I hired them again several years later to do flooring in another room; they did such a terrible job…read morethat the tiles cracked when walked on the floor because the installer just put blobs of concrete onto the tiles without smoothing it out at all. This technique also led to a 1/2" gap between the tile and the drywall in the shower. They didn't ask what kind of edging I wanted either before permanently installing cheap plastic. The owner showed up on the first day of the install but then I never saw him again. He left some young kid at my house who didn't speak any English at all. He originally installed it going the wrong direction, wasting materials I paid for, and then became visibly irritated with me when he had to redo the floor tile. When I pointed out that the tile was crooked, the supposedly non-English speaker said, "No, it's not" and then waited until I left the room to disappear forever. I tried to contact the owner, Robert, several times afterward asking for help and then he blocked my number. Eventually I gave up and hired a different contractor to demolish and redo the entire thing so the floor tiles dont crack when you walk on them and the wall tiles wouldn't fall off onto people showering when we the foundation shifts with the seasons. Hiring Anna Flooring a second time was a several thousand dollar mistake. I don't understand what happened to this company.

Jorge and Guillermo also did an exceptional job, and my spirits were lifted each day with joyful singing. They custom-cut vinyl to fit my non-standard and complicated staircase, staying extra hours to make sure each detail was finished with beauty and perfection. The results were well beyond my expectations. They even removed and reinstalled the click-lock vinyl to fit the stair-nose of my choice, and insisted on giving me exactly what I wanted. Every member of this team put in blood, sweat and tears to give me my dream floors. Worth every penny; highly recommend.

All the installers were professional and trustworthy. Construction work was done in a timely manner at a great price, and they clean as they go.
