I appreciated his willingness to listen and address the situation. Unfortunately, once the project was scheduled to begin, the experience became disorganized. The first shipment of shingles was delivered in front of my garage, blocking access. To his credit, Jason came to my home and personally moved the shingles by hand to restore access to my garage, and I appreciated his effort to correct the inconvenience. However, that level of consideration was not reflected later that same evening. Around 10:00 p.m., contractors arrived to deliver a dumpster and had me get out of bed to move my vehicle out of the garage so they could place it. They told me they had a family emergency and would not be able to return the next day, yet they showed up anyway. I later learned that the original shingles delivered were the wrong ones and had to be replaced with another delivery. During the process, the contractors also attempted to move a security camera mounted on the side of my house without first discussing it with me. While I appreciate Jason's professionalism and willingness to communicate, the contractors' lack of organization, poor coordination, and unprofessional behavior overshadowed the experience. The repeated delivery issues, late-night disruption, the attempted movement of my security camera without permission, and the excessively long workday made what should have been a straightforward project much more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, this project could have been handled in a much more organized, respectful, and professional manner.

Scheduled the crew, they showed up at 7 AM, removed the roof on the house, 3 car garage, porch and 30' x 36' shop, placed new underlayment (tar paper) and shingles, was cleaned up and gone by 5 PM. The roof looks great, and the clean up was very good. The team consisted of 8 mexican men and 1 mexican women and they worked very hard in 90 degree weather. When you bring it up they ignore you and drag their feet hoping you give up. For me personally this led to over 7 thousand dollars in roof damage on a "brand new roof" as well as needing to replace windows and siding due to them dragging out patchwork repairs for almost 2 years. These guys came out and did a fantastic job repairing the siding and using existing pieces that were still in good shape to keep overall costs under control.
