It's always easy to get an appointment with him and I always feel like I receive a good eye exam with him. Thanks for taking care of my eyes Dr. Rothman, I'd recommend you to anyone!

While purchasing $800 glasses from an optometrist once and getting partial coverage from insurance is a necessary thing, it is not always a budget friendly option. Fortunately there are online options available to order with a prescription. I know that these offices are reluctant to share prescriptions due to the increasing use of these online options. But they are in fact OUR prescriptions. When my daughter called for the PD #, NOT an expired RX, they would only offer it for $25. That seems absurd since it is her medical history. And quite frankly none of their business what she will do with her OWN records. But to assert that it would be a liability for them to give that number to her is asinine. Their conversation escalated to unreasonable proportions because of the staff's incredibly condescending responses. We will not be doing business there again. Unfortunately they couldn't see the value of doing this courtesy.

I'm not sure if it's because the trying times in which we currently live in that this place has an exceptional order and structure to how they operate but it's a plus plus plus in my book!!! 2. The staff here are very informative and friendly. I find that they move expeditiously but not in a way that you would feel rushed. 3. The ophthalmologist that attended to me and my hubby was awesome sauce! Why because she spoke in a respectful tone, her appearance along with her aura says she loves what she does. She too was very informative. Lastly do to me and my husbands sense of humor, when Dr. Ramserat asked us to read the lines FKJML we started reading the lines FREDDY, KING, JACK, MARY, LIMA she still remained professional when she could have responded differently. Instead she smiled and laughed with us and told us that we were originals but she enjoyed the time as well as meeting us. Now as far as the selection of Glasses wasn't pleased with that too tough.

Lastly, I recently made an appointment and I was early so I called from outside asking if I could go in and the lady said "I just wanna let you know your appointment is four days before what the insurance will cover".... well thats funny because when I called to make the appointment (more than a month prior) I specifically asked to have the appointment on a date the insurance would cover! The receptionist on the phone was absolutely unprofessional, hardly spoke English, and was so far from accommodating!!! Oh! The current state of my glasses was that one earpiece was completely off and one of the nosepieces was missing.
