Getting inside the structure was incredibly easy. There were a couple options on where to park with different prices. We chose to park in the uncovered outdoor lot. The shuttle came directly to our car to pick us up and take our luggage to the Burbank airport. Everything was very easy to navigate. The shuttle ride took less than five minutes to get to the terminal. Checking out was also easy upon our return. Prices are reasonable. They're a little more than the Burbank airport lots but that's to be expected with a private company. We were at least thankful that there was plenty of parking here as an alternative to the Burbank airport parking lots.

There is also an AMC Theater inside the mall. There's not much to their "Food Court" as there are other dining/snacking options throughout the complex. There are 3 levels of shopping and dining. The reason for the 3-star rating is the condition of the mall in certain areas. The management doesn't take really good care of the center. There are out of order elevators with others that needed a good cleaning or an upgrade. See pictures. The center does offer a large garage with free parking. That's very rare in Los Angeles. The garage looks very dated, but it served its purpose, so no major complaints.

The airport serves SE, United, and Alaska. The airport will feature food stands that are local to California plus various of stores. It's dated and looks every bit of its age. Nothing about it feels modern or luxurious, but everything functions and I'll take efficient over pretty when I'm trying to catch a flight. Food is where BUR could definitely do better. There are some restaurants and grab and go options in both terminals, but compared with larger airports the selection is pretty limited, especially depending on which terminal you're flying from. But honestly, I understand why people love this airport. It's compact, low stress, and you're not spending 30 minutes just trying to figure out how to get from security to your gate. Dated? Absolutely. Limited food? Yep. But the sheer convenience of BUR makes up for A LOT.

There are plenty of libation options anchored by Starbucks, Jamba Juice and BevMo! There are plenty of other shopping options all around. Traffic flow gets a little stiff from time to time but multiple access points mitigate that very well. Your trip here will not end in disappointment.
