I had Vivint for about 2 years, equipment was paid off and my bill was no problem at around $45/month. The issue came when it was time to cancel the service. I was moving out of state and needed to cancel the service because I'd no longer need it at my new place. The first time I called to cancel, I spoke to someone who seemed to be a manager, because she offered me all of these perks to stay, including a deferment of my payments until I figured out if I wanted to stay or not. I thought I was getting a deal, until a few months went by and I realized I really did not need the service and needed to cancel. I called customer service, knowing I still had 9 months left in my contract, but my equipment was paid off so it should just be an easy cancellation with an early termination fee. I was wrong. 3 hours later, 10 support agents and 4 departments later, each one repeating the same offers and not communicating between agents, even after I firmly declined them all and said I just wanted to pay the money and be done with it -- I finally was able to pay the termination fee or "buyout" fee and get off the phone. They had me on an initial wait of about 45 mins, and then each agent kept asking for the same information or just wasn't aware of what I was trying to do, and it got to the point where I realized they are trained to drag out the process. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITH THEM, THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT QUICKLY IS TO ESCALATE. Do not let them have you on the phone for hours like they had me! They will have you on the phone for hours, just to submit an email cancellation request. The email you need to cancel your account is : documents@vivint.com and this is the information you need to provide or they will not respond or process the request: Name: Service Address: Service Number: Reason for Cancellation: WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT COMPANY EVER AGAIN. GET A RING CAM AND CALL IT A DAY. read more

Do not use this company. They are full of scammers. I bought a house that had this security system, so for ease, I continued the service. However, this the least ease I have ever felt. When I called because my sensors weren't working, they reinstalled them and they immediately fell the next day. When I called about the camera not working they told me I needed a new camera. But the new cameras wouldn't work with my "old panel". According to the previous home owner she had just updated the panel less than 3 years ago. They simply want to overcharge and oversell you. They do not care about your safety or security. They care about how much they can scam you. Finally if you ever wish to cancel, they won't ACTUALLY cancel your account. They will tell you that it's cancelled and then call you 3 times a day telling you your account is overdue. When you call back to cancel yet again, they will tell you your account was never cancelled and they can't cancel your account unless you pay your outstanding balance. They will offer you everything under the sun to get you to stay a customer. Then when you finally get it cancelled. They call you again the next month because you have an outstanding balance. Fuck this company and everyone who works in leadership. I will update once I actually get the account cancelled. It has been 6 months. read more

I am pissed. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Recently I had been experiencing issues with false alarms a service technician came out and calibrated my system but the false alarms increased. As a result, I incurred a $500 bill from my local police department for responding. I was told on more than 1 occasion from vivent that they would cover the bill. I was notified by email that they denied the cost of false alarms. I am so done with vivint. They just lost a long term customer read more

I have had them for about 15 years and never had any problems. Whenever there any maintenance to be done Al I had to do is cal them.

Let me start by saying that my Rep on 03/28/25 Rosemary was great at doing her job, her Manager Rafael was nice to speak to about my issues. I told them both I was angry but not at them but the company and situation. My call this day was my 3rd or 4th call with issues. The issue is and has been that the camera in my bedroom does not record for several hours at a time which has been reported before. Check your records. My husband has dementia and I got the cameras to watch and see what he is or doing at all times which is not happening. On the call this day with Rosemary I was informed that the camera in my bedroom and the one in the hallway are both "Ping Brands which are brands that do not perform as well as the camera in my Den which is a "Pro" Brand (now Rafael, the manager looked up what I purchased and the promotion package came as that, I did not choose any cameras), had the information been communicated to me, ALL the information as a consumer who should have been given the best customer service, I WOULD NOT have purchased the system and went somewhere else. At any rate, to resolve the issue of this day, Rosemary re-booted the system, I removed the App, etc., nothing worked. She stated I needed to purchase BUT I stopped her cause I am already paying for a service that is not working so I am not purchasing anything, I just want my system to work. Also told by Rosemary how the Ping model was not as good as the Pro and issues had occurred due to less quality camera (did not know this). Ask if could advised Tech to put the better camera/Pro in bedroom and new camera in Den (switch them out, she said yes). I also believe at this point I asked for a Manager. In the end she got around to saying a Tech would come and replace the camera with a new one (which would come in the mail no charge) but I would have to pay for the Tech $99 to come out. No Ma'am I refused to do that, again my system has not been working as told to me for some time. Just want what I am paying for. She offered me the Protection Plan (which I thought I had) as an additional $9.99 moly to my bill which I agreed. So I did end up spending some funds. And because of that I would not have to pay the Tech fee. Tech was to come out between hours of 8am to 12N on Saturday, next day. Waiting on Tech to come on Saturday, never showed or called. Finally texted at about 1:12pm asking if he could come and I stated no, and wished he had notified me prior to the 12pm end time. My time is just as important as your Techs which I told him. He apologized and then offered to come another day, told him that Saturday at same timeframe would work for me. Tech/Jacob came out and showed him my phone and what was happening (had phone on notifications for all videos) Den (Pro) and Hallway (Ping) gave me every notifications but Bedroom (Ping) never gave notification. Why? Per Tech Ping Brands are not for animals or low laying objects (such as beds) to pick up video playing. Another new revelation, if had known WOULD NOT have gotten system. My husband is bed ridden mostly and now completely so again needed that fixture to be working. I can't watch live videoing all the time, need to sleep and run errands. So really the new camera would do the same thing. Worthless to me, right! Did not have Den camera moved to bedroom due to having my husband moved to hallway camera when Hospice Bed arrives. Anymore problems with cameras will be calling again. Not please with service and Vivint should do better for their paying customers. read more

