Way cheaper than parking right across the street at the airport. I only paid $88 for nearly 9 days of parking!! I saved so much money! The great thing is that it only took me around 15 minutes to drop off my family at the airport, drive across the street to VSP, and then ride the shuttle back to check in with my family. Same thing when we returned from our trip- apx 15 min to ride the shuttle across the street to VSP (while my family went to baggage claim), get the car, pay, and then drive back to pick up the family. It just makes so much sense to use this service and this lot. read more

VSP Parking gets 5 stars for convenience, but only 3 stars for price. These guys are pricey! Still, if you're flying out of Burbank for the weekend and want to get there fast, then park at VSP and it'll set you back anywhere between $30 and $45 for the weekend. If you were to take an airport shuttle, you might save a few bucks but you'd have to leave 3 hours before your flight, so no thanks... Still, if you're on a very tight budget, you're better off using the Airport economy lots. They'll run up to $9 per day, so that's a discount right there. read more

I travel out of BUR slot and use VSP every time. The prices are good and the service is great. They offer three price tiers - inside, roof and outside parking. They also offer car wash and detailing. The shuttles to BUR are always on time and frequent. read more

This is the first review I have ever done and im glad its with VSP Parking. Ya... I said it.. For parking! After Google searches and yelp reviewing there is a reason for their high rating. Easy to reserve online (had my last name and car on a whiteboard),clear directions for my first time visit and someone was actually nice. In fact everyone was nice and professional and had it together. Even the shuttle car that stalked me. I loved it. You don't need to think or worry with VSP. In fact, stop looking and go with them everytime. Cost effective, hassel free, great location and great service. read more

Great place, and conveniently close to the Burbank airport. Staff is always there to help if you have a need, and shuttles are ready to take you to airport. read more

This place was very convenient. It is directly across the street from Burbank airport, and signage to get to it is clear from either direction on Hollywood Way. They ran a May special where indoor "padded" parking was reduced from $22 a day to $18 a day. They have a convenient bus that rolls out regularly to the airport and back; it took me only 2 minutes of waiting at 8:30am on a Sunday morning, even with the airport being almost empty. The "padded parking" is a bit funny though. It is actually gym mats hanging from cables in between the spaces so your car doesn't get dinged. Simple, but still awkward-looking. The staff is helpful and fast. I will definitely be parking here again. read more

Not the first time I have used VSP, but it has been a very long time. They were quick to get me to the airport and back. Zero wait time! Parked inside from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it cost me $50! Not bad. read more

My first business trip out of Burbank airport & I needed a reliable place to park my car. Luckily Yelp came to the rescue once again. I pulled up to the parking lot, & this nice guy walks out of booth, greets me, dispenses a ticket, & tells me to park my car anywhere I want and the shuttle will pick me up at my car (after he asked if it was my first time parking there...it was). I was shocked. He was so nice. The shuttle driver was even nicer. He sees me pulling my stuff out of my car, waits for me, & then gets out to help me with my suitcase. Assures me that my car will be safe for the duration of my trip. Wow, this is definitely the best airport parking experience ever!! $13/day, apparently pricey, but a good deal compared to LAX parking. Will park here from now on if I'm flying out of Burbank!! read more

This place is s joke. They all stand around and don't know what they are doing. Van took 20 minutes to show up Terminal 2 at Burbank Airport. We waited and waited as Lot C and Lot A vans came. Then they damaged our car with their car wash. They damaged the paint job. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the parking.! No discount just a bunch of weak apologies. Skip this parking lot and go to Lot A or C. read more

$13 a day for parking and they have the shuttles pick you up at your car. This was the easiest overnight parking ever. The drivers load and unload your bags for you. Actually, this airport is the easiest all around. It's convenient and cheaper than a taxi. read more

I've parked here once for a business trip. Thankfully, parking was reserved and paid for by work because this parking lot if expensive! I don't see how they compete with surrounding parking lots/airport economy lots. However, I must say their customer service was excellent. They picked you up directly from where you parked your car in a shuttle and take you across the street to the airport. They'll help with your luggage too. read more

I would give 5 stars, but I don't know what happens if you go over your time. I recommend pre-paying online. It is comparable to the airport lots when you do that. I only got it for 2 days outdoor parking for about $18. I loved how fast the shuttle picks you up at your vehicle and drops you right back at your car when you come back. Unless you just want to walk. Really depends on how lazy you are. ;) read more

