They really went above and beyond to try to keep the original look and making sure my expectations were aligned with reality. When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.