This is by far the worst security system... When you first purchase the security system, you were told that you were paying for equipment and service. Service is provided separately through another billing system. Equipment is provided by a separate billing system. In my case, this was a surprise when billing started. Was not disclosed by my rep. However, it worked well for about a year and a half. That's when issues started to happen although all issues at that point were fixed through customer care and being on the phone for about 2 1/2 hours. fast-forward to me, upgrading a camera to add a floodlight spotlight on a camera already existing and adding a portable camera along with a new camera for my backyard with spotlight and floodlight. They canceled the DVR subscription that I've already had paid for I had to re-purchase a subscription for something that I have already paid for only to be told that it would be refunded to my card within 10 to 15 days. However, not the case I was issued a credit towards my billing statement. That's not what was agreed upon... I have spent countless hours trying to resolve that and just left it at being a credit towards my bill. $295 later, now the pad that shows my cameras and controls is frozen does not work and all sensors in house do not detect. Was sold a glass break detection sensor, only to find out when having a upgrade installed that that glass system needed to be higher and in a different location for it to even Register. I have spent hours on the phone with customer care on rebooting and them sending me new equipment only to find out there is no shipping label to send back old equipment. From door locks to sensors to pads. Now I am charged for extra equipment even though I have asked for shipping labels to be sent to me multiple times. You will be promised that someone would reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours. There is no kept promise. No one reaches out to you. You will spend another hour to three hours talking to someone only for them to tell you they will return your call or send you an email following up on this issue in 24 to 48 hours I personally wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all. Even with this review, I doubt it will have a response or follow up. Extremely disappointed as technical issues should not be at the expense of your families safety or your home. Will follow up of this is resolved! read more

I've been with Vivint for at least the last 6 years and their customer service and timeliness in solving issues is terrible. From the date of installation, I had a security camera that just would not work (this issue carried on for 5 years). After trying to solve the problem online with a rep, Vivint sent a tech out who got it up and running for less than 24 hours. Suddenly, the DVR stopped recording and the same camera stopped working. When I called back in, we had to go through all the problem-solving issues for the tech to say that the camera was cluttering my feed and he disconnected the camera from my system but never fixed the problem. Vivint wanted to charge me a tech fee to have someone come out to the house to fix the camera. ABSOLUTLEY NOT! I pay an additional fee each month that covers any faults with the equipment - and with this, a tech fee is not charged. When I called Vivint to get the camera back online, the tech said we had to go through the problem shooting ALL OVER AGAIN. I said no and for the tech to look at the notes on the account and they would see that it was a tech that disconnected the camera remotely because it was jamming the DVR. I was then told i would incur a tech fee ($100) to have someone come out and look at it and reconnect it - reconnect something that wasn't working properly from the get go and was disconnected by a tech remotely. It just so happens that I ended up at a trade show where Vivint was, and spoke to the booth managers, explained how unhappy i was with Vivint, explained the situation, that I wasn't going to pay for a technician to come out and that I had the equipment protection plan. Within 2 days, I had a tech at my door at no charge, he fixed the feed, tested the camera, and found the camera to be broken and replaced it (at no charge since it was under my protection plan). Now, after having my HVAC system replaced on my house, I'm having humidity issues within my home. I contacted my sales representative, Grady, about the humidity and under my product protection plan, the thermostat would be replaced for free. Grady tried to sell me the "newer" one telling how much it will save me on my electric, blah, blah, blah. I didn't agree to the newer thermostat, but Grady took it upon himself to have the tech upgrade it and I'm seeing the charges on my credit card. I have now contacted Vivint on 3 different occasions and all have said they will get back to me, and all have failed. Each time I have been on the phone, on hold for 20+ minutes. Vivint is shady and their sales people are terrible. I was hoping to suck it up and stay with them since i spent $5K on equipment with them, but right now, i don't trust them and will be getting pricing from other companies to switch. read more

