Always great to work with people who are really great at what they do. Won't ever use anyone else! Highly recommend.

No communication! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I used the website's online scheduler to book an appointment…read morefor a week later. I immediately received a confirmation email telling me an associate would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. That deadline came and went, so I reached out again by sending an email through the website's "Contact Us." I still did not receive any response. Then, I called the company's phone number and left a message which was never returned. I was unable to make an appointment with another company because I unwisely chose Chem-Dry and wasted my time waiting on them to respond to me. Do yourself a favor and use their competitor. This company will not respond to any of your communications. #EpicFail

He was back there very next day to walk us through the claims process and got us booked into an Airbnb (since I was unaware our insurance company even paid for that). He is extremely knowledgeable with the workings of insurance companies and he made sure they paid for everything they should have. We are extremely happy with his work! He was very kind through the whole process and made what I thought was an absolute disaster a lot easier to deal with. If in the unfortunate event something like this happens again, Duraclean will definitely be my first phone call!

Hired this moving company on the recommendation of our realtor. Disappointed from beginning to end…read more The movers spent more time smoking cigarettes then they did moving. At one point I finally started moving furniture to the door to try and get them motivated. I had to leave before they were done loading. The two movers were so unprofessional I called in other family members to be present so that I felt my family and belongings would be safe. Paid the company just so the two movers would leave intending to speak with the owner. Have spoken with him twice each time with him promising to 'look into it'. On top of their unprofessionalism they moved barely half of the rooms over which I received a quote for.

The men who moved us did a good job, Bryan never showed his face until he appeared at my door trying to tell me my,"check bounced". This check was never presented for payment, it appears the wife of Bryan tried to deposit this check by copying the check for deposit. The amount was over Bryan's limit, so was not honored!!! When Bryan stormed my door he indicated he had to pay a fee of $25. for the bounced check?? I quickly reimbursed him, but he still rambled on and on. There was MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!, nor had the check been stamped "Non-sufficient funds"?? I gave Bryan the number of my branch manager, which he refused to call. Not to mention he charged me $1000.00 more than quoted due to mileage?? A good business man would know the mileage, gas price, etc, before he quoted the price!! I would never recommend this Company - PS Bryan, you owe me $25.00!!!!!
