We will not ever use this company as it's clear they can't read. At 7:00 pm, they approached our door, rang the doorbell (which has a no soliciting sign right above it) and we had a sleeping 5 week old. They woke our baby up and still left this card on our door after clearly not reading, or following, the no soliciting sign that is clearly posted.

This is the second time I've used Vivax, and once again they exceeded my expectations! The first time was 12 years ago, and that paint job held up beautifully. When it was time to repaint, I didn't hesitate to hire them again--and they did not disappoint. From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, the entire process was professional and seamless. The quality of their work is outstanding, their warranty is excellent, and they are incredibly responsive whenever a warranty touch-up is needed. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its work. I highly recommend Vivax to anyone looking for a high-quality painting contractor.

We had our home's exterior painted by Vivax and the experience was excellent. Scotty was great to work with during the sales process, Max did a great job managing the project and communicating throughout, and Eder and his crew were incredibly professional and thorough. The house looks fantastic, and we're extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend!

I chose Vivax for my exterior window trim repair project mostly because they painted my home a few years ago and I was hoping to get some of the repair covered by warranty. The estimator was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He identified the areas were covered under warranty and which weren't. I feel like I was given a fair deal. The work crew was friendly and respectful of my property. They did a great job and completed the project on time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Vivax painted our house last week and did a great job. The project manager patiently explained the entire process ahead of time and checked in daily. We did a walk-around of the entire house at the end to make sure everything looked good before the painters left. The painters (Dos Hermanos) were super nice and professional and responsive to all my questions. We felt very comfortable with the entire process. read more

I hired Vivax Pros to paint 70% of the interior of my home. My experience with Vivax Pros was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Kevin, where expenses and procedures were well explained and my questions were answered, to the actual project with Austin and his team. Austin was professional and friendly and took time with me on the walk through to understand the entire project and was available during the project to provide updates and answer my questions. Austin's team was thorough, clean, and hard working. I would absolutely recommend the Vivax team to friends and family. read more

Vivax Pros did a great job painting the exterior of my house. They were easy to work with, communication was great and I was fully satisfied with the final product. My only complaint might be that the job dragged on a day too long. Part of that was due to weather which we knew was coming so we moved up the painting day. Part of it was because my house had a lot of prep work to be done which may have been underestimated during the estimate. But I think that they could have finished a bit faster if that had a bigger crew working on my place. read more

Scheduled to get 7 windows replaced and a single door. Said the process would take a single day. It's been a disaster ever since, I had to let them know about putting one of the windows in the wrong place, they were sloppy, caulking around the windows looks like a child did it, I had to finish the paint job. Literally got a paint brush and paint and painted. They broke several pieces of siding that they had to replace, and damaged gutter spouts. It came to a point I didn't even want them to do anything else. The whole process started end of May and it's almost the end of August and I'm still waiting for the local permit to be signed off which I had to call the "project manager" to give me a copy and said it was never scheduled. Terrible. There are far better companies out there. Don't fall into the trap like I did. read more

I highly recommend Vivax Pros. They did a great job painting my house. Their meticulous prep work made the paint job look amazing. They were very professional and easy to work with. I had to delay the job a couple of times and they were very flexible to accommodate my needs. Clean up was so thorough! The house looks wonderful and I know I have a quality paint job that will last a long, long time. I would never use anyone else! read more

I live at approximately 136th and Holly in Thornton in a NO SOLICITING COMMUNITY. A young couple in a Vivax van knocked on the door and when I told her that she said sorry and then continued on to the other houses! I will be calling the better business bureau, City of Thornton and State of Colorado if necessary. I paid to live in this community because it has several NO SOLICITING SIGN at the entrance. I wish that your company would respect that! read more

I had a scheduled estimate for today, May 7, 2019 and the Project Planner, Jordan McVicker never showed up. Brady Story sent me a reminder email and said that he wanted to 'make sure I had the perfect customer service experience.' I confirmed the appointment even though I had not committed to painting this year. They solicited me by coming to my door. read more

We used Vivax Pros to paint the interior of our new condo, and wow, what an wonderful experience. From start to finish, Austin and his crew and the rest of the Vivax staff were extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to get started on our job quick, and even go out of their way to find our preferred paint. I was consistently updated on the progress being made and the final product was beyond our expectations. The lines and angles in our home made this a far from simple project, despite the size, but during the final walkthrough, we found very few spots that still needed touch-up. But the most important thing is, there WAS a final walkthrough, which is very rare in my experience with other contractors. I can't recommend them enough, and we are grateful to Vivax for making our new home feel like OUR home. read more

