We booked Arizona Studios for a six band photo shoot. The facility was clean, the staff was more than accommodating, and the product we got out of the studio for all six bands was nothing short of stellar. They have a white wall studio side, as well as a green screen studio side, so any sort of shot we needed, we had the items there to facilitate those shots. Along with the spacious duel studio spaces, they had private and well equipped dressing rooms. Kevin and Kevin were both super quick to get back with me with any questions I had, and the value we got for our money was amazing. Completely disappointed with the service that Kevin Mayer, has provided to my family. Completely unprofessional as well as uncooperative with the entire process of my family's time of rental. Hardly exerted any type of work towards any major, as well as any minor issues. My family should never have had to deal with the amount of stress he has put them under. Would like to see him further improve his communication skills for further clients he is working with. Under no situation should matters have been done so inappropriately. read more

I work for a Los Angeles-based production company, and we recently rented AVS's green screen stage to do some host wraps for a reality show we are shooting locally. Their facilities have suited us well, and we used their lighting equipment as well as their tripods, making the travel between LA and Phoenix much easier (and less expensive) There is not a phrase I can think of that accurately describes how accommodating John has been to us while we used the facility. Bending over backwards? Above and beyond? No, those really don't even cover it. There was no task too small of John to offer to help with (i.e.: He took the trash bag out of my hands to take to the dumpster) and even asked if we wanted a ride to and from the airport. The rest of the staff that I dealt with briefly were friendly and professional. Despite not working with us directly, we were met with a willingness to chip in, even if it was just to loan me a pair of scissors. Perhaps the best way to really drive home how helping John was, is to tell you about the gang of Chihuahuas that John fought off so that we could get a clean audio take. There seems to be a pack of small dogs that lives behind the studio, and their incessant barking was giving us some audio issues. I mentioned this off handedly to John when I passed him in the hallway and he asked how things were going. He then offered to go outside and talk to the dogs owners and ask that the yappy mutts be brought inside. And that he did. And our audio was clean and clear and under control. It was beautiful. We recently had a shoot that required a white cyclorama and found Arizona Virtual Studios through Arizona Production Association. AVS responded quickly to our last minute request and we booked time at their facility. Our shoot went very smooth for our clients, one of the largest PR/Advertising companies in the world. John Koop was very helpful and patient answering the onslaught of questions that come with a high end production. The studio is clean and nice inside with a few renovations still in progress. AVS also included small lighting packages with their day rate which no other studio offered. I was looking for a company do do some video editing for my YouTube channel and called these guys. I had about 50 videos that i wanted to edit with our logo and music and these guys did an awesome job. I even hired them to do an onsite video shoot and they were amazing. After the video shoot they were able to make lots of smaller videos out of the footage and my YouTube channel rocks now and is very professional.