The customer service is not good. The door-to-door salesmen will promise you the world but will not follow through with it. I was unaware of a third party. Now I am supposed to pay Vivint and Fortiva. They did not buy out ADT as he promised. Now ADT, Vivint, and Fortiva are all billing me for payments. I don't want their system because they were not honest. I hate to deal with dishonest people. I am not happy at all with this company. I wish I could rate it as 0-00. They also told me from month to month no contract. I can cancel at any time. That wasn't true. I did try to call and email him after I got the system. He did not answer his phone or his email. I got a bad feeling at that point. I kept trying to reach him. There is a lot more to this story. I was also promised a $100 gift card and never received it. I've been with VIVINT since 2010, and the service was great, as long as continued to spend money. The mobile app is a nice feature but it too is tied to spend $85 per month. I recently had the horrible experience of transferring my service to another location. The moment I said i don't want or need new equipment, service, customer service, the transfer process stopped in its tracks. After several attempts, complaints to multiple people, someone finally recognized that I was a 15 year customer and took care of me. The prior 15 years of service were great. If you're considering a smart home security system, avoid Vivint Smart Home! I've had their service, and it's been far below average at best. None of their customer service reps seem to know what they're doing. When I first set up my alarm service, one of their installation guys broke our door! I should have canceled then--my biggest regret. I recently moved, and when we signed up, they promised no moving or installation fees. Their salespeople emphasized that we could take our equipment with us for no extra charge. But that was a lie--we were charged $161.29. After six weeks of arguing with customer service agents and supervisors, there's still a balance on our account! We were given a case ID number and assured by a rep and a supervisor that they would credit our account, but nothing has happened. I've waited patiently, but enough is enough. I decided to warn anyone considering signing up with them--don't do it! It's not worth the hassle! read more

Vinvint your customer service training with your field sales representatives are beyond horrible!!!! This is the second incident with a sales rep if not the same rep. The rep with manners less than my dog came to my front door about five minutes ago. We were trying to speak to him through the door when he said "step outside and I can tell you what is going on in the neighborhood". Verbally disrespectful without any courtesy or respect. Thinking there was construction work being done on the utilities, I opened the door. The man proceeded to go into a Black Friday type of special for their company. When I immediately stated I wasn't interested, the man said " Mam, You have a doorbell camera, you're not interested? He was told again very strongly that I wasn't interested and he needed to get off my property. I stated that I believed he was the rep that had come here previously, which he denied. There was no apology for any misunderstanding due to his statements. He was asked to leave my property and not walk on my grass! This is intolerable behavior! read more

I am leaving a one star review since is the lowest rating I can leave. The customer service is horrible. My system was free for 3 years with my solar panels. Last spring it stopped working and hasn't worked since then despite multiple calls to vivint. They want a lot of money to fix it. I have been trying to cancel the service and go with a different company since November and they are still billing me and refuse to disconnect service. I am having another system installed in Feb. Equipment failed within the first month of installation and we were never able to receive adequate customer service. After about a year and several hours on the phone and chat with their not-so-helpful representatives, we gave up trying to make it work. Unfortunately for us, we were locked into an almost 4 year contract with a security system, camera and thermostat that was completely defunct and worthless. I finally tried to cancel our account in April, and spent an hour on the phone with a guy who said I had to be paid up through the end of my contract ending in June before I could cancel. So during the height of the pandemic when both my husband and I were without any income, we paid over $200 to fulfill our contract. That should have been the end of it, right? Wrong! On May 29, I started getting calls saying there is an issue with my account. On July 6, I finally answered and talked to a guy named Kyle who told me I had to send a written cancellation request (the guy I spoke to in April mentioned nothing of the sort and said he would be cancelling on my behalf). So I followed Kyle's instructions to email a written cancellation request backdated to the date in April when I paid my contract in full. I even received a confirmation of this cancellation. Since Friday, July 24, I've been getting calls nearly every business day saying my account is past due. On July 30, my husband finally spoke to a representative and demanded that our account be cancelled, "amount due" waived and that our number be placed on a do not call list, or we would enlist legal action. Guess what? They called again July 31! What in fresh hell is wrong with this company? This is the absolute worst customer experience I've had anywhere, ever. Incessant harassment. Going on a 4 year nightmare saga that we can't escape. read more

