I have always covered my exterior hose bibs with styrofoam and have never had a problem. But today, upon returning home from church, the spigot was gushing water. I immediately cut the water and called my regular plumbers who I found out do not work on weekends. I googled 24/7 plumbers and Taylor Plumbing was at the top. Their ratings were good, so I called them and explained my problem. Within two hours, two service technicians arrived. One was named Randall. They quickly assessed the situation and within 5 minutes were hard at work to resolve my issue. They replaced the entire hose bib lickety-split. They were professional and pleasant fellas to work with. I'll definitely keep them on my speed dial if another issue arises. Thank you for your professional service!

I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

Robert and Tim, as well as the other technicians that have worked on problems at our commercial property have all been excellent and fair. I would not consider any other plumbing company again. I also called Lloyd's the next day to ask for a status and was told that they are really busy and a message will be left for Victor. Unfortunately, no response was received. On Friday 8/15 I called Lloyd's and spoke with Steve in Sales. I explained that we have simplified the project and have purchased the lighting we would like to have installed. I told Steve that we want to use Lloyd's because of the good work they have done previously. Steve told me that he would talk to Victor on Tuesday 8/19 and would get back to me. After not hearing back from Steve by Wednesday 8/20, I called and left a message for Steve. I explained that we received a quote from another company but it was too high and I'm interested in working with Lloyd's. I did not hear back from Steve and am very disappointed at being ghosted by Lloyd's Electric. I will work with a new Vendor for the work to be done. I do NOT recommend Lloyd's Electric.

It happened on a Friday night, of course. We called quite a few places on Saturday morning but they were either closed or booked weeks out. We then called Sean from A Plus Plumbing who was able to get us an appointment that evening. They ended up having an issue with the truck and needed to reschedule for Sunday. That worked out for us as we needed more time to try to find the lid since grass and weeds had grown over (they charge extra for excavation). By Sunday night we were back in business! ;) Their prices were reasonable and comparable to the other places we called.
