This is a family owned business run by hard-working caring and meticulous humans! I just hosted a…read moredinner party at my home and needed to rent a tent, tables, chairs and linens. The tent was fabulous. Clear top--with lights. Tprovided a fan (it was brutally hot that day) and came back to my home several times prior to my event to ensure everything was perfect. When the table cloths were delivered, somehow the wrong pattern appeared at my home. I was disappointed because the pattern I selected and wanted informed the color choices of the rest of my decor for the party. The owner was absolutely insistent upon making it right. He drove 45 minutes back to the linen vendor, changed the table cloths for my original selection and drove back to my home. He also comped the restocking fee since it was his error. This is the kind of business I will continue to patronize again and again. Can't recommend them highly enough. I love doing business with good and competent people.

She also did not have any make up on. She looked like she slept in her tattered costume and rolled out of her car after a night of binge drinking. I could forgive all of that if she had any personality once so ever. She did not keep the kids entertained nor did I get to take pictures as promised. She also had a Spanish accent, which clearly Elsa does not. I was so upset that I emailed the company after the party and asked for a refund which I was NOT given. They offered me 50% off a future party but after that why would I even hire them again, and throw in the poor customer service. All of the parents were telling me how I should get my money back, even the kids were saying she wasn't real they could see her hair. I would have gladly paid double for a better entertainer. It's not the money but the principle that I did not get what I paid for. You would think for $150 a hour Elsa could get herself a decent wig. My daughters halloween costume at home is more authentic looking. Just bad business.

My little one loves playground but being outside in a park all day in this weather is not pleasant. This is a very affordable, clean, and fun indoor playspace. Food kitchen is closed on weekdays but they still have coffee! No outside food but they have in and out privileges so we were able to have lunch close by and go back in which is a rarity to have. All my kids loved it, especially my little one age 4. Would def come by again when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking and it's next to a plaza with many food choices. Prices are reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child. Must bring or wear grip socks for kids Playing. Adults can wear regular socks! They sell them at ~$4 a piece if you forget. Also be careful when opening the door. It's really light and swings pretty easily, it fling wide open.

I do like there were some seating area for the adults to sit and watch, but there are some spots you can't see unless you follow them. We were there on a week day mid-morning, so it wasn't packed. The kids had a great time. There is a cafe on site, but the menu was limited so we opted to go elsewhere (walking distance) to grab a bite to eat. If you're visiting Ft. The class is so cute and was so fun experience for both the kids and the moms. We started off with shakers and fun songs, followed by playing with silks, dancing, and then sensory play during the second half of the class. I loved that one of the activities was fall themed. The activity involved creating a little pumpkin using arts and crafts materials which was so cute! There was also a sensory bin and another activity that involved water play. Every activity was really engaging and my son had so much fun with them. After class we were able to stay a bit longer so he could play with his friends. The open play area had a slide, cars, a little market with shopping carts, toy trucks, and so much more for the kids to explore. He had the best morning at Explorico! I highly recommend this indoor playground for any mom looking for a fun way to spend the day with the kids. The owners are also very sweet and made sure we had a great time.
