I opted into the 35 photos, 10 aerial photos, social media reel, and a 2D design of our home. They also charged us 100$ for a maintenance issue (leak coming from a light fixture in ceiling) which is a definitely not a tenant issue. This company will try to take you for every dime. They have horrible communication and would refuse to communicate with me when trying to dispute the charge. The worst property management company I have ever had to use. They need to shut this horrible company down.
