Besides that, once they were off the phone and realized the prescription needed renewed, they should have contacted me to inform me of the situation. Companies that let these things go are extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I really hope they can address communication and prevent anyone having to wait longer for their prescriptions again. ​

They are connected to Desert Regional medical center so they can just go across the street and get the medication from the floor. I usually go to Stater bro's pharmacy down the road. Recently, I needed an injectable medication on a weekend (that Stater Bro's couldn't obtain) and they suggested I go to this outpatient pharmacy in town. I was so relieved to find that they had my medication in stock! Inside the staff was great, took my insurance info and asked me if they could help me in any additional ways. I waited just under 15 mins and the only complaint I had was the parking lot. It took me over 20 minutes just to find a decent parking spot. This pharmacy is not big enough to just park and do a run in and run out like you would at a cvs or walgreens.. The prices were not bad either! Just remember, it is connected to the Desert Regional hospital and it basically serves the patients leaving the hospital more than being a retail pharmacy. However, in a pinch they were very helpful!

My granddaughter s doctor was no help. I eventually spoke to a telehealth doctor who also sent a prescription to CVP. All of this took most of the day and was quite frustrating. But CVP saved our day. They saw that both orders were delivered to my home. I am so lucky to have found this pharmacy. Everyone of the staff is kind caring and goes out of their way to help.