The service I got from here was exceptional. It is $15/day (might be more depending on where you park and what services you want while you're travelling - car wash, detailing, padded "ding proof" parking stalls, dent removal, etc). It includes a courtesy shuttle service to -and- from the airport .. From Where You Parked. Now that's service! (we really need bold here, all caps just means yelling). The staff are extremely friendly, fast, observant, and service oriented. Side Note: On the flier, it says "Club V.S.P.". But the yelp address lookup pulled "Carter's Vsp Airport Parking" or "Vsp Carter's Airport Parking" but since this one has reviews already, I wrote in this one. read more

We arrived at VSP on a Thursday morning at 5:15 am and parked in their open-air section. There were 2 shuttles waiting there and the first shuttle pulled up and the driver helped load our luggage. Then we were off and we arrived at the United terminal 4 minutes later! We used to park in one of Burbank Airport's parking lots and we would have to wait a long time, especially at that time of the morning, for a shuttle to show up. Then we would have to make the rounds of all the shuttle stops before getting to the terminal. It was a hassle and a waste of time. Plus, their drivers never helped load our luggage. For the minimal extra cost, we will always park at VSP. It is convenient and the staff are always courteous and helpful. We have also parked in their covered structure and it is very nice. The perks include free water and the anti-ding dividers between stalls, but it costs $22 per day, so we opted for the open-air section at $13 per day for this trip. read more

Been parking here in the mid-90's when I traveled up to the Bay area frequently for business. Things haven't changed (except that the prices have gone up a bit) and their excellent service (both shuttle and staff employee) is still around. Shuttles are frequent and there is a covered parking lot option. I can arrive at this lot about 60 minutes from fight departure and be at the gate and ready to fly! read more

First Class. There's even a guy on a ladder who points out empty spots in self park. Super-fast shuttles. The lot is right across street from airport entrance. read more

Amazing service! I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them (3 days in the covered lot). The shuttle from the airport to the lot literally comes every couple of minutes - it was practically a private shuttle just for me. I especially loved the padded parking stalls. Since I make a lot of weekend trips out of Burbank, I will definitely be parking here again and again. It's much cheaper than the covered parking at the airport. read more

Easy and convenient! The shuttle picked us up from our car and we were at the airport within a few minutes. Easy to find on our way back!

Very good experience. I needed to park right by the airport to make it to an important event I was managing downtown an hour after landing. VSP was $13 a day for outdoor parking and the shuttle was waiting at the terminal pickup when I got my luggage. This place really saved me a lot of time and was a great solution so that I didn't have to valet my car at the Airport itself. Thanks VSP! read more

This is the way to go if you are flying out of Burbank! I can't say enough good things about my experience with VSP this morning! Super friendly and FAST service. I literally parked and was on the shuttle to the airport (right across the street) in less than 5 minutes!! I am doing this from now on, forget getting rides to and from, it's worth it for the convenience and amazing service! read more

I should have reviewed these guys earlier, but my experience tonight was the icing on the cake. I always park at VSP and they are a gem when it comes to customer service. This evening after a very long day of traveling, I found that my car battery had somehow died. I walked to the front to ask if they jumped batteries and before I had even gotten back to my car, a guy in a golf cart rolled up with jumping equipment and within 5 minutes I was on my way home. This is a great business and I can't speak highly enough about them. Forget airport parking and give these guys your business! read more

I travel weekly for my job and have been parking with VSP for 2 years now. I can't tell you how amazing they are to their customers. I know great customer service when I see it and, trust me, I see it there. They run to assist you. Really!! RUN! I am so not kidding. Smile even during the most hectic of times. They also have the MOST amazing detailing staff there. My car is 10 years old and they just detailed her for me. HOLY CATS, She didn't look that good on the showroom floor. Thanks Guys. A special thanks to each of the young men who shuttle us to the airport, pick up our luggage, drop us off at our cars and watch over them while we are gone. You are all stars in my book. Indoor, outdoor and for a bit cheaper, roof parking. Car wash and detailing shop. Great service. Did I mention they are great guys? Yeah, well, they are the best. Never had a bad experience here. I either pay $15 a day and park in the backlot or go to the rooftop and pay $13 a day. They immediately provide you with a shuttle (included in fee) which drops you off near your airline. You can also use them if you are using jetsuite, just let them know when you pull in. Their shuttle is also super easy to locate when you walk out of baggage claim. Sure, you can probably find a cheaper way to park but I am willing to pay a little more for good, reliable service, and the convenience. read more

Cheap and convenient. Save yourself about ten bucks a day and get shuttle service immediately when you come downstairs. I park on the roof for 13 bucks...11 bucks cheaper per day than the outside lot at Burbank Airport. As long as they keep their prices down I will be a happy "parker." haha read more