I will never recommend Vivint; after being a customer for 10 years all I have to say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After the sale of our home, I contacted Vivint customer service to let them know the new home owner will be taking over the home security devices and everything will be transferred to them; at that time vivint removed our access to the vivint account. I rightly assumed that was it... only to realize 10 months later Vivint was still billing us monthly (as well as the new home owners); they were collecting monthly fees for a service we no longer had (and also billing the new home owners). After a week of back and forth with their customer service we were finally told it was an error and we would receive a full refund from the time of transfer (10 months); the refund I received was less than 1 month of charges. We have spent another week of our time arguing with customer service who now says we will not be getting the refund since we have no written documentation from customer service; not only that, they are refusing to release the recorded phone message where their customer service representative acknowledges the error and promises we will be receiving a refund for the 10 months of double charges. UNREAL. read more

Have been a customer for 7 years. Not happy with the cameras and then after the contract ran out they jacked up the rates. I called to cancel service and it took 4 phone calls, 1 1/2 hours of back and forth, offers to upgrade for a lesser price, put on hold, then more discounts after I still said no. Then a long 20 minute hold and then a disconnect. An hour later the Vivint rep called back to continue the order. But in that time, I found another company, selected a new system, at a lower price than the discounted price offered and done. I think it's pretty shady when a company or business does not allow you to cancel a subscription easily and makes it difficult hoping that you'll just try it again another day and continue spending six more months paying for their service. I'll never use Vivint again. read more

They said finance is internal and when I callback they will reach out to finance then for me to speak to them and refused to transfer me to someone in finance department. They help saying it's internal and they can't transfer me. So when I asked then how are you going to transfer me in two weeks he said I did everything on my end you will have to just callback. I said can I please be transferred so I can ask then the steps to make sure it's getting resolved and it's not as gimpy credit. He then just kept repeating himself saying he did his part he is loyalty and I said I understand I want to speak to someone in finance he said pretty much no. He is the only supervisor available there is nobody else. I said is there someone in finance I can speak to he kept repeating himself. I said can I get your supervisors name and he refused and said he has many supervisors he doesn't know which will be calling back. I said I'm not asking you for the person who is calling back I'm asking for your supervisors name. I said can I get their emails and he said no it's against policy. TL;DR DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VIVINT ALARM! There are so many negative reviews here that this review will pretty much get lost in the noise. Thus, I am writing this one as a therapeutic practice. I'm such a dang people pleaser that I usually give door to door salesman a few minutes of my time before I politely ask them to leave. This was my first mistake. I was caught up with the stories of how all of my neighbors were switching over (lies), and how awesome their product was (more lies), and the credibility of their company (biggest lie of all). To top it off, they would buy out my current contract! No brainer right? Wrong, I stupidly agreed to pay $$$ more per month for slightly more equipment that doesn't actually work that well. On top of that, promised hardware that is listed on the contract has not been delivered as of 60 days of being a customer. Multiple calls have been made by the way. Also, one of their high end cameras stopped working about 5 days after installation. This is hilarious because their no-question cancellation policy is for 3 days. In retrospect, I should have checked the Yelp reviews first. Knowing that there were this many negative experiences, I would not have even talked to this guy. Also, Vivint is also in the business of Solar. I definitely will not be giving these guys a chance on a big ticket item like that. (this might be the only silver lining here) read more

