When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.

Sign quality is decent. The process was frustrating though. The install fee for digging a couple…read moreholes and filling with quick set concrete and screwing a couple screws into a wall, was ridiculous, and I had to help him, he didn't bring any help with him. Then, when I needed one more sign that was 1/4 the size of the others, he wanted to charge twice as much. I did my shopping around for the first signs and his price was a little bit higher but his turn around time was supposedly shorter so I went with Nathan. I worked with him for about a month on design prior to signing the contract so I thought I was good on the deadline of the project. After I signed Nathan continued to drag out the design process with redundant questions and not replying to emails or texts for a couple days so he could extend the time he had to complete the work as the fine print in the contract says lead time is from when the "Final" design is agreed upon. I thought we had the final design that's why I signed the contract. I guess by him asking redundant questions for a couple weeks that meant the design wasn't "Final". These weren't complicated signs and he was given a picture of the exact sign needed just with different words. I was on a deadline and was very clear from the start of when that was. He ended up installing after my deadline.. Very frustrating process and he was very condescending about it. I also didn't appreciate the fake niceness, and entitled attitude. I really feel like his price doubled once he saw the house. I think he's a rip off. I will not do business with Nathan again and I would not recommend him. I'm curious why there is not one Yelp review for this business.

After sending a vector that was too big to email, I was told to send a low resolution JPEG instead of working with me on how to safely reduced file size to be able to email the attachment. File upload on the website would be suggested for print business btw!! After asking to make sure the print comes out crips and not blurry or pixelated, I get a pixelated print! Refund not an option after it's custom and quote: because what you already have is nearly perfect

In spite of agreeing my terms which were 50% deposit upon order and the balance upon completion of the job. Getting payment has been the worst I have encountered in 29 years in the sign business. First, they wanted to spit the initial deposit in two, which I agreed to, but still took extra effort to collect. Now, final payment has not been received in six weeks, with lies and excuses and false promises on the way. This is bad business and has cost me time and effort trying to collect plus having to change my operational plans every time payment was not recieved. As of this writing, I am seeking legal counsel. I would stay away. Too many good sign companies out there to have to bother with these people.
