On more than one occasion when our alarm has been tripped, we never received a call from dispatch. When I called to inquire I was told they never received the signal but when tests were run, they could find nothing wrong. What's the point of an alarm that doesn't alert anyone? In the center of Albany?! Despite paying an extra $11 for a the rental of a text transponder, they mysteriously find no flaws with the equipment and we are left with a shrieking alarm that goes nowhere. Super!! This is to speak nothing of not being able to get them to send invoices. They prefer to send late notices with late fees attached.