I scheduled an estimate and the sales person arrived on time. After going over his on-site estimate we decided there was no need to get a second & third bid. The power washers arrived as scheduled on 3/12 and did a good job. Painters arrived early on 3/16 to get the job done. Our project mgr Jamie walked around the house with the foreman to make sure our expectations were met. Painters scraped& caulked house and started painting the first day. They cleaned up at night and finished up by noon the next day. They even put up new light fixtures that we had purchased. Paint job was very professionally completed. Jamie met with us the next day to review the work. We are very happy with Vivax Pros. They are definitely pros at what they do. Will call them up when we are ready to paint the interior of our home. If you want professionals who do a good job, call Vivax Pros! read more

REVISED: Our Project Manager came out today to resolve our issues. It's nice to know that they do care, and will address the issues. It's nice to see a company that is willing to address failures to make their customers happy in the end. I do not recommend them. After numerous missed appointments, and many promises, we still have issues with our paint job. We were told 5 different times, "we'll be out today". I even called the main office, and just asked to be put onto the schedule. Yep - you guessed it - still a no show! They painted over peeled paint that was coming off of our house. No scraping the old paint at all. After 1 day of the job being done, the new paint started peeling right off. We were also told by the Project Manager that the address plate would be painted. The crew said they didn't have paint for that. Unfortunately, I've already paid them, with the understanding that my issues would be resolved. My mistake, and lesson learned. They got their money, and now I'm really leery about the warranty in the future. Very frustrating experience. We will now just fix it ourselves! read more

Horrible. Unprofessional. Untrained. First crew failed to properly paint the house interior, sprayed doors outside in the yard, have overspray on my siding and dirt/grass on the interior doors. Spilled paint everywhere. I sent the first crew home and told them not to come back. They lost hinge screws for interior doors and used wallboard screws from my toolbox in their place. Stripped out hinge screw holes so I had to fill and sand before replacing with proper screws. Destroyed my driveway gate and blamed it on the wind. The replacement crew was better, but by then it was nearly two weeks to get the house painted. Still finding things I need to fix, but theres no way in H--- I am letting them back in my house. read more

Painted our home and replaced some wood from hail damage back in Oct. The foreman that oversees the job was a real talker before the job. As we got into the job , he always has excuses. All I want out of a contractor is to do what they say they will do. They were very slow, dirty and the paint gun was splatteting the paint and was very streaky. They also said after the windows got replaced they would come touch up everything. I called office on multiple occasions and they said the super would call to schedule but NEVER did. I ended up doing touch up my self! Just saying... read more

