I reached out to him by text on a Monday, and he responded the same day. After I provided a few high-level details about the project, he scheduled a walkthrough that same week to provide an estimate. Matthew's quote included a clear breakdown of the costs for each part of the job, which I appreciated. Once I reviewed the estimate, we scheduled the work. On the day of the project, Matthew arrived on time--actually a little early, which was a nice surprise. He was friendly, professional, and completed the job a little earlier than originally estimated.

The exterior of my 2 story house needed painted after 5 and a half years. I was given a…read morereasonable estimate. Two painters came and had the entire house painted in 2 days. They did a sloppy job with the paint and the paint they scraped. The owner sat in his truck the entire time the first day and only communicated with me by text. After the 2 painters left when they said they were finished, I noticed there were lots of areas on my house that were not painted. I called the owner and he sent the same 2 men back out to finish the areas they missed. That took half a day. The owner of this company never contacted me to see about the job the painters had done or if I was satisfied. I would NOT recommend this painting company paint the exterior of your house.

They sent "Lon" out. Hope that was his correct name and this guy was as good or better than the two guys who came out 2 years ago. Very conscientious , helpful and really helped us cover my Buckeye Scarlet And Gray room back to a attractive, sellable bedroom. A light neutral color, he had to work to cover the Scarlet. Sadly he did a great job no more Buckeyes but a great 3 BR Condo in Grove City For Sale. I need to mention that originally I contacted Jenifer in her office her guys were booked and she apologized. On her OWN time, she checked some of her other offices, and found Patrick who got to us quick and got us done as promised. Not to crazy about their several paragraph contracts, but I suppose John Q Public can be difficult, if not spelled out for any concerns after the fact. Thanks Certa Pro and ask for Lon.