Poor Business practices. You are an alarm company that cannot guarantee its services or its equipment. You and your sales salespeople practice unethical means to get contracts signed and never follow up as they said they would. You can never get customer support long wait times and if you do it is over sea's when you request to speak with someone in the US it doesn't happen though Vivint is based out of Utah. Have complaints especially when it deals with my safety. You are an alarm service you cannot reach when the equipment is not working or any other reason very reassuring to me. You buy an alarm to know your house and family are safe, well think again. Not with the Vivant alarm system or its support team working. I have spent over six hours on the phone not getting anything done. No one could answer a question to get me to help most of my conversation was with the Philippines, yet a Utah-based company how American. Horrible Customer Service! Technician called me and was rude from the start of the call. Lack of customer service skills were obvious. The issue started as the technician advised me I had no sensors on my account although I ordered them with my system. I asked how could we solve this? I was advised to call Vivint customer service. After calling customer service, they advised that the senors had been removed when the new work order was created, however, they would add it back on. They advised that the technician should of called them, not advise the customer to do so. Then, I notice the cost of my service had gone up. It appears they are now charging me a different fee for the equipment and service, than originally offered. Since they do not provide you with a good faith estimate or copy of your order when you place the order, I feel they switch things up when they actually come out to do the installation. Basically, they sold me on one price, then removed equipment and tried to charge me an even higher price. Next, the technician ask me to text a copy of my id. I asked if the text was going to Vivint. The tech stated no, it is going to their personal phone. This was a red flag to me as Vivint never advised me of this procedure. I called Vivint back and ask them about this policy, and the person stated that he never heard of it. I declined to text a copy of my ID to the technician and the technician left and stopped responding to my calls. All-in-all, my order was wrong as a result of Vivint, and I was never advised of a policy of texting a copy of my id to the technician's personal phone. Also, Vivint uses a bait-and-switch tactic. If I could give a -10, I would. Here is my story: The Vivint sales reps were in our neighborhood in Aug 21 and stopped buy our home to present their product. After their presentation, we were told that everything, including installation would be $2000 and we were approved through Fortiva, after they charged my card of $169. The product was great and we decided to add additional product. We could not finance it through Fortiva because we were at our credit limit. We were given a price of $745 and we gladly paid for it on another credit card. In September, I completely paid off the Fortiva card on the products we purchased and at that point should have been finish with the exception of the monthly monitoring fee. What they were doing was chaging my card on file $216 for the monitor fee (which is only $69 a Month) and to pay off the additional equipment that now they told us that cost $1100, not the $745 that we paid and their team installed. We informed their resolution team exactly what was discussed, they found what we paid and told us that they need to talk to the field sales rep and call us back. This was in October and needless to say, they never called me back. Their account team would call two to three times a day saying we owed that additional $279 to pay off the equipment and montly fee. Yesterday, I called them for the fourth time and they still did not have an answer on the sales rep. I finally paid the pay off, but now I will be contacting the BBB, along with my attorney. The product is nice, their support is poor. Stay away, get the RING! read more

I was with them for over 13 years and when they started were fantastic. As they grew they forgot about those that has been with them. I called for help with a doorbell that went out. So going through the steps and was told to flip breakers...when I got back they support had hung up. Called back and made me go through steps again and was hung up on again. In this process no help and finally after 13 years I was done with them. So trying to leave them they said I had a major upgrade (got 1 camera) and owed them a ridiculous amount. Finally they sent a tech out and he saw most of my stuff was original except for camera. Called again and all kinds of run around and honestly got confused what they were saying but would not email. Chat said they couldn't help me. Finally said I could get out of it for 405 dollars. Today went to chat since they tend to talk so fast and in circles. Purchased a house using VIVINT Home Security and and my wife was offered an assumption/"resumption" of existing equipment with an attractive cost. When she contacted VIVINT she was told they were unable to continue unless she upgraded the equipment (panel and thermostats) as the old system was no longer supported. Assumption was that all the z-wave supported devices (camera, door lock, door bell, smoke alarm, glass break detector, front door light switches and two lamp switches, and alarm services) would be connected as well. The installer was late and left after connecting only the two new thermostats. We assumed made two appointments for a technician to return. The first was cancelled by email. The second appointment was missed by the same technician with no email, phone, or text message. We contacted Vivant to convey our dissatisfaction and a third appointment was scheduled but delayed again. I called VIVINT again to tell them I was dissatisfacted to which they said it could not be refunded since the three-day grace period had expired "three days after the installation." Clearly it was not a complete install. If we were in fact eligible for the VIVINT "resumption program" described by the previous owner and conveyed by my wife to Vivint in the initial contact, then the untruth by the salesman that we were not eligible to use the existing equipment appears to be fraudulent. I want Vivint's advertized resumption program with the original equipment and a refund of the unnecessary upsold "new equipment". This appears sneaky and unethical. read more

