disappointed. After going here for a couple of years, I honestly can't think of a recommendation we've received that has worked out well for us. I would definitely suggest knowing exactly what you want before going in rather than relying on the employees for recommendations--especially if there are certain flavors or qualities, like an icy/menthol taste, that you specifically want to avoid.

Great shop and they carry tons of stuff but a few things I dislike…read more First, if you have anything under warranty they will do everything possible not to honor it until they've tried to rig the device somehow. If I have a warranty I shouldn't have to basically demand my right to use it. Honor the damn warranty and hand me another device not matter what it may be unless it's something I broke (which hasn't been the case the last FOUR times. Second, if I'm in there first don't push me aside to help someone else really quick just to make a sale. This is a HUGE no no and they should know better. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's that comes in INCLUDING phone calls. The 50%+ markup (at least) over the same items you can buy online surely means they can afford to have two employees on hand on any given day. I bought a mod there and then found it 57.00 cheaper online so won't be buying hardware there ever again Third. The test stations sucks. The alcohol is often dirty and watered down and looks like dirty water. Surely then can afford to set a clean jug of 3.00 purell for cleaning tips prior to testing or at least a box/jar of e-cug condoms/covers that are probably a penny each. Fourth. Their coils on average are 1.25 more expensive than almost anywhere in town but I buy them online now anyways This being said I'll not shop here anymore. There's TONS of other shops who gladly will honor the warranty before taking 30 mins to try and rig it back together, have awesome test stations that don't have ejuice all over their test units and purell in hand or something similar, who don't push you aside to help others, who don't stop helping you just to answer the phone when you were there first and who have more than INE employee on shift every day I will not be going back ever to either store.
