This nail salon has been open for 31years, so you know they provide an excellent service. I have been going here for a manicure and pedicure every two weeks for a few years now. My fast growing nails need to be cut and maintained well or I get ingrown toenails that are very painful. Vogue definitely spends a long time on your nails and makes sure they are cleaned and cut properly. Also, the leg massages are wonderful and last more than 2 minutes. Cleanliness has never been a problem, and I have never gotten an infection or had a cut from any service. Vogue is an institution in Willow Glen and Is awesome. Women that come here have been doing so for decades, it definitely feels like a lot of people are family. If you are interested in getting the best pedicure and manicure in Willow Glen, you should give these hardworking ladies a try. Their massage is really great and they do a great job overall. The technicians are all very nice. The only curious thing is that I have been there 3 times and each time I was told a different price for a pedicure. First time $57, then $37 and then $47. Maybe the ladies first time and third added a tip for themselves? In any case, I added tips on top of what they asked as the massage was worth it. read more

I wanted to update my review and just say without the massage chairs jostling you about the nail technicians at Vogue Nails give you a wonderful leg massage which is hard to find these days. The individual liners are more sanitary. Client with lemon trees donate extra lemons for the pedicure baths! My husband appreciates coming in for maintaining his good foot health, hang nail prevention and relaxing massages. Pam, Kim, Annie, Ruby and Nancy all do wonderful manicures and arm massages too! If there is a new nail technique you want, ask Pam which nail specialist she recommends! Also, due to recent business robberies they are now accepting digital payment, make sure to confirm best method of payment before your appointment. Most clients have been long time customers so their schedules are pretty full and steady so it's best to schedule an appointment. I came in today 5/3/24 at 3:32PM to try and get pedicure since my husband was getting a hair cut next door at Big Ben's. I walked in and I seen the place looked like offices. They did not have regular pedicure chairs and manicure tables. It was my first time here and since I didn't see the pedicure chairs I asked the lady in front "hi do you do pedicures" she scanned me up and down and said we do but don't have time. I did see that the only people who were being helped were white. Instead of suggesting I wait for 20 minutes, even 30 minutes, they would rather not take my business. It definitely seemed like they only wanted to service white/Caucasians. I really needed a pedicure as I was going on vacation. The owner, or whomever answers the phone and seems in charge, is very rude! Their prices online are incorrect, and the person who did my toes was not friendly and was seemingly irritated when I was choosing bw two colors. When I made the appointment the person on the phone asked if I had been there before and I said yes. That was it. Admittedly, it has been a while. When my pedicure was done (which, it is just ok... the nails are not uniformly shaped or the same overall length) I handed the person my credit card. The owner says "cash only, I told you that on the phone." And I reminded her that she asked if I had been there before, not that it was cash only. She had no response. So I called my husband to drop off the rest of the money (btw, if the online prices were accurate, I would have had enough money in my wallet). So, they are cash only presumably so they don't have to report income, the owner has attitude for some reason, the pedicure is average and their pricing is very unclear. There are so many nail salon options .... Choose another salon with good customer service. read more

I've been a long time client of Vogue and have only great things to say about the business. It's a clean, professional and friendly place. It may cost more than other nail salons, however the quality of the service is well worth it. I'm very pleased with the nail technicians and highly recommend the salon. At first I wasn't excited bout no massage chairs but my friends recommended so I was open minded. The massage for both manicure (shoulders and arms included) and pedicure were the BEST I've had! I've been looking for a new nail place as the one I was going to started to overbook, so my appointments to twice as long. I went into this nail place to find out prices. First of all their prices are way higher than other nail places. Second, when I walked in one of the ladies was sitting at the front desk and was eating something. She never turned around to look at me and when I asked her what the prices were she just pointed her finger behind her. I asked if she had a brochure that I could take with me and she handed me a business card (that didn't have any of the prices on it). And she went back to eating. So I took a pen and wrote the prices on the back of the card, she looked at me, then looked at one of the other workers and said something in her language and they all started to laugh. I walked out and will never go back. Why would I spend my hard earned money to be treated rudely and laughed at. I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been going to Vogue Nails for years. The place has been there for over 15 years and most of the customers are return customers. Pam who is the owner is very friendly and helpful. I usually go to Michelle for acrylic as well as regular manicures. She does an excellent job. They use plastic inserts for pedicure baths and I have never had any issues there in terms of cleanness. They are a bit pricey but I love going to a place where everyone knows my name, I see children being born and growing up, and little girls starting to get their own manicures. It has the old town stability feeling that we often times lack in our big busy city lives. read more

