I'm a rare yelper and have never reviewed a car place before, but I feel like I need to share praise for the Infiniti of Dayton service department. I actually don't have an Infiniti car, I have a Volkswagen, but I have gotten exceptional service and pricing here for several maintenance visits recently. My family stumbled onto this dealership when my Dad was looking for a place to get tires installed that he'd ordered online, and Infinity came in as the most affordable of the local installation options. When he took his car over to get the tires put on, he started talking to the maintenance manager , Don, and found out that one of the mechanics used to do work on VW's. I am currently living in Chicago but come back fairly often to see my parents in the Dayton area. On a recent trip back, I was in need of new brakes for my Jetta. I'd called around to several Chicago dealers and independent mechanics...when I found out I was making a trek back to Dayton, I also called places around here for quotes. My Dad suggested checking out the Infiniti dealership due to his positive experience there. I called and talked to Aaron, a Service Advisor there, and got the best quote out of any of the places I'd talked to, by close to $300. My car went in and out, same day, and 6 months later, my brakes are working great and I've had no issues with the installation at all. I just had my second visit to the Infinit of Dayton today, which was prompted by a recommendation by a Chicago VW dealer to replace my leaky radiator. Knowing I was planning a trip back to Dayton, I started getting quotes for repair in both cities. I was quoted $850 by Chicago and Dayton VW dealers, and got a wonderful quote by Infiniti of almost $250 less than that. They overnighted parts in to meet the schedule I needed (I did have to pay for the overnight shipping, but it was still much more affordable than other places). I also had them look at my front end sway bar links and bushings which the Chicago VW dealer told me I needed replaced for a cost of $250. Infiniti had two mechanics take a look, and told me that these parts were actually fine and not in need of replacing. So in total today, Infiniti saved me $500!! :) Everyone in the service department is honest, kind and extremely knowledgable. These guys saved me $800 in the last 6 months, and I can guarantee you that they will continue to get my business in the future. A cherry on top of it all is that they wash and vacuum your car, so it comes out of the shop looking brand spanking new. Call and talk to Don or Aaron and you'll be in good hands!!

My first mistake was being a young female that went alone. I was only allowed to test drive the jeep for around 5 minutes while accompanied with the sales guy. After that extremely short test drive, I'm pressured into buying. I ask to see a car fax and tell him I'm not ready to commit to such a purchase with only driving it such a short amount of time. He shows me the car fax and it shows a recall with the status of "not available." I ask if the recalls been completed because it doesn't appear it was. Without even looking anything up or checking the paper and interrupting me before I can even finish my sentence, he says "yeah they all have to be done or we wouldn't even buy it." Okay... I tell him I've already been preapproved for a loan and don't want to go anywhere else. He has me sign something (my fault for not reading it thoroughly). Later I find out that it was an application for another loan. He cancelled out my loan and ran my credit for another loan. Again, I should have paid attention to what I was signing but I made it pretty damn clear I did NOT want to go with any other loan company or bank as I've already been approved. The jeep was making a rattling noise from the inside, I asked about it and again, was interrupted before I even got the question out and was told "they all do that." No...they don't...my fiancé and I were able to figure it out and found out it wasn't anything major. Now the kicker. Throughout this entire progress I was told a billion and one times the jeep was certified. As my card is 1 second away from being ran for the down payment, I'm informed it's actually not certified because that recall I asked about wasn't done! I'm then told to leave it over night so they can complete the recall. I leave the car over night and go back the next day after work to pick it up. Oh, the recall wasn't done because they don't have the parts. I'll have to contact the manufacturer. All in all, not a very good experience for the amount of money I spent there. I probably won't be returning. The only positive was that I feel I got a pretty decent deal. Customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

We called ahead and spoke with Dan Phong, who guided us through ordering tires, finding lodging, and arranging transportation to and from our hotel while we waited. They even coordinated with our local service department to advise them of our needs at home. The Centerville staff were friendly and helpful, turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The owner even stopped by to ask if we needed anything. I can not say enough good things about this Dealership!!! They are awesome!

2022 GMC Sierra - L87 engine failure with just over 40K miles. It took about a month for the new…read moreengine to come in. There were a total of three sitting on the lot with the same issue. The service was done by Bob Ross Buick GMC. While the service advisor was great, there seems to be a communication issue with the warranty department. Per the GMC service Bulletin No.: 07-00-89-037S, "Every attempt should be made to provide the same make/model of vehicle that the customer owns or leases. If this is not possible, upgrades to higher class GM brands should be utilized for customer satisfaction." While I was provided a rental truck, I am now being charged from Enterprise for what the dealership is not willing to pay over the standard rental rate. That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).
