In fact, we ordered 2 more. They were that good! Charity was the friendly, wonderful server that made our experience even better. The 70 day aged Scotch Fillet was prepared to perfection. The Swordfish special was unbelievable. Fish was so flavorful, perfectly seasoned and prepared that I am now ruined for any other swordfish. Hats off to the chef. The accompaniment of pearl couscous risotto (minus the chorizo by request) with mussels was so very good that it could stand alone as its own dish. Seemingly pricey at first glance but not at all at first taste and the sight beautiful presentation. Worth every penny!!!! We were there on a very steamy day. We found respite at the high top tables at the bar where a fabulous cross breeze made us quite comfortable.

We both had 1 piece of fish with fries. The fries were amazing! And the fish was excellent too. Only cost $8.50 in Australian dollars each, about $6.50US. There were so many fries we couldn't finish them, even though we would have liked to. I was almost put off when we got there as it seemed to be a bunch of teens or 20-somethings running the place, but Boy, they can cook! Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything we ordered was really tasty. At any rate, we weren't in a hurry...so we enjoyed the lovely waterfront dining, the bird life, the friendly staff...and when the time was right, our yummy meal. We shared oysters, lamb skewer, coconut prawns and soft-shell crab tacos and would order them all again. Irish coffees and dessert were a tasty end to our spontaneous date night.

Licensed, BYO, dine-in or takeaway. 10% off on all takeaway orders and you'll need it. The menu is overpriced and the food, I've eaten much nicer. My partners money bag entree was more like pan fried dumplings. Money bags are a favourite of his and our local Thai place puts these to shame. My fresh roll entree was a welcome light option but one was ripped. Served with 'hoisin sauce' which I can best describe as Shea body butter blended with nuts. My wonton noodle soup was served in two parts (we got takeaway) which is standard with some Thai meals. Whilst the wonton filling was very flavour some, the seafood that was supposed to accompany left much to be desired. One overcooked prawn and one piece of rubbery squid. The proximity to accommodation was our main reason for trying it and the 10% helped compensate for the overpriced menu, which still made it slightly more expensive than what we would usually buy back home which is much better quality.
