I called, got put on hold them hung up on (they said they disconnected) I called back, put on hold 15 minutes. call back, then immediately hung up on. I called 6 times each time being put on hold them either *disconnected* or hung up on. the 7th time I said *do not put me on hold* before I could get disconnected AGAIN. I got told *do Not speak to me like that* then when I said it was unacceptable being hung up in or disconnected 6 TIMES they told me to call corporate and hung up. I walked down there, and explained the situation (a bit heated but I was not violent in any way except I told the cashier to shut up because I didn't wanna deal with her after being disconnected 6 times. they threatened to cal the cops on me for this. Unfortunately due to Anna Marie's being closed for the holidays we had to order from Vocelli's and I am reminded why we stopped ordering from them. We waited and hour and a half (on a Wednesday afternoon) and the $18.00 medium pizza was the size of a small pizza anywhere else... and it was COMPLETELY underdone and soggy. There is no sauce on this pizza. I just ordered 2 large supremes and there is not one drip of sauce on either one.

Visiting from Nashville. The Nashville Hot Chicken pizza is closest I've had to an authentic hot chicken sandwich.

The only thing I don't like about Yelp is that you have to give at least 1 star. This was the 3rd and final time we are ordering from Vocellis. EVERY time we order our food is a complete disaster. It's like they take the pizza out of the oven and throw it into a box and then the driver takes turns at such a speed as to cause such centrifugal force that all of the toppings are thrown off of the pizza only to adhere to the cheap pizza box. We ordered the chicken and the workers ineptitude found even lower depths of disappointment. I ordered Buffalo sauce on the side of my chicken strips. The chicken was for my daughter but the sauce was for me. They failed to secure the lid to the sauce container and it spilled all over the chicken. My daughter is young and does not like hot foods. She could not eat any of the food I specifically purchased for her. All in all we wasted $50 tonight, for the 3rd time, only to be disappointed again. I ordered from Vocelli Pizza Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm on line, the amount was over $50.00 (My family were staying with me at the Comfort Inn), the order was accepted and the receipt stated the delivery time would be 9:55 p.m. and I received a text also that if I had any questions to call the Restaurant, so I called, both my mother and cousin were in the room with me, when I spoke on my cell phone on speaker with someone who identified himself as the manager, I explained that I was not able to eat after 10:00 pm and could the food be delivered earlier than 9:45 p.m. he said he was swamped and did I want to cancel the order, I said "no" the other two family members with me had to eat, I will just have to wait until after my medical procedure on Monday, 11-8-2021. At 10:00 p.m. I called back and spoke to a female who answered the phone, and when I inquired about the order she said that I had cancelled it, and I said no I did not in fact I said do not cancel it because the others had to eat, she said that if I wanted the food which it was now going on 10:30 p.m. I would have to re-order, I said not now because it was obvious this restaurant had no intention of filling our online order, which the order and tip were paid. We order from here every Friday night. We have been loyal customers for the past 4 years and we are treated like so. They are friendly and considerate. The food is great. I would have to say it's the best quality pizza place in Butler. Their pizza rolls are the best I've ever had. This isn't gourmet food. It's pizza, subs and basic pasta dishes. But they do a darn good job and they are well managed and operated. read more

I've been seeing all of these negative reviews from the past so I figured I'll post a more updated review. I have ordered many times from this Vocelli's (Pickup and Delivery) in the past year and have always been happy with the service. The delivery can take some time but they usually let you know that beforehand. Every time the pizza has been delicious and exactly what I would expect from a Vocelli's Pizza. One day I special ordered a pizza asking for a quarter of it without any cheese because of a friend not able to eat it, and since they knew me from ordering so many times they made a small personal pizza for my friend instead and gave it to me for free! I have no idea how this store was a year ago, but it seems like they stepped up their game and I've always had a positive experience with the employees. I appreciate them going out of the way for my friend and he really appreciated it also. I will order from them every chance I get because Vocelli's is my favorite pizza! read more

I tend to come here a lot because my family loves the pizza here. It is good pizza, but on my most recent visit the service was awful! I had called in an order for pick up and was told it would be about 25 minutes. I showed up after 30 and had to stand around because only one person was working! Finally one of the delivery drivers arrived and helped take phone calls since they were ringing off the hook. After about 15 minutes I was asked what I ordered. Then I see that they hadn't even made the pizza yet! The person didn't even acknowledge that my order hadn't been started and acted as though me waiting was a formality. I would have left but my family was expecting pizza for dinner. I never even got an apology! I will never go back. read more
