DON'T BUY FROM VIVID without reading all the fine print and all of their "about" site links on returns, etc. All they want is your money and not your return business. They do not offer solutions to make the customer happy. I was lead to believe based on the pictures of 2 items that what I was purchasing included 2 bulbs/each (cars require 2 headlights, not one). Only at the bottom of the page, in hard to find fine-print, does it state there is only 1 bulb. The items were falsely advertised on the Vivid Racing website as a set of 2 bulbs in the pictures. The pictures were taken directly off of Headlight Revolution's website, where they advertise and sell a set of 2 bulbs because it is pictured as such. Vivid Racing goes as far as using Headlight Revolution's own LED bulb comparison video from YouTube on the website. Looking at the 2 websites, one would presume that a set of 2 bulbs would be included in an order from Vivid Racing because they copied it from Headlight Revolution's website. Who buys only 1 headlight bulb when pretty much every single car in the entire world has 2 headlights? No one that I can think of. Who sells only one headlight bulb instead of a set of 2 bulbs? No one, except Vivid Racing. I'm now out $40 that is not being refunded due to their "25% restocking fee", and I have to pay for return shipping because of Vivid Racing's falsely advertised products on their website. I paid $171.xx but I only get back $129.xx because why take care of a customer, right? This is an extremely deceptive practice that borders on predatory. Never buy from Vivid Racing! read more

I had ordered a 4.0 aluminum jeep head almost a year ago and still haven't received it. When I asked for an update they kept pushing the shipping date back a month. When I called them to let them know two items were missing, they informed me that item back ordered of two months. I told them I would wait since they said I should receive it early May. I called the second week of May and I was then told it would be mid- May. I have now called twice this week and spoke with their customer service representative May who was very clueless about her job. She didn't have an eagerness to help me with my situation, she didn't understand my concerns. She said they now don't have an ETA for this product and isn't sure when they will have an ETA. On the second call I made I asked to speak with a manager, May kept asking me why when she knew exactly why. the manager (Ray Ramirez) he is never available I can't get a properly explanation on what's going on. I don't understand how an item can be listed on their website as in stock when they don't have that product instead of giving me another option all they say is they don't have an ETA. Inquired about an item, spoke with a friendly associate (Tyler), went through the process of having them price match a couple other places and then they provided me with a quote. I accepted the quote, received invoice, sent requested information... then they ghosted me and didn't respond. WTF? I purchased the item at the lower price from their competitor. After many attempts to find out why they did this, they finally told me they made a mistake and wouldn't have had any margin at that price... and so they decided not to honor their word. Next day I spend 28 minutes on hold for CS and finally get through with my request.
