They quoted me and delivered on time and for a fair price but the quality of work was what impressed me the most. They really went above and beyond to try to keep the original look and making sure my expectations were aligned with reality. Their type of work is a true art form and usually above how the beer signs are originally manufactured. They replaced the entire portion that was broken and now my sign looks better than original! I stopped by the office later that day with a sample product so they could see the material they'd be embroidering, I recall even physically going through the material and instruction labels. We agreed to embroider the product itself because what better way to truly gauge a business? 120+ pieces with the potential to triple the business within 3 months. I should've walked away at this point-- they messed up the product, badly. After taking a week to get thread ordered and delivered (despite multiple 2-day estimates,) I'd given the go ahead to embroider the product to present as a sample of their work, and paid for the setup + production + replacement track jackets. We requested a refund and have yet to hear back-- a continued display of the lack of ownership and accountability. Please look elsewhere for your projects.