***UPDATE 11/17/2017: Today, our project was completed. After leaving my original review below, I was contacted by a supervisor, Matt. He came out to my house, patiently listened to me vent about everything I was unhappy with, took detailed notes and got to work. He scheduled one of his best crews to come back to my house and entirely start over with my project. My house was re-scraped and prepped like the original crew had never even been here. My roof tiles were fixed and everything was properly cleaned up. I'm happy to say that the finished product actually is the quality paint job that we were hoping for when we hired this company. It's unfortunate that it took all this time and hassle to get to the end result, but now we are very happy with the paint job on our home.*** Original Review: This company overwhelms you with "Project Managers" to make you feel like people are really looking out for you. We had 3 people we were dealing with through this ordeal. It's great fun when they all start disagreeing with each other and claiming that "so-and-so didn't know what they were doing when they promised this or that". At one point, I wasn't getting return calls from ANY of them and had to resort to emailing an office manager lady to track them down. Let's talk about the job they did... It started off with some woodwork that we needed done.Just getting that done was a fiasco in itself. PM#1 saying that it's no problem, they do this all the time. PM#2 stating, "Oh no, we don't do THAT...." About a week later, finally the woodwork gets done. (A few roof tiles got broken, they left them laying in my flower bed.) THEN, paint day comes. Their CONTRACT states that they will caulk every seam, hammer in nail heads, caulk all nail holes and scrape and prime any areas of peeling paint. I was home the day they started. They "prepped", masked and spray painted my ENTIRE house in one day. How good of a job do you think they did? The entire day, I did not hear ANY scraping being done AT ALL and barely any hammering. AND, they were spray-painting my house IN THE DARK that night, without even a flashlight! The next morning, I saw what I expected. Nails not nailed in, peeling paint had just been painted over, various areas with no caulking done at all. So I called my PM#3 and told him I had ISSUES to discuss. He shows up and I show him all my areas of concern. "Oh yes, these areas weren't prepped properly. I'll have my team come and address this." The next day, and every day after that first day, the team came back to my house AFTER 5pm to "fix issues". So, after they worked on someone else's house all day, they came to fix my issues IN THE DARK. I kept pointing out issues, like areas that weren't scraped. They would scrape that spot and prime it and repaint it. I had to tell PM#3 MULTIPLE TIMES that I want the WHOLE HOUSE checked for nails that weren't caulked and paint that wasn't scraped! Am *I* supposed to be the one to go around and QC every inch of my house for work THEY didn't do? There was spray paint on leaves stuck in cracks around my electrical panel that they didn't even bother to remove before painting. I now have spray painted over spider nests and bug nests under my eaves! Two days after the painting started, I was raking leaves on the side of my house. and raked into a giant puddle of SPILLED PAINT! Someone on the crew spilled half a gallon of paint ON TOP of my sprinkler system control box and COVERED IT UP WITH MY MULCH instead of cleaning it up! Like I'd never go looking for my sprinkler system control box again? There was paint on my deadbolt. There still IS paint on my house numbers! They painted my front door red (in the dark, bugs stuck to it before it dried, they had to come out and repaint that too) and then washed their paint brushes out on my front lawn so now I have a big patch of red grass I get to look at all winter! When I asked if the paint was going to kill my grass, I was told "I don't know, but if it does, we'll come back in the spring and replace it." The final insult...after a week worth of showing up at my house in the late evening to fix issue after issue, the last issue to fix was the roofer who replaced the roof tiles that had to be removed for my woodwork, put them all back in the wrong order so the last roof tile was hanging over my gutter by about 3". I had asked that they come back and correct the roof tiles back to the way they looked when they took them off. What did they do? They came out and SAWED OFF the offending 3" of extra roof tile. From start to finish, EVERYTHING this company did was shoddy and cut-corner. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING unless you want to feel entirely ripped off when the whole mess is over with! ...And this is where their "4-star" review comes in... they like to say, when you're complaining to them about issues, "This just doesn't sound like something we'd do! We have great Yelp reviews! I'm sure that's why you hired us! Right?!" Right. read more

A "Senior Project Generator" rang my doorbell incessantly and proceeded to knock on my front door like it was an emergency. Not knowing who it was, I hung up the phone call I was on and rushed to the door. Not recognizing the person standing there, I quietly looked through the peep hole as he knocked again, stood on my stoop for 15 more seconds, leaned to his left, took a good look through my front window and then shoved a card through the door. Needless to say, I will not hire any company that is desperate or rude enough to disrespect my privacy by sending "senior"representatives who act in such an unprofessional manner. read more

We were introduced to Vivax at the Denver Home show and had them out to give us a proposal on replacing our existing deck on a recently purchased home. They came out when promised, brought material samples, discussed our project, took measurements and then returned with a proposal (with 3 options) in just a few days. After receiving some competitive proposals, we decided to use Vivax for our new deck. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and their crew was extremely professional. I actually kept a pretty close eye on their work and they didn't try to shortcut anything. On top of that, there weren't any surprise "change orders" (which seems to be the way most contractors are operating these days)! The end result is a beautiful new deck that we are extremely happy with, for the price we agreed to at the beginning of the project. What more could we have asked for? Good job, Vivax! read more

Started positive enough. Quick call back and estimator came at the agreed time. Lots of glossy brochures and marketing materials. Cost was the highest of the three cross quotes I solicited but not unreasonable if I was assured a top quality job. When I called the estimator "Matt" back to discuss the other bids I received and Vivax's flexibility (as previously agreed) I got no call back. Called his mobile, wrote him an email, same thing. Called the main office and the receptionist apologized and had him call me back in less than two minutes. Good old Matt barely remembered me much less our conversation to follow up after the other bids. I reminded him he said he had some flexibility in the Vivax number based on scheduling gaps and that he would work to come closer to the competitor prices. Matt now told me I could post a Vivax sign in front of my house for a week if I wanted to shave off 50 bucks. I asked Matt to confirm with his manager and call me back as this was not consistent with our previous conversations. He agreed to call me back before close of business. Needless to say its been three days and no call back. Similar to the other reviews here its clear these guys are in the business of the hard sell. They will bid your job on the spot and negotiate with you some what but its for the purpose of committing on that initial visit. Its a lot like having a car dealership show up at your front door. And if you dont bite and intend to cross quote and ask them to actually do some competitive work with their bid its clearly outside their business model. They are a big shop that is all about volume and the appearance of professionalism. In the end you are paying top of the market for those glossy marketing materials because the project management and baseline customer service experience you expect is smoke and mirrors. read more

