He is AMAZING. For him to come out as promptly as he did, on a Saturday, and charge such a reasonable (dare I say low?) price - I'm astounded. I didn't think people/companies like this existed any more. DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE - get Lucas - he's honest, knowledgeable, prompt and super professional.

I called Sam Jolley's Plumbing to find a water leak in the line coming from the meter to the house…read more The plumber Rolston Forrester came to my house in Palm Beach Gardens to find the leak. Took out his detection equipment and proceeded to try to locate the leak. After about 15 minutes set up and locating time He said he found the leak and let me listen on the head phones to the supposed water leaking out. He said it would cost me $1500 to fix the leak that he said was about 16" under the sod. I thought that was excessive. I decided to call another plumber to fix it they came out and dug where Rolston said the leak was, no leak. The new plumber from Drain to Drain Micheal Ennis dug down and found nothing, no leak at all. The water usage was a sprinkler zone valve on the north side of the house that was stuck open, Mike found it about 5 minutes. At the end of the job Mike charged me $500. for digging up non existent leak that Rolston said was there and would fix for $1500. and locating to actual leak that was about 100 feet away. He said that if he had not dug up the yard the bill would have been $150.00 including finding the real leak and the labor to fix the actual leak. Rolston was 100% scamming me with the BS of the leak in the yard. Mike thought that he merely turned up the volume on the head set to make the rumbling sound that I heard.

The only reason for the one star review is Molly. She is hands down the most disrespectful person…read moreI've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her behavior is appalling. Every conversation we've had is combative and she won't let you get a word in. My first time working with the company was frustrating. I originally called in wanting to get some information on cleaning and sealing a small AC duct. The pricing that was given to me was around $200 after discussing with my client and them agreeing. I called them back to schedule the appointment. Due to some miscommunication, they ended up scheduling me for more than I had agreed to and ended up completely dismantling and cleaning the AC unit itself. The technicians were absolutely amazing and did an excellent job, and this was no fault of theirs however, when I received a $900 bill I was a little alarmed to say the least. When I called to try to see where the disconnect was, I was met with so much hostility that I ended up just caving and agreeing to pay around $600. I do not live in this unit and was only fixing it up for my client to be able to rent it out. I returned about a week later to a very hot apartment. We checked everything that we could and even replaced the thermostat. We left the unit with the new thermostat as we went on vacation, hoping that that was the issue. When we returned, however, the air conditioner was still not running properly. So we called their company to see if they could return and see if maybe something happened when they were cleaning the unit. They came and preformed troubleshooting for about an hour and determined it was the thermostat. They installed the one we had already tried and claimed it was working and left. I haven't been back to the unit to confirm if all is well yet. But when we got on the phone with Molly she accused us of tampering with the thermostat and re-wiring things. Called my husband a liar and was shouting over us as we were trying to explain the situation. She claimed it wasn't their fault as we had the technicians come back two weeks later. I tried to explain to her that nobody lives in this unit and there's no way we would've known it was a problem until we returned. Obviously, if you had a plumber out to your house and all of a sudden your pipe started leaking, you would assume that the plumber did something and want them to take a look to fix the issue. I think calling them was the logical next step. I'm still not entirely sure if it is in fact the thermostat but regardless, if I need future fixes in the future, I'm not using this company. I have never, my life been treated so poorly by a business. It's such a shame because their technicians were great and deserve a better and healthier work environment. I've been told she is the owner, but I hope to God that she just sticks with paperwork instead of dealing with employees or customers.
