Sign Source contacted my company in Seattle to help them get some signs installed for an outdoor…read moremall. In spite of agreeing my terms which were 50% deposit upon order and the balance upon completion of the job. Getting payment has been the worst I have encountered in 29 years in the sign business. First, they wanted to spit the initial deposit in two, which I agreed to, but still took extra effort to collect. Now, final payment has not been received in six weeks, with lies and excuses and false promises on the way. This is bad business and has cost me time and effort trying to collect plus having to change my operational plans every time payment was not recieved. As of this writing, I am seeking legal counsel. I would stay away. Too many good sign companies out there to have to bother with these people.

Perfect timing- because they have been more than accommodating, price sensitive, upfront and their attention to detail has been outstanding. In the interim, I know this is a very competitive space and industry, but so far, our Company has been impressed by their process thus far. They are worth a call to assess your needs.

They were not only prompt and professional in their communications, but also offered me a very reasonable quote and a high-quality proof for my wedding save-the-dates (which I had designed myself). After I made a few adjustments, they provided a second proof and even delivered everything to my home address at no additional charge. I therefore did not hesitate to use Jano Graphics again when it was time to print my more complicated 3-piece wedding invitation package (full-color, double-sided folded cards with 2 separate double-sided color inserts). Having invested a lot of time in designing/preparing the invites, I was very particular about getting a high-quality print job and again, they were prompt and professional and delivered a superior product at a competitive price. Finally, when I needed help with a few last-minute wedding signs and my seating chart, I turned to Jano Graphics one more time. Mark's response to my "urgent" request was immediate and each piece was perfectly produced and delivered within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Jano Graphics for either personal or professional printing needs.
