They quoted me and delivered on time and for a fair price but the quality of work was what impressed me the most. They really went above and beyond to try to keep the original look and making sure my expectations were aligned with reality. Their type of work is a true art form and usually above how the beer signs are originally manufactured. They replaced the entire portion that was broken and now my sign looks better than original! When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.
