The kitchen had all the amenities you'll need like snacks, a fridge full of water, and a Keurig machine. I only had access to the public area and conference rooms based on my membership, but the privates suites looked like they had plenty of space and were customizable to your preferences. I had the chance to bring in clients semi-regularly to the conference rooms, and they've always complimented the layout of the entire area. Staff are very friendly, Jessica is an amazing office manager who will listen to your needs and keep the place constantly improving. Neighbors are all very respectful, professional, and focused on getting after that bread. Overall a no BS, no frills co-working space that I highly recommend, especially if you're based out of the Central/Midtown Phoenix area.

I rarely take the time to write reviews on Yelp however I felt compelled to with this company! Let…read moreme start by saying I have had many negative experiences with photographers so I am apprehensive with who I go with. I have had many photographers cancel last minute, do horrible editing jobs or not perform what they promised, this however was a totally different experience. We decided to go with Saiaf Films for our wedding. I have heard many great things about this company through word of mouth and as I said earlier I was apprehensive to try a new photographer given my past experience. This was for me and my husband's wedding so it was very important to me that the pictures came out perfect. Let me start by saying I was not disappointed at all. Saiaf was totally different from what I have dealt with in the past. He was very professional, went above and beyond to ask me what I was wanting and took his time. Never did I feel rushed or that we were unimportant. I absolutely loved the attention to detail the pictures captured. Saiaf films really took care in making sure to capture all our special moments and was there practically the whole evening. My friends and family even complimented me on how polite and thorough the photographer was and asked for his information! Needless to say I am someone who HATES pictures of myself! In the past, the photographers always catch me in an unflattering light, don't edit out my blemishes and other of my many imperfections (ugh!!). But when I got the photos back it was quite a pleasant surprise! For once I was very happy with how I looked in my pictures. When I say they capture the moment, they truly capture the moment! When I look back at the photos I actually feel like I am back at my wedding again, this is how everyone's special moments should be. The lighting was absolutely perfect, I am normally a pale person in photographs but they were able to edit the pictures to give me a nice glow. The wedding album was absolutely stunning, I love how the pictures were organized and in a beautiful book that me and my husband can look at for years to come! I would not go with any other photographer! If you are looking for someone professional, caring, and kind look no further. This is the first time I have actual had a pleasant experience with a photographer, all my friends have recommended Saiaf Films and needless to say I have continued to pass on their information to my family and friends. I took the time to write this because I am sure there is someone out there like me who had the same negative experience with others looking for something different. My pictures were so beautifully done and I love showing them off. He was even able to get good lighting for the pictures we took at night and outdoors! I will definitely be using them in the future!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! I hired Saiaf Films for photography and videography for 4 wedding events,…read moreNikkah, Mehndi, Baraat reception, and Walima reception in June 2021. They are deceiving, unprofessional lying individuals. I paid $8000 for services and products to be provided by them and 50% was not done. Below is a list of what they had promised and did not accomplish: 1. Three team-members from Saiaf will be present at ALL events. TWO SHOWED UP. One - visibly sick, the other seemingly lost and not present at important moments. Resulting it horrible quality of work. 2. Drone footage through out the event (only had drone footage at two events of the four, at the start of the event for 5 minutes - because of lack of workers present that were promised to be there - what we paid for) 3. NEVER RECEIVED THE HARD DRIVE FOR DIGITAL COPIES OF OUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS! I HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OF MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, besides the two albums sent to us (the most cheap and horrible quality, such small albums and paper thin materials used) 4. Asking for final payment all in cash at the event while the event is still happening. (meanwhile I have zero content from my event yet he wants his money in FULL. ALSO we had to pay 75% of the cost months prior to the event. Never heard of 75%. 5. Because there were only 2 workers present at each event - the videos and photos are horrible. One person running around trying to take photos the other busy trying to set up a video camera stand so it can catch something - meanwhile things are cut out because no one is moving the video around, its stationary. Important speeches and dance preformances not recorded and/or cut out faces because no one is holding the camera it is just on a stand. 6. Apparently they shut down the company soon after my wedding, but its back up and running as of late, and I have been reaching out for some assistance and help yet NO REPLIES. How unprofessional. All I want is the videos and photos. I PAID FOR IT. THE LIST GOES ON. I am so deeply hurt - 3 years later. trying to watch videos of my wedding with family and loved ones. My 3 year old son, yet I have NO copies of the professional footage because it was never sent to us. This is so saddening and a waste of my money and trust in this company. I pray NO ONE experiences what betrayal my family and I went through. stay away.
