Came today during my (very extended) lunch break. Got a mani, pedi and eye brow wax. My bill came to $45, which isn't bad since I'm used to rip off prices in Hoboken. The girl that did my manicure and pedicure was Susan and she did a fabulous job, I was very pleased when I left. Her work was extremely thorough and her massages were so good. I almost fell asleep in the chair, which never happens to me. The girl who did my eyesbrows (didn't catch her name) was very good too. I will be back, Vogue!

3.5 stars I got a pedicure and a gel manicure during my lunch break. Took a little bit over an hour which is not bad. The pedicure I would give 4 stars to. It was great, included a scrub and massage, then again it was the first time I got a pedicure. The gel manicure I would give 3 stars to. I had a different tech from when I got a pedicure. It turned out alright. One of my nails though isn't straight and I showed it to her and she tried to fix it but it still isn't prefect. No big deal I fix it myself. I appreciated that she did 3 coats since I chose a light pink color. In total I paid $52 plus tip which is pretty good in my opinion compared to other salons in the area. I would come back again but would want a different tech for my manicure.

Same problem everywhere, you get a decent mani-pedi and then the following visit, a different technician and a totally different experience.

Called at 7:30pm and asked for a massage for two ppl at 8:30pm, they said they had availability. We…read moreshowed up at 8:25pm, and the woman said they only had one massage therapist. I think the other therapist just started with another client? Unsure what the excuse was, slight language barrier. But she knew we were the ones that called earlier requesting 2massages.

I recently visited the Coz Spa, and my experience was not good. The ambience was nice and…read morefacilities were clean. but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I have been going to Korean spas for over 10 years for this treatment. It normally leaves your skin supper soft. The scrub can be from 30-50 minutes and then a hydrating massage for 30 minutes to 45 after. This was my first time doing it at this spa. I called and they said that the scrub is 45 minutes and the massage is the same. For $20 more you can extend the massage for an addition 30 minutes. They also mentioned they have a sauna which is free. I asked for the 2 hour Urban Vacation. It is little over two hours before closing so they did not want to accommodate so I chose the 90 minute Eastern Indulgence (Korean Body Scrub). They asked from payment first, so I paid $130, then they took me to a room and gave me a towel. About 7 minutes later she comes back and took me to the wet room. No robe, no slippers which was odd. We entered the room and it was freezing. I told her it was cold; she ended the scrub after 10 minutes and put me in a cold sauna room. After about 4 minutes it got warm. In about 3 minutes we head to the massage room. The room was nice and warm, but the massage was terrible. I asked for a stronger massage, but it did not get stronger. It was not good. While in the room she complained that business is slow, and she comes from palisade park to work there. After 70-75 minutes in total, she said all done. I told her that she cut it short, she stated that I came in 90 minutes ago. She left and came back with water. She seemed nice and I gave her $50 tip on a $130 massage. She asked for more and told me that $50 is not enough for 90 minutes. I was shocked. I told her the scrub was shortened, the time was shortened as it included the time to pay, her to set up and the sauna. She got nasty and I left. In summary, the cozy Spa offers clean environment. However, the inconsistency in the service from the industry standards and their menu along with lack of gratitude was disappointing to say the least. I would suggest staying clear of this spa. This is not a good business to support.
