She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me. I'm just hoping that they grow back nicely and not patchy so I can fix them. Now, I have to deal with months of the awkward growing out phase if they grow back properly with any luck.
