Called Sammie to schedule my appointment and she was able to get me in right away. You have to buzz to get in and once you step inside the tranquil and relaxing ambience helps to relax you. I got setup and relaxed inside my pod. If you focus on your breathing you have a better chance of remaining in the pod the whole 30 minutes. Felt like I sweated out a lake and was a little drained (pun intended) afterwards. Relaxed for a little bit and drank some more water before hearing more about the color of my toxins and the benefits of the pods - experiencing it I already understood the benefits of it. It was shortly afterwards when it hit me and I just felt really really good - I highly recommend going and giving it a try - plan it if you are so that you get the most benefit from it.
