She takes her time listening to your wishes/concerns as well as throughly communicating each process and what to expect. If you haven't tried micro-needling with PRP (or if it hasn't been by Deena in the past) you need to schedule an appointment immediately. In my opinion, it's just as effective if not more so than laser. I've had three treatments and will now switch to maintenance once a year because my skin is smoother and clearer than it's ever been. We've done Botox injections in between micro-needling which also has been great but my favorite service that's offered here is the PRP injections. This is one that most places do not offer and it has delivered fantastic results below my eyes. The circles/slight bags underneath are completely gone after three treatments. I called, left voicemails, emailed, tried multiple phone numbers, etc. I didn't receive a response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. All of a sudden they reach out via TEXT MESSAGE, saying they refuse to give me a refund. I responded to the text saying I have been trying to book an appointment to use what I paid for and no one is responding. Again, no response. This company reaches out to females on instagram offering a free, painless laser hair removal session. I gave it a try. They asked for a positive review afterwards and a video review as well. I purchased my first package with 6 sessions because they gave me a really good deal. (I think there was a miscommunication on the price but they honored what I was quoted so I was happy). The technician made it seem like no big deal, no pain and my appointment was like 15 minutes long. (Spoiler alert, this technician hadn't been taking enough time to do the job correctly.) My last appointment, the original technician was unavailable, so I was booked with Nodira. She was great. She did a much better, detail oriented job. She told me what she was doing and why, told me to keep my eyes closed to protect them from the laser, she took her time and was effective over all the areas. This appointment took 45 minutes instead of the 15 with the other laser hair technician. I realized the original technician hadn't been doing her job correctly this whole time. She also has a bad habit of adjusting her glasses while working which is a cleanliness issue. (I talked with another girl who also received a free session and she said she noticed this as well and will not go back. She works in the business and that's a big health and safety concern.) I decided I would book specifically with Nodira going forward because the session with her seemed much more affective and done correctly. At the end of the session with Nodira, they offered me another deal. 3 sessions (because I would need touch ups) and a discount that only applied if I pirchased at that time. Of course, looking back I wished I hadn't but I thought Nodira did such a great job that I would finally get results by booking specifically with her going forward. After that, I tried calling to make an appointment multiple times. No answer. I started leaving voicemails. No answer. Called other phone numbers I found on google. No answer. Emailed. No answer. I finally filed a disoute with my credit card. They all of a sudden respond (via text) within 24 hours and on a Sunday, saying they refused to give me a refund. I replied with I am trying to use the package I paid for. No response. My theory is they charged me too low, so the first technician did a poor job intentionality and they won't rebook me but will take my money for the "package deal" they offered me, because they gave me too low of a price to start with. All the ladies you see on instagram in their videos only went in for one free session as a trade so the med spa would have content for social media. They're not regular customers and they haven't gone back for other appointment. I reached out to as many as I could find. Some didn't respond back but many did and this seems to be a common theme. Also, I keep receiving an invoice through vagaro saying I owe them over $600. Where this came from I don't know. I paid everything in full at the time of my first appointment of the package. ive lost hope on getting anything figured out because they don't respond and ironically haven't been posting on their social media anymore. All of this screams red flags. Don't learn my $1000 + lesson the hard way! Laser hair removal does work but not this place!!

I was guided into a private room, offered refreshments, and Kellie proceeded to ask a detailed history and what my goals are for my skin. This information is important in order to tailor the services to my specific needs. I felt she really took the time to understand my history, and asked questions when things were unclear. I got the sense that she really was there to support me on this journey. I hopped up on massage table, and she put nice cushions under my legs to help support my back and make me more comfortable (I have back issues, so she was quick with a solution that worked for both of us). Music was playing in the background to support the healing energy of the room. She explained what she was doing and why, which was helpful for my logical and curious mind, throughout the services. I have received services such as Radio Frequency, Skin Tightening (I mean, I'm in my 40s now and your girl needs some help as collagen production is reducing. Lol). I have achieved noticeable results of my skin being brighter, tighter, plump, and a noticeable reduction in fine lines. Kellie is VERY knowledgeable in her field, and it is evident in the way she answers questions, even ones I didn't know I needed to ask. She will explain what products are recommended to support your skin in between sessions, and even write them down if you are like me and forget things like that as soon as you walk out the door.
