We're incredibly grateful for their guidance and professionalism and would highly recommend Kelli to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent in San Diego.

Iam a first time buyer and Arash was very patient with helping us understand the process and putting us at ease with the whole process of buying our home... He was with us from the beginning to the end of the home buying experience with utmost attention. It was a pleasure to work with Arash..The home of our dreams was up for sale in Irvine...Even though the house had a scheduled open house, Arash was able to coordinate a private viewing. He gave us all pertinent information on time, I never had to wait for his call/ texts more than 5-10 min even if he might be super busy! Even after we got the house, I text him for every other question I might have and he would never say I don't know or check online, he will always get back to you! I would highly recommend Arash.

We were afraid of the amount of money we would have to shell out to make our place sellable. Rick is AMAZING, EXCEPTIONAL and so knowledgeable about the market! Rick got us an all Cash offer in 4 days! Yes, you read that right. He sold our home in 4 days! The first time talking to him about our home, we expressed to him our concerns about the financial burden of selling our place. He looked at our home the same day. The following day he gave us a very short list of things to fix that appeals to buyers. Rick even went as far as getting some quotes for us! If the above still doesn't make you choose Rick, here is why you should choose him. He gave us a price to sell that was beyond our expectations upon meeting him. The week that we were ready to sell, he increased that price because he checks the market CONSTANTLY! We were apprehensive but we TRUSTED him. Sure enough, he sold our home in 4 days in a price much MORE than we expected! Rick was a blessing in our lives. He has made selling our home so easy by guiding us every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and CHOOSE Rick Edu!

We will never stop being thankful for Rick who helped us achieve our dream home. Big shout out to his assistant as well, who was delightful to work with and never missed a single detail. - Few lenders could do a jumbo loan with only 10% down - No other lender could offer a second mortgage that didn't go through another bank, which had more red tape and less options on second mortgages - Few lenders would respond to emails within a reasonable amount of time (48 hours). With Jesse's team, it usually took less than 30 minutes. - No other lenders would respond to emails/calls on the weekend - No other lenders would give straightforward answers to basic questions - No other lender offered an interest rate as low as Jesse's Jesse was my backup lender, but I should've just went with him from the start. My other lender was slow to respond to questions, didn't take my COE seriously (three extensions), and worst of all, said he could deliver on the loan without doing due diligence. Jesse kept warning me that other lenders would have trouble fulfilling this loan, but I didn't listen. At the last day of my second escrow extension, I heard the news that my other lender couldn't fulfill my loan. In comes Jesse and his wonderful assistant. My seller was kind enough to give me one final extension but I only had two weeks to find another lender and finish the entire loan process. I emailed Jesse on a weekend and he told me with 100% confidence that he could fulfill my loan. Fast forward to now, I'm sitting in my new place because Jesse saved me. I honestly can't think of anything they could've gone better. You owe it to yourself to AT LEAST give Jesse a chance, even as a backup lender. It takes five minutes and Jesse will probably be in contact with you right away. I just wish I knew this before I went through the hassle with other lenders so I wouldn't have as many gray hairs.

The initial email I received from him in response to my request sounded awesome, but I still was doubtful. Anyway, I followed up with his instructions and competed the application. What I discovered later was this was the best mortgage company I had ever dealt with. Not only he delivered everything he had promised, he did it incredibly fast through his assistance Christine. In the end, my loan was approved by the underwriter within couple of weeks. Considering how fast Christine processed my loan, it would have been approved by the underwrite faster if it were not for some complications that I had created. Both Jesse and Christine paid so much attention to my requests that it almost felt like I am the only customer they have. In the end, I got a fantastic rate, reasonable cost, unbelievable speed, and more importantly approval of the loan while a few other companies didn't think that I would qualify for the second house. So, I want to thank Jesse and Christine for the amazing job they did on my application!!! You guys are the best!!!

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the professionalism your agent Charlie Bond has displayed at my open house this past Sunday. Not only has he disrespected my home by operating my electronics for his viewing pleasure WITHOUT obtaining our permission, your Admin sends an email to my real estate agent, justifying his actions, stating "it could have been prompted by a visitor's interest in the score." This cavalier statement is absolutely insulting! The quality of your customer service is appalling. You should be ashamed of how your company is being run. *This is our home* in which we have put in a tremendous amount of effort to have it quickly sold. You apparently have no regard for your clients so I can only hope that this experience can help you and your team learn to be committed to quality customer service.