Do not use this company. Their equipment is not good and their customer service is terrible. We are finally out from under the contract, after 5 years, and I am doing a happy dance! read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY FAR AWAY The sales guy caught me after a long day of work just a few days after we had a hit and run outside our house and right before we were leaving on a week long vacation. I was worried about leaving our house unsupervised and they sucked me in with fancy gadgets and "affordable" supervision. ITS ALL CRAP. They have a ridiculously long contract that YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF. The equipment is ABSURDLY OVERPRICED and will not work with other companies so the fact that "once you pay off the equipment, it's yours to keep" is TOTALLY USELESS. Their customer service is the absolute worst thing about the company. It takes FOREVER to get anybody on the phone. Issue #1 - the day after we signed up, I questioned how much everything cost and I emailed support requesting a copy of what we are paying for. I also called support and requested the information. We signed up on a Thursday so we had until Monday night to decide if we wanted to cancel 'risk free'. GOD I WISH WE HAD CANCELLED. Monday came and I still had not received the price breakdown that I requested. I called again and had to request again to see what I paid for because none of it was in the contracts I was emailed and I had a horrible feeling that this is a SHADY and GREEDY company and I wanted to see the price breakdown which should have been sent to me without any issue. My feelings were right and I wish I had cancelled then. (They did finally send me the info at the end of the business day - it took more than three days when I should have had it from the beginning). Issue #2 - we arrived back from our week long vacation to find that one of our cameras was offline. It had been offline for half of the time we were gone. We called customer service, waited forever, finally spoke to someone who went through a list of troubleshooting steps. It was determined that we needed a technician to come out. Now, when we had the system installed, the tech was at my house until almost 10pm. But all we were offered was for someone to come out in the middle of the work day or wait over two weeks for someone. We were brand new customers. Had them for 12 whole days. Their crappy equipment broke on us and we were supposed to feel GUILTY about not being available in the middle of the work day? "I see we did offer you Wednesday afternoon...." Ridiculous. After talking with more people they magically found someone to come out Saturday morning. Issue #3 - the same camera is out again. Crummy, JUNKY equipment! This is RIDICULOUS. We had to explain again that we are not available in the middle of the work day to be there for a service tech. Again - they have techs in the field as late as 10pm so I don't understand why it is so unheard of for us to not be available in the middle of the day. We were told they are "approving overtime" for a tech to come out on Saturday. AGAIN - They tried to make us feel GUILTY about THEIR EQUIPMENT BEING BROKEN. I have never felt so sour about a company before. I wish more than anything to return the equipment and cancel all ties with them but nooooooo, that would be thousands of dollars. So, I have let all my friends and family know to avoid them and I will share this as many places as I can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. read more

Beware of this company. I sold my house and because I can't take the panel with me it's attached to the wall and was feature when they saw the house. They r making me pay for a service I cannot use. Worst ethics a company could have. Stay away! read more

Our install went ok. I did not like that the tech put a hole in the wall without asking. The system that the previous homeowners had also Vivint was working we just didn't turn on the service. Also, when signing up over the phone we were not advised that we had to sign a contract so that was sprung on us after the work was done. With everything going just forgot to ask when I called. Service works fine though. read more

If I could do ZERO Stars I would. This company is horrible. We moved into a home that had an old system. I was told that the trial period was 30 days. I cancelled on the 25th day and was told that the trial period was not written out by the guy who signed me up and that the trial period was a week. They called and harrassed me constantly saying I owed money. I kept telling them I cancelled on time and even sent out the email they required for cancellation and showed them text messages between me and the guy who signed me up. Then they told me I didn't have an account but had collections calling me. I was passed to different representatives and hung up on. They promised it was taken care of. I did my trial period in April and they did not stop harrassing me until Nov. Save yourself the hassle and hours on the phone. Don't--sign up!! Just don't! read more

Customer service is very poor. Price for monitoring service is too high. Technology of the equipments is also bad. A lot of problems to connect and reconnect to the wi-fi. But customer service is really, really bad. There are better options in the market at a much better price. read more
