Nobody wants to call someone to repair an air conditioning unit-it's just not a fun thing to do…read more But when you hafta, Main Street Heating and Cooling is your best bet to have someone professional, knowledgeable and fair show up to get the job done. I was able to secure an appointment for next day and about an hour before my scheduled time, I received a text letting me know who my technician was, a picture of her and a short bio. This added personal touch built an immediate connection and trust before Amanda even arrived. When she got there, she and her partner, Jose, both donned shoe covers and asked permission to access the thermostat and then the unit itself. I appreciated their professionalism. They were very respectful of my home. Fortunately, it was a quick fix (the home inspector had flipped a switch that I didn't know existed, disabling the AC). But while they were there, they did an inspection of all the AC to make sure everything was in working order. I won't hesitate to contact Main Street again if I need help with HVAC. Although I'll first check for that pesky switch!

I planned a trip to oversee the project and found it was unneeded. The staff at Aspen Roofing were courteous and thoughtful and worked with the schedules of both me and my tenant. They kept me apprised of the progress and cleaned up the work site daily and left no unsightly debris. I had scheduled new decking for the roof, but the project lead found it was unnecessary. I had heard stories about other companies trying to up-sell, but Aspen actually reduced the price accordingly. The final product was completed on time and under budget. The quality seems to be excellent. I highly recommend Aspen Roofing!

My service on August 10, 2026 was the first time I used Precision. I had my garage doors serviced…read moreby technician Jeramy Evans. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was 10 times more thorough inspecting and assessing problems than the company I have used for annual service that installed the door 6 years ago when I built the house. My large double door has always been loud and vibrates. Jeramy found a problem, explained it in detail to me and with my approval, fixed it. My door is now extremely smoother and more quiet. I'm so happy! This could have gone on to cause bigger and more costly issues. He also connected my remote to my car. It took him one or two minutes and meant soooo much to me!!! I have his card next to my garage opener in the garage and I will definitely ask for him back next time. He's my guy and I hope Precision appreciates the value and expertise Jeramy brings to their company. Dee Thorell

It works, but at what cost? When your garage door stops…read moreclosing unexpectedly, you do not exactly have the luxury of taking your time. We searched online for someone who could come the next day, looked for an established website, and booked whoever could get there soonest. Not ideal, but that is the reality of an urgent home repair. Scheduling was easy through their website. We were told the technician would arrive between 2 and 4 pm the following day. He called at 1:00 pm saying he would be there in twenty minutes, which would have been fine except nobody was home yet. A small inconvenience worth mentioning. He did send a photo of himself in advance so I knew who to expect at the door, which was an appreciated safety detail. The technician arrived in uniform, driving a branded truck, and presented himself professionally and courteously throughout the visit. He assessed the door, explained what he believed the issue to be, and presented three options with considerably different price points. Not knowing much about garage doors myself I called my husband, and the technician patiently walked him through everything again, answered his questions, and adjusted the estimate accordingly. That patience earned him genuine credit. An hour and a half later the job was done. The spring was tensioned, several rollers and hinges were replaced, and the motor was reset. The garage door works now. Here is where the three stars come in, $1,000 for that work left us with a nagging feeling that is hard to shake. Were all those replacements truly necessary? When you are alone with a technician who knows far more than you do about garage doors, it is difficult to push back or ask the right questions. The technician was not pushy or rude, but the pricing felt aggressive and the situation made it easy to feel like the estimate grew beyond what the problem actually required. He also made a point of warning us that future repairs could cost even more, which is not exactly the reassurance you want to send someone off with. Three stars. The door works, the service was professional, but next time we will try to ask around for a recommendation before an emergency happens.
