Her kindness didn't stop there however. As we departed to walk the Cotswold Way, I accidentally left my jacket behind. Realizing it miles away, Sandra went above and beyond driving all the way to our next night's accomodations to personally bring it to me. Having since finished our walk to Bath, we can say the Lygon Arms is not to be missed. While Sandra would not accept anything for her trouble, we've given a donation to the National Trust in her honor.

We shared excellent food (and more g&ts!) including classic egg pasta with shaved truffle (yum!), the avocado and egg salad, and a side of lovely, buttered green beans.
