The company refused to charge which shows true integrity! Nice to see in this day and age.

Called the team back for another project and this time I was left significantly disappointed. The…read moreservice guy was awesome, taught me everything I needed to know and did everything well for the faucet. At the end; however, when it came to the bill, I was initially quoted $250 Max which is relatively high in my opinion (I sent screenshots of the faucet listing so the owner would know what they're working with for a good market quote) and once the job was done, the owner texted the service guy that because it was motion censored that it would be $385 Max. Note: I sent the info of the faucet (to the Business Owner) before I agreed to the "$250 Max" which was already a pretty high ball price since the service costed the same as the faucet piece itself. To have the price at the end jacked up to $385 unexpectedly because the owner didn't do due diligence by looking at the screenshot provided and communicate pricing expectations correctly was very disappointing. Newest Update: The owner has reached out and has made efforts to resolve the issue. I am content with how things worked out in the end. The faucet is working spectacularly, so I'm very happy with the work overall.
