This place is close to the airport and the staff is professional but be aware that they have had two price increases since COVID and the lowest price for outdoor parking is now $20 a day. So it cost $63 for me to park there from Saturday morning until Monday evening. At that price it is cheaper for me, as a local, to take Uber. Their drivers and parking attendants are always super friendly and you'll never wait more than a couple minutes for a shuttle. They're probably not the cheapest option in the area, but for me, the convenience makes it worth the price. read more

Parked here yesterday on my way to Vegas. I have used this place many times and it always works out great, the shuttle comes every few minutes so you can always make it to your Airline as well as back to your car quickly. The employees are always friendly and it's in a safe area to leave your car. Conveniently across from the airport so you could even walk if you wanted to. If I had to chose between overnight parking here on the VSP lot and or parking the actual overnight airport parking ($23/day/valet service) then I would chose VSP. VSP can be found just 1 block from the airport entrance. There is a slight walk from the lot to the actual airport but hop on one their free shuttles that are available every 5-10 minutes. Every time I've parked here the wait for a shuttle has always been 0-5 minutes wait. The parking lot is well lit, and feels safe at night. I always try to find a spot near the exit which is very convenient. They have different parking options: 1) in their covered parking garage, 2) rooftop, 3) general outside parking which is what I always opt for and the cost is $14/day. They have a weird cut off, so any minute above the allocated 24 hours will be an entire full day charge, so if your within the day and a half cut off if should only be a day and half charge... Always check your time and receipt to make sure you are not over charged. read more

Last minute, we decided to park our car for the 3 days we'd be in Vegas. For $14 a day, we had the outside, drive up parking. Once parked, the shuttle drove to our car, loaded our bags and took us quickly to the airport right across the street. Upon arrival, there were a few folks already there who had called using the convenient service phone and in a few minutes, the shuttle pulled up, loaded us all in and took us back to the parking lot and even drove us up to our cars! I'm not one to cut it close when it comes to airport departures. I like to leave with plenty of time, even if it means I'm twiddling my thumbs in the airport terminal on those uncomfortable chairs. At least I'm not stressing out somewhere or begging to cut in front of people at the security line. So I pull up to Burbank Airport's Lot C parking lot, at 4:45am. There is a cone in the middle of the driveway to go in. What the hell? I get out of my car, only to find an attendant inside the booth. "Sir, there's a cone blocking the gate where you normally pull a ticket." Response: "I'm not open yet." But there you are.... Maybe the airport shuttles weren't running yet. Maybe this guy did me a favor. Or maybe he's just another lazy government employee. Who knows. Drive out on Thornton and stumble upon VSP parking lot. I get out of my car, just to make sure this place is open. "Hi, we're open. C'mon in." Did someone actually give a polite greeting? Shocking. The guy tells me that they will pick you up right at your car, rather than making you haul your luggage to a designated pick-up spot. Additionally, on your return flight, just pick up the phone where the shuttle stops, and they will come right away. No waiting/guessing when the next shuttle will arrive. This ended up costing me $11/day since I parked outdoors, and that's only $2 more than Lot C where the guy just sat there with a blank stare. This is a perfect example of private enterprise doing a function better than the city government, and the convenience of personal pick up and drop off is totally worth it. Great service! Best service you can imagine for airport parking! I am so happy to have found VSP for parking whenever I use Burbank airport. My boss recommended it and at first I thought it would be a hassle as you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth to the airport, but it turned out to be a great experience! I got to the parking lot at 5:30 am and was immediately greeted by an attendant. I opted for the covered parking and each parking space has fabric protection on each side of the car when you pull in. This can help minimize unintended banging and dinging when someone opens or closes their car doors. The attendant also offered to help me with my luggage. As for safety, there is monitor surveillance across various parts of the parking lot and the parking lot was bright and well kept. It was a nicely maintained premise and I felt safe there. I was later shown the shuttle bus and it took less than 5 minutes to get to the airport. The driver was super friendly and he showed me the place to wait for the shuttle and a phone to call if I needed a shuttle right away. I was told that airport shuttle comes around every 3 minutes. My parking cost $22 for a full day. For cheaper service, you can opt for outdoor parking for as low as $14. I have never been this impressed with any parking service. Highly recommend! read more

