Fantastic!!! Shout out to Ryan Guillory who was fast, competent, and effective... especially considering that I was not an HPE customer. I know better now. You want solar panels? Go HPE. Now I am needing to replace a roof, and they are standing ready to assist in the process of removing and replacing rooftop panels. My trust in them is so strong that I also am using the roofer that they recommend. There are very few companies that I have worked with that have consistently provided value, high levels of customer service, extreme technological expertise and an overall professionalism that Hot Purple Energy has provided to me over the past nine years. Every aspect of my relationship with them has been of the highest caliber, and has been consistently characterized by my trust in their business integrity and in their ability to preform to the highest standard. After seeing my power bill rise to almost car payment levels and with the prices contining to go up…read morewith IID I felt it was time to take another look at solar. When I moved here in 2018 I was advised that due to IIDs Solar Policy and Cost of Solar equipment it didn't make financial sense due to the high roi. I had called around several companies for quotes and I will say all but one "big" company was really friendly to work with. Supreme Solar was a cut above the rest. I worked with Mohamed and from day one he took tremendous amounts of time to ensure I understood this whole new world of Solar and came up with a system that fully fit our needs today but also with some room for the future. He also had no problems with repeating the same presentation and showing the financial benefits. There was no pressure just providing information and allowed us to make the decision based on that information and for us it seemed to make financial sense so we ended up going for it. Pricing I felt was more then fair and this company offers many options to ensure solar can be affordable and work for different situations. They offer a unique program that other companies couldn't even touch which allowed us to get a 32 panel and 3 battery setup. Financing: Paperwork was all docusign so it was super easy to complete...almost too easy. No issues with Financing at all other then the company may call asking if they are cleared to begin billing as you near your install date but Mohamed informed me when to give them the all clear. Installation: Mohamed was very transparent on the timelines of the install occurring and they were right on schedule with no snags. The installers were on time and did a wonderful job in getting the system installed in two days and then they had everything all cleaned and painted for inspection. They were also super friendly and was very informative on whag they planned to do to ensure I was comfortable. They passed inspection without issues. Kudos to Samantha for dealing with my HOA and the City in getting everything all setup. She is extremely organized and very easy to work with. She was also very kind and willing to help anyway she can. Ease of use: I choose a solaredge system which uses an app displays everything I need in a very straightforward fashion. I also love how I can track the performance of the individual panels. Whats also nice is Surpeme Solar will monitor the system as well and if they see a problem they will address is without issue or me having to call them. I added a screenshot showing my systems performance so you can see how easy it is to understand. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to work with Surpeme Solar. They have been nothing but honest and trustworthy. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who asks about how they are to work with. I can't wait to see my power bill shrink. They are a small business which I love and I dont think they will be a small business for long with the way they operated. Check them out.

The system went on line about 10 days ago and it's already covered me during 3 power outages! After going through the entire process with PlanetSolar, I completely understand how they've built their business entirely on referrals with zero advertising. From start to finish, their execution was flawless. The sales process was relaxed and pressure-free, backed by a detailed proposal with clear projections on energy costs and savings. They showed up when they said they would, every time. The work itself was exceptionally clean and professional -- including the painting and patching of areas that needed to be modified, which isn't always a given with contractors. On a job this size, a few minor issues cropped up, as is pretty typical. What impressed us was how quickly and painlessly they handled each one -- no runaround, no hassle. The touch we appreciated most: two months after completion, Bryan from PlanetSolar came out in-person to confirm our satisfaction and verify the system was performing as projected. That kind of post-installation follow-through is rare and really sets them apart. Special shoutout to Eduardo and Zeke -- true professionals and outstanding representatives of the PlanetSolar brand. We will absolutely be recommending PlanetSolar to friends and neighbors without hesitation.
