A guy named Oscar placed a new panel at my house, and did an awful job. I mean his work was a mess. I called Cesar and explained to him what Oscar did. In about half an hour, Cesar came to my house, and checked Oscar's work. He explained to me what he can do to make it look cleaner and safer. I set up an appointment with him, and in a couple of days, he came back with his partner (David) and fixed my panel grounding, labeled my electrical panel correctly, changed my EV charger with a better brand, and explained to me the overview of electrical panel. Then, Cesar quoted me an estimate and came to my house next day to verify his estimate. Cesar is a genuine, hardworking and super fair guy who setup my Level 2 EV charger at my house and then also later did a full 220 volt install to my backyard so I could hook up a hot tub.
