I ordered on 12/23, and was just able to get in contact with them after the holiday to address my concerns with how my food was prepared, or there lack of. And the employee I spoke with was beyond rude and literally asked why was I calling 5 days later and informed me they do not clean their chicken and it comes "pre cleaned". It was not too hot and not too sweet. If you are feeling daring try The Bomb it will knock your socks off and make you hurt, but it will be a fun ride. The fries and fried pickles were a lot better than most restaurants. They have cold banana pudding which is good for cold banana pudding, nothing to run home and tell about but good. When we called, they told us that they don't accept to go orders after 8:45... even though we called at 8:45pm. Either way we understood that and asked if we drove there arriving at 8:55pm, would we be able to get something? The lady on the phone said it should be fine but no promises. So, we drive there and just as we are pulling up to the drive thru sign to order, the lights to the sign get turned off manually by one of the employees who is outside turning them off. We roll down our windows and say please can y'all just serve us. We weren't asking for any special favors, it's a fast food restaurant that advertises that they don't close until 9pm. I would totally understand if this was a sit down restaurant where it takes time to prepare the food but at this fast food restaurant, I'm willing to bet the food would be ready in the 5 minutes meaning they would still close by 9pm. Another employee was walking up from taking the trash out, and he told us to come back tomorrow. Sure, this won't keep me from coming back to the restaurant, but as someone who has worked in restaurant/customer service, I know that closing early (even by a few minutes) is mostly looked down upon by employers. read more