While my pedicure and shellac manicure totaled $58, I was willing to pay. The atmosphere and ladies are pleasant. It's quiet and very clean. Its not the nail factory you may be used to in the grand scheme of things, this really is my hidden gem. Three stars for the overall cleanliness of the salon. The towel they used was a little dirty for my taste. The girl I went to (I didn't catch her name) did a nice job, but $15.00 for just a basic manicure was a little pricey. They didn't have the best nail polish color selection either. I usually go to QT Nails in Santa Clara and they only charge $10 for a manicure, and they do just as good of a job. After trying out a few nail salons in the area and being really disappointed in how bad they were, I finally found this place. These ladies really do a great job. They don't damage your nails by being overly aggressive in taking gel off or filing. They don't put too much polish on and have it seep into your cuticles. The owner is very nice and fit me into their busy schedule. She even gave me a recommendation of where I could get a massage afterwards, which I did. My first visit to Vogue nails was 20 years ago when I was in high school. My Aunt used to take me there. Then I went away for school, moved back and started going to other salons. I was in a bind and needed my nails done. I walked in and luckily they were able to take me. I dont recommend not having an appointment as I really did get lucky. Bottom line is this. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, clean and efficient. For its size, their salon is classier and more relaxing than some I've seen. Vogue nails is my go to salon for manis and pedis. First I love that I don't have to wrestle with trying to park on Lincoln Ave. like you do with the other Willow Glen salons - there is ample parking in the lot. I usually make an appointment but I have also dropped in on numerous occasions and have been able to get in within 10 minutes or so. Pam is the owner and is a great color consultant - she always shows me new ideas - even though one of the other girls does my nails. Right now Anh does my Manis and Lynn does my pedis - they are excellent but so are all if the other technicians in the salon. You can't go wrong at Vogue. Just had an amazing pedicure from Ann. Probably the best foot massage ive ever had. Every time i get a pedicure it seems like the massage is never long enough or they just rub your feet in the same motion while they talk to their co-worker. But Ann really took time and used different techniques and some relexology. I have never been so relaxed at a nail salon. Nails came out great too. The salon is pretty small (7 stations) and very clean. They dont have the big massage chairs but i've had a ton of mediocre pedi's in those chairs so doesnt matter to me. I came in for my little sister's birthday and was helped by Nancy and Kim. Nancy did a great job on my French tip, she made them look super natural and didn't leave them thick. Kim did my pedicure and she did way more than the place I used to ever did. She made my feet soft and pretty again. Best way to get pampered. The prices are pretty high, but totally worth it. Yesterday I had to drop off a package at UPS and noticed this hole in the wall place so I dropped in and asked for a basic mani and pedi. They were able to take me right away which was nice but right away I noticed that it was odd that there appears to only be running water in the back of the place so they do the pedicure in a tub instead of a typical foot spa. I thought it was a bit odd but it was too late to turn back. My mani and pedi themselves were fine but since the set up is a bit different, the girl doing my mani had one of my arms pulled over my body. When she went to give a very short massage, she squeezed message OIL directly on my arms and some of it dripped onto my jeans. I could see she noticed but she tried to pretend she didn't and then didn't apologize. When I was done, I was told it was $55 and cash/check only (annoying). For a standard mani and pedi this seemed high but at that point I just wanted to get home to make sure my jeans didn't stain. I got home and immediately soaked the jeans and washed them. The oil stained. Oil stain on my $200 jeans after paying $60 for someone to ruin my favorite jeans. This is very, very bad service and I will not be returning. read more

I have never had my nails done as perfect as I had them done with Michelle. I have been to countless nail salons getting french nails (both tips and powder). I believed everybody had the same prices and did the same sloppy job until I came across this nail salon. I was researching nail reviews in the area and two reviews really stood out. The negative ones I didn't really think much about because who hasn't been to a nail salon and the nail ladies talk in their language and laugh at everything. I'd rather have happy ladies than, serious or upset ladies. So, I thought I'd give them a try. I called to make sure it was ok to drop by. It was a Friday after 5:00 pm. When I got there everyone was friendly, the establishment was very clean, and they had several customers which is a good sign that they are good. However, they only take cash or checks so come prepared. I took a glance at the prices and thought they were a bit pricey but at this point I was going to take my chances. I saw the word French with the price of $50. So, I knew it was going to be a tad bit more. Michelle asked me if I wanted tips or powder. I went with her recommendation which was powder. She did an absolute perfect job. This is definitely now my new nail place! read more
