They must have contracted to your company. Saferide gave me a text confirming my ride. Was told he was circling the complex in a white car. The car arrived 45 minutes late. The drive gave me his name of something like Gandhi, first or last name? He was not speaking good English, and said he was picking up someone else? Yet, he was right at my door. He drove away and the trip was canceled. He made me miss an important doctor visit. When I called Saferide they told me the driver's name. He gave me his name, but said he had another rider to make. Said look for another car was coming to get me. That didn't happen! The drive lied to me when he add someone else was assigned to me. Now Saferide is using your company tomorrow, August 28 to take ne to the doctor. This ride has been confirmed via text, just as the one this driver refused to pick me up when I got in the car. This driver was useless and I can only hope he isn't assigned to me tomorrow. I don't know how you hire thee people, but....This was not even a one star. I have more rides schedule next week. Hopefully, Saferide will assign this to another carrier. Several good reviews, but you hired a person not competent.

TBR, on their website, recommends a private car service which charges $100 per person! Even with the cost of gas that is pretty ridiculously high! Thankfully Yelp has the project function, and I was able to get quotes from several limousine services on the island. Fellow yelpers gave great reviews for Tina and her team's service, and I am so glad we went with them. Booking was easy and efficient, we were able to pay online ahead of time, and we booked a stretch limo from the airport to Turtle Bay for about half the cost of the resort recommended car service. I kept it a surprise and my kids were blown away. They felt like fancy pants people in the limo! The day of pick ups, our driver Raymond had great communication and provided bottles of water for everybody. Both rides were smooth and we definitely felt first class! We tipped him in cash, easy peasy. I referred my sister to them and she booked them to take her family from Aulani to Waikiki. We will def use this co again! I kept thinking who had my funeral arrangements. Anyway we did make it in one piece even if we all needed blood pressure medications. If you want a pulse pounding trip to or from the airport these guys fit the bill perfectly.

I certainly had mixed emotions about it, so utilizing Yelp, as I like to do, i searched "limousine " and several companies responded. I selected Top Limousine because they received almost 100% favorable yelp reviews. Yet, I was still uneasy since i had no previous experience. I am obsessed with timeliness and worried if the limousine would be on time! There was absolutely no need for any form or reason for concern. Arriving a full 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, the gorgeous, sparkling clean limousine with our incredibly personable gentleman driver was beyond any concern or expectation! Our party was overjoyed, excited, and delighted with our limousine experience! Our amazing chauffeur made it truly magical, as he introduced himself, asking about the occasion, helping each guest into the limousine, making sure we were all comfortable, explaining the internal mechanics, asking our musical preferences and off we went. Our chauffeur continued his extended courtesy by escorting our party to the check in and making sure i knew how to contact him when our event ended!