FAST FAST FAST! As soon as I turned off my ignition, a shuttle bus was already waiting for me right behind my car. I was literally scrambling to gather all my things. I usually wait for the shuttle bus (at other airport parking), not the other way around. The driver even offered to help with my bags :) I got in, sat down, and we were on our way to the airport! Took less than 5 minutes :D When our trip was over, we stepped out of the airport and we saw one of the shuttles leaving. First thing I thought was, "Great.. we wont see another shuttle for awhile." As we reached the island where the airport parking phone was located, I was just getting ready to call VSP when lo and behold a shuttle bus was pulling up. SWEET! As we got to the parking lot, this driver drove us right to our car to let us off. Talk about Car-to-Car service! Definitely would return! This is my go-to parking when I use Burbank Airport. The whole process is incredibly fast. I normally print out the $11 dollar/day coupon for surface parking (normally $13), As soon as I park, out of nowhere a shuttle is by my side ready to pick me up. I have to scramble to get my act together. The ride over is maybe 5 minutes tops. Upon arrival back at Burbank, I see a shuttle pass me by and think 'oh darn! I have to wait for the next...' but before I can warm up the seat another comes! They're not joking when they say every 3 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal service. Wish all parking garages could be like this. Drivers communicate via walkie-talkies as you come in and a shuttle bus makes it's way to your parking spot so you can just jump on and head to the airport. They have a box of candies for kiddies. It's right across from the burbank airport so it takes less than 5 mins to get from your car to the terminal. On the return they have a dedicated "bat phone'. Hit 1 on the VPS phone and they'll come and get you right away. Knocking one star cause their frequent parking program ain't that great but overall probably the best place to park. $6 an hour $13 max a day for outside parking. Covered parking has padded dividers between stalls so you don't have to worry about anyone dinging your car. read more

The staff is super nice and helpful, they let me park in the employee section when the lot was full from the people traveling to Oregon for the eclipse. Classy. Stayed at the Hilton in Burbank and thought we booked a park and ride,, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Was super aggravated with them, they didn't even have parking for guests staying at the hotel. I'm so glad I decided to yelp best burbank airport parking. This place was absolutely wonderful! They offered to take our bags if we parked at the top so we didn't have to bring them down. Right when we came down there was a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport. They loaded and unloaded the bags for us and as they stated the come every 3 min and boom! They were there shortly after we got back from our trip. They let us leave the bags at the front while we grabbed the car and loaded them. Worth a good tip for everyone! Definitely recommend! read more

VSP is seriously so great that even though I am an infrequent reviewer (maybe 2-3 reviews a year) I feel compelled share spread the word. I normally don't do reservations, but instead do uncovered parking in the lot. I never wait more than 1 minute for a shuttle that picks me up at at my car and drops me off at the airport within 5 minutes. On my return, I never wait more than 3 minutes at the airport for a shuttle that drops me off right at my car. Easy in, easy out, reliable, well-priced - just great. Also, this last trip I splurged and got a car wash. MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN. I love you VSP for taking the hassle out of air travel! read more

I used to park at VSP when flying from Burbank at least once a month for the weekend when outside parking was still $14/day. The shuttle service was always frequent and they would drive right up and help with your bags. I flew out last week and wanted to park for 3 days, but now they've raised their prices to $24/day! These guys are awesome. I was running late for a flight and they made sure their shuttle driver was right behind me when i parked my car in the open lot. I was in the shuttle and inside my terminal within 5 minutes of turning off my ignition. My return trip, of course I'm late. I'm hesitant to say it's in my nature to be late because I'm in denial about it still. lol. They stayed after hours 15 minutes for me to make sure i wasn't stranded after my flight was delayed, and ultimately switched to LAX airport which was a 40 minute drive (Luckily!) without any traffic at 11:30pm. I've used their lot for awhile now and i would definitely recommend it. $13/$15 day rate with 24hr security. Worth it. Thank you guys for the good experience. read more

