It can be hard when I'm basing a decision on research but came across this company and gave them a try and was so glad I did! My executive let me know what a smooth experience it was and how comfortable the SUVs were. I also added on the airport greeting service since her family had tons of luggage and it was well worth it. Jason (owner) is extremely professional, responsive and really on top of his bookings. And with everything going on with COVID, I appreciate how he makes his guests feel safe with the level of cleanliness with his fleet and drivers. Just and all around flawless experience and I will 100% use Jason and his company again for car service bookings in Oahu. This is my new go to here!!

I certainly had mixed emotions about it, so utilizing Yelp, as I like to do, i searched "limousine " and several companies responded. I selected Top Limousine because they received almost 100% favorable yelp reviews. Yet, I was still uneasy since i had no previous experience. I am obsessed with timeliness and worried if the limousine would be on time! There was absolutely no need for any form or reason for concern. Arriving a full 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, the gorgeous, sparkling clean limousine with our incredibly personable gentleman driver was beyond any concern or expectation! Our party was overjoyed, excited, and delighted with our limousine experience! Our amazing chauffeur made it truly magical, as he introduced himself, asking about the occasion, helping each guest into the limousine, making sure we were all comfortable, explaining the internal mechanics, asking our musical preferences and off we went. Our chauffeur continued his extended courtesy by escorting our party to the check in and making sure i knew how to contact him when our event ended! When our event ended, he was so prompt at picking us up. Asked about our musical preferences on our way home, made sure we were comfortable and off we went! He is primarily responsible for our magical evening! Mahalo plenty for your extraordinary service, attentiveness, help, kindness, and humor! We will be in touch for our next adventure with you! We had a lot of moving parts: guests staying at multiple hotels in Waikiki, transportation needed on different days, and then a very precise schedule on the wedding day to get everyone to the North Shore on time. They handled every single detail flawlessly. One thing that really stood out was how beautifully Angela coordinated and synced with our wedding planner, Emmarose from TGA. The two of them worked together seamlessly, which made the entire transportation experience feel effortless and perfectly timed from start to finish. And then there were the thoughtful extra touches. We had created a special video to be played for our guests just before arriving at the venue, and Angela's team went above and beyond to make it happen. They tested everything in advance, timed it perfectly, and made sure the moment landed exactly the way we imagined. It added so much excitement and energy right before the ceremony -- such a memorable detail. I honestly can't recommend Executive Chauffeur Hawaii enough. If you're looking for a team that's professional, well‑organized, and genuinely invested in making your day run smoothly, this is the one. They made our wedding transportation effortless, and we're so grateful for the care they put into every detail.
