She was informative and promptly responsive by email when we first contacted her, and did a fantastic job of coaching two floral novices through the whole process. We loved visiting the farm and getting to meet her (and her wonderful dogs!) in person. Kim is a terrific person to work with, and it is immediately apparent that she has your best interests at heart rather than trying to maximize her bottom line. She did a phenomenal job of helping us put what we wanted into reality, and was more than willing to work around a budget! She's clearly no stranger to the wedding game, and will ask questions that help you plan for exactly what you'll need far in advance so that nothing decor-related is a surprise. Her wealth of experience was as helpful as it was inspiring! On the day of, our flowers looked phenomenal, and we were so completely satisfied with the flowers, Kim, and our entire floral experience. Markeith, the business owner, has years of tree cutting & tree climbing experience. His team also has years of experience and they have worked together for a long time making their communication on the job extremely efficient especially considering all the literal moving parts for the job I needed done. They took down branches up to 80 feet high off of 10 trees and expertly felled 4 more trees. I enjoyed watching them climb the trees and using the bucket lift. Markeith explained how he is able to climb up hard wood trees and not damage them but using the bucket is needed to preserve the health of softer trees like beech and pine as climbing can damage them although there are spikeless techniques he can use when required. He also showed me how fungus effects the trees and I was impressed by his knowledge. They were recommended by a family friend and although they are out of Ravena they had no problem servicing the 7 acre plot of land I needed worked on in Saratoga County. They price match and came in under the 4 other quotes I got and I'm certain they did more work than any of the other operations I received quotes from would have done. I'm very happy I chose these guys. They have 9 other 5 star reviews on Yelp that show up as "not recommended" for some reason. I will definitely use these guys again!
