The best pho in Gresham! My girlfriend is Vietnamese and we eat pho a lot. There was never a good pho restraunt in Gresham, but we checked Yelp and found this place had recently opened so we came in. The calamari is soo good. It is like salt and pepper squid at Thien Hang. Try it and you will not be disappointed!

Honestly, I'm so thankful that this restaurant opened!!! They have the best pho in all of Gresham, Sandy, Troutdale, Fairview, Happy Valley, and all surrounding areas. They have amazing, friendly service. Their food is always fresh and tastes delicious. We are pho snobs and this place truly delivers everything we want. The only thing I can even remotely think of that's slightly a negative is that you have to ask for the hoisin & chili oil sauce at the restaurant but seriously, all you have to do is ask lol. I'm excited to have another Pho option here in Gresham!! I ordered the Beef Pho and while the portion size was a bit small, that's not an issue for me. The noodles were good, but did need a few minutes in the broth to separate. I can see why other reviewers felt that they skimped on their vegetables, but all you need to do is ask for more if you need it. The broth was good, not the best I've had, but to me it was better than the Pho place in downtown Gresham. My family loves Vietnamese food but options in Gresham area have been either generic bland food or pretty good but WAY overpriced (looking at you downtown Gresham). Happy to say this place was a hit. The food is delicious and the price is right. The bahn mi sandwiches are tastier, bigger AND cheaper than anyone else in the area. Family got pho and loved it. I was too busy cramming a giant sandwich in my pie hole to try it. It's a small place and parking can be a pain but the food and value can't be beat. Recommend you try it before it gets popular. So excited to have another Vietnamese option in Gresham. Don't get me wrong, I like the other place, but I also like money. I can't say I've ever ordered calamari at a Vietnamese place before, but this was quite good. Loved the onions and jalapenos included. Didn't get Pho, but did try the broth and it's top notch. Nicely oily, good bit of salt and rich beef flavor with a nice dose of anise. I'll definitely be heading back for lunch tomorrow. We also had the spare rib combo, teriyaki chicken, salad rolls and BBQ pork. All were top notch! The BBQ pork was especially good; way above average. Only thing I might hope for is a light dressing on the salad that came with the combo. I'd also be curious to see what they would come up with for a sauce to go with the calamari, though it doesn't need it. And there's hoisin and Sriracha on the table, which is appreciated. They have a lightly stocked bar, which I think is unique and quite appreciated. Jason, Tony and Rose were all quite friendly and very hospitable hosts. I'm very much looking forward to more meals here and getting to eat through some of my other favorites like vermicelli and banh mi! And boba. And Vietnamese coffee. And curry. I can only think of one word - DELICIOUS! This was amazing Pho. It was my husbands first time trying and he loved it. As with Covid we had to grab for takeout. Our broth was still boiling hot when we got it home, and the veggie egg rolls were still crispy. I haven't had anything fried stay crispy once I got it home. I was really impressed. First off the owner Jason and his adorable parents, who were all there, are really trying to make a go of this place Not a terrific location and doesn't have great ambiance. First tried the salad roll. 2 for $5 your choice of veggie or shrimp and pork. Seems like an easy choice. Our salad rolls came and WOW. These are the John Holmes of salad rolls, huge. This could probably be eaten as an entree. These oddly come in one piece so a little awkward to eat. Sauce is a peanut hoisin combo. Just OK Tried the steak bite combo. Small pieces of beef in a teriyaki sauce with rice. Beef was tender, rice was good. Not sure what the combo is, it's beef and rice and some veggies you won't eat. Wife had veggie with tofu. Well cooked. Tofu was fried so nice crust, super soft inside. If you cut it in half the innards kind of smoosh out. I would guess the owners haven't been in US too long, as communication can be an issue. Again these guys are trying super hard to succeed so good for them read more

They have beer, wine, and liquor options, but not a full bar( no martinis) The place is very small, but has 2 large tables and 5 four seat table as well as 2 small bar seating areas. The area seems very clean! I started with a shrimp salad roll for an appetizer and it tasted good. It didnt include any mint/basil in it. The shrimp smelled fresh. The peanut sauce tasted like I expected, wich was great. They are rolled a little loose. I ordered the beef pho. It come with flank, brisket and meatballs. I added soft tendon and tripe. They give a decent amount of veggie to accompany. They arent stingy and will provide more, if asked. The broth is salty and flavorful. Mayne not the most authentic but very delicious, anyway. Stopped in here on a whim with my partner, and I'm so glad we did! Service was great, and the food was even better. He got the beef noodle pho, and I got the beef stew over rice... even when we were getting full, we couldn't help but finish our food! I sincerely cannot get over how delicious the broth is. We lived close to a really good Bah Mi Sandwich place but we moved and haven't thought of Bah Mi Sandwiches. I was suddenly craving them, looked it up and this restaurant popped up. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, Lemongrass Chicken, Pork, and their Special Bah Mi. It was Amazing! Super flavorful meat with fresh yummy toppings of carrots, cilantro, and big jalapeño slices. When Jason his dad and mom ran the place service and food was great. Over time jason stopped being there and service went down and I mean way down.
