None of the equipment works. Except for to send police for false reports. Cameras don't work. Glass break doesn't work. Smoke detectors don't work the door sensors just tell you all the time. You didn't shut your door when you literally just shut and locked it. It's the worst thing ever. Then you sit on hold for 20 minutes saying you're the next in line. You're the next in line and then an answer service pipes up saying there's no one to take your call. Shocking just stay far far away from this shady ass company

When I politely declined those services, they had left without installing any services leaving me exposed to harm. I had made several arrangements to cancel previous services because I was relying on them being a decent company and doing what was promised. This had absolutely nothing to do with technical or logistical problem but 100% greed because I did not want to purchase additional services. I also found out their address in Lehi is not even their actual address but rather like a P.O Box type setup in order to appear to be in respectable upscale area when they are actually not. Its the same thing that Nigerian scammers. I would avoid this company at all cost. Thank you.
