I maintain that these folks make some of the best pizza in the Pittsburgh region. The wood-fired crust is always perfect, exactly the right thinness and char. They always have some interesting flavor combinations. And to top it off, they are some of the nicest people in the local food industry. I will consistently support a small, family-run business over a chain. This location is predominantly takeout although there were a couple of tables set up outside for good weather. There may have been one or two spots inside as well. It's an open kitchen where you can see the oven. I'm in the South Hills so likely won't be stopping by this location frequently, but I definitely will make a point of it when I'm in the area. In the meantime, I will definitely look for every opportunity to eat their wonderful pizza when the truck is closer to work or home. If you are in the north, they should be part of your regular rotation!
