Went on a brew tour with joe the other day and had a fantastic time. He can give you a one of a kind experience as he seems to be one a first name basis with every brewer in Vermont. The brewers at Burlington beer company were doing a bottle pour of various years of one of their barrel aged stouts and they brought us back a sample of each. We also talked to one of the brewers at halyard and tried a couple samples even though I think they were closed. Joe Is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the beer and history behind any place we visited. I also was able to try whatever beer I wanted unlike with the brewbus which has predetermined flights. He also picked me up and dropped me off at the ferry which saved me some time and money. What a day! We traveled from Florida, to visit our son, and Joe took us on the most delightful brewery tour that included a wonderful brewery in Littleton, NH. His car was well stocked with beverages and snacks, plus he was very good about making any pit stops along the way.