I found this place based on Yelp's reviews... and, as usual, Yelp is spot-on ;) I usually park at another company 'very close' to this one but it was sold out so I figured I'd give this a try. Wow. I pulled in, was greeted by a guy, asked if I wanted to park inside or out. I just parked in the back which I thought was going to be $13 a day (which is still fine, but I'll follow that up). He walkie-talkied to someone that a car was coming back. I parked and like a ninja, the shuttle was right on my ass as I finished parking. I was like crap, so I hurried and grabbed my bags. (Definitely have your stuff ready!!!) The driver was super cool, loaded a bunch of my heavy-as-hell cases of film gear and drove me over to the airport. I literally was there within five to seven minutes of parking, which includes the loading time. It was awesome. I got back and I was a little confused where to pick up the shuttle but it there within minutes... unlike my bags which took 40 minutes. Between the valet area, there are three lanes from left to right... on the left is apparently taxis and hotel (?) shuttles...? In the middle actually where you have to stand for the parking shuttles... and the right lane is obviously for through-traffic. So here's the thing... the guy dropped me off right at my car (find that anywhere near LAX or Burbank!)... I pulled out and there are no gates...!? Huh? They treat you with respect and assume you're going to be honest... but man, they've gotta lock that up because I literally could have driven away without paying. Anyway, I parked by the front and found the guy to pay. He actually said it was $11 a day...? Alright, better yet!! I've turned down out of city weekend jobs because the thought of the Friday night and Sunday airport 'scene' at LAX is miserable but this parking lot combined with how amazing the Burbank airport is... do I dare say... it was actually "fun" flying again...? I mean... seriously... listen to me... you can't possibly make parking a car better than this. read more

Outdoor parking - here it is $12, and I paid $7.14 per day at Burbank Airport Marriot! Covered parking is $22 per day - I paid $23/day at airport (next to terminals) Why would I save $1 to park here, then have to take the shuttle? I have not flown out of Burbank for many years, so I wasn't sure where the best parking was. I have found it! I pulled in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They offered to unload my bags and hold them while I parked. You have the option of parking inside, roof top or outside. I parked inside. I loved having the pads between the stalls - no car door dings!! When I returned, they unloaded my bags from the shuttle and again offered to hold them while I got my car. The shuttle runs every 3 minutes, so there's no significant wait to get between the airport and parking. Because they are right across the street from the airport, you also have the option of walking. I will definitely make this my parking of choice if I fly out of Burbank again! read more

Way cheaper than parking right across the street at the airport. I only paid $88 for nearly 9 days of parking!! I saved so much money! The great thing is that it only took me around 15 minutes to drop off my family at the airport, drive across the street to VSP, and then ride the shuttle back to check in with my family. Same thing when we returned from our trip- apx 15 min to ride the shuttle across the street to VSP (while my family went to baggage claim), get the car, pay, and then drive back to pick up the family. It just makes so much sense to use this service and this lot. read more

VSP Parking gets 5 stars for convenience, but only 3 stars for price. These guys are pricey! Still, if you're flying out of Burbank for the weekend and want to get there fast, then park at VSP and it'll set you back anywhere between $30 and $45 for the weekend. If you were to take an airport shuttle, you might save a few bucks but you'd have to leave 3 hours before your flight, so no thanks... Still, if you're on a very tight budget, you're better off using the Airport economy lots. They'll run up to $9 per day, so that's a discount right there. read more

This place is s joke. They all stand around and don't know what they are doing. Van took 20 minutes to show up Terminal 2 at Burbank Airport. We waited and waited as Lot C and Lot A vans came. Then they damaged our car with their car wash. They damaged the paint job. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the parking.! No discount just a bunch of weak apologies. Skip this parking lot and go to Lot A or C. read more
