Took about 25 minutes to arrive, *which is something to consider* but there's some tables outside next to large rocks and rustic light bulbs strung above them, which we proceeded to sit at. The coffee was was alright, the espresso was strong and rich, which was great, and the coconut milk was quite creamy and milky but it was ok. It wasn't exactly a favourite, I guess it wasn't my cuppa tea, or in this case, coffee. My father thought the Soy Flat White was quote "began as it meant to go on, and it delivered. 4.5 stars, because I do not believe in the platonic idea of the perfect cup of coffee," end quote. The chips are equally amazing, hand cut potatoes from Dorrigo, a local town. In fact all ingredients are sourced locally. Most things on the menu are delicious and change seasonally. Coffee is good here. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating and is kid friendly. Positioned near the river there's nice views and with plenty of sidewalk space the venue is quite a hub for locals to meet and hang out. They have regular music nights throughout the year. Service is pretty good but can be inconsistent. 5 Church Street is one of my regular places and I would highly recommend it.

We had a simple bacon & eggs ($12.50) with extra pesto and mushroom on the side ($4 or so) and a breakfast bruchetta with bacon ($17). The bruchetta was very nice (and looked great). The bacon and eggs was decent; the side of pesto/mushroom wasn't quite warm and a bit too oily. Coffees were excellent. Owners and staff were very friendly and cheerful. Happy place. We'd definitely recommend this place for a stop when driving north or south along the PH.

The food is excellent especially breakfast. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. Coffees excellent. The owner Stephen is a real character, lots of laughs. Very groovy customers.
