While rearranging my beer lights in the cave, I broke my Coors Light/Angels Big A neon. I called all over LA/Orange Counties looking for someone to repair my light. In the search engine Dave's Signs popped up. Although 100 miles away I gave them a call to see if they would be able to help me out with the light. The gentleman I spoke to (I can't remember his name) heard what I had to say and requested I send a picture in an email to Dave himself (I assumed it was the owner). I sent the email and I got a very prompt response with a very reasonable quote.
The following day I made the road trip up to Ventura. I got to the shop and was met by a kind lady (I suck when it comes to remembering names sorry), she offered something to drink and requested that I fill out some information for the light to drop off. I filled out the info on a tag. I was preparing to give them some time to repair the light; 1-2-3 or 4 weeks, I didn't care I just wanted my light fixed. One of the gentleman making the repairs in the back shop discovered they had a part that was needed to repair the light. He asked if I could hang for 20 minutes while he made the repair and then I could take the light with me that day. I said "ABSOLUTELY!". The repair was made, the light was tested and everything worked! I seriously believe that it was some of the best service I've ever experienced. It was totally worth the road trip!!!
I'm not saying you're going to get lucky like me and the part needed to fix the light is gonna be sitting on the shelf, BUT, what I am sure of is that you're going to get the best service possible that's why I gave this place five stars. read more