I am SHOCKED that people have given such good reviews. I was promised: sanding, primer, and TWO coats of paint. No sanding was done and then they used a paint and primer in one and only put on one coat of that. The job should have taken anywhere between 7-10 days and they were in and out of my house in 3. I should have never gone with this company. read more

They SUBCONTRACT the work. I was pleased with paint job, but the painting company left caulking tips and tape rolls around. You could tell the painters foreman knew their name was not at stake. Don't let them fool you into thinking they will have corporate type standards. Their reps don't last long with them either. They sub contract everything, paint, woodwork and pressure washing. read more

Overall really good. They got me an estimate quickly and they got the work done promptly. Their inital estimate was higher than the others and they worked with me to come down. The painting was good- there were some areas where they did not catch drips- but not bad. I had them do some staining and that took a couple of adjustments- but they were willing to come back and work on it until I was satistified. Will use them again. read more

We needed to find a painter quick who could work with insurance. Despite seeing only mediocre products on neighborhood homes we decided to use Vivax. I have truly never used a company that is so disrespectful of their customers. From top to bottom we had terrible experiences. We ended up firing them before the job started due to the problems. Worst contractor experience we've had in the Denver area hands down. read more

They did a great job on our brick house. We shopped around and found them to be the best price, which also included a great warranty and money-back guarantee. Matt and Wade were great in helping us pick out our colors and get everything scheduled. And the painting crew even went above and beyond and replaced some window shutters for us. I can't speak about other peoples' experience, but in our experience, the painting crew was exceptionally clean and picked up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I had Vivax paint our interior since we have an area with a very high ceiling and were unwilling to try and paint that ourselves. The customer service was absolutely excellent and they were very helpful with picking colors; however, the actual workmanship was lacking. I had them come out multiple times to fix things and finally gave up. To be fair, they have their warranty and would always come back to fix it, no questions asked and I really appreciated that fact but felt I shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place. The painters taped too high and there is an odd line of color on my ceiling. They missed a few spots, got paint on my thermostat and door trim throughout the house, and when they sprayed they didn't tape off well and the dark paint color settled on the light colored walls. They came out to fix all of these things and did, except for the high tape line so there is still a dark paint line on my white ceiling. Overall, excellent customer service, slightly higher quote than another painter we checked out, but mediocre, at best, quality of workmanship. I'd give 2.5 stars and would not work with them again. read more

One of the reasons I chose Vivax Pros was the reviews I read. Now I feel it is important to share my experience to help other homeowners. Vivax was the most expensive bid I received but I thought the warranty they offered was worth it. I did the final walk through with the PM today and as I pointed out issues; paint on stone I was told oh that was there before, rough finish on a door that's how it was from the previous painter yet the crew painted over a a hornets nest at the front peak of the home and he didn't notice that. If you choose them take pictures before because they have every excuse in the book to not correct things. read more

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT contract this company to do any staining. We had a brand new red oak staircase installed and they stated they could do the work. We found out that they don't do staining and sub-contracted it out to some people who had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. They completely botched the job and now we have to pay a flooring company to come fix it costing us a ton of extra money. The people who stained the stairs didn't sand a single thing. They stained right over black scuff marks and dirt that were on the treads and Newels. Buyer beware of these guys. read more

Stay away!!!! They are extremely unorganized and our paint job was a mess. It was so bad that our project manager, Shawn, agreed to give us a minimal price reduction so the crew did not have to come back a third time. The project started out with the power washing crew not showing up on the scheduled day and no one called to tell us they weren't coming. I called late in the day after I realized they weren't coming and they said they would have to reschedule to Tuesday of the next week. Guess what? No one showed up again. I called the main office about 3pm and they knew nothing about it but said someone would call me. One of the power washers that was way up north said he had 3 houses to still do and he would come by when he was done. The painting started that Friday and took until the next Wednesday to finish up. The crew only came for a few hours each day and were sometimes sleeping in their van. We checked out the house when it was finished and there were some serious problems. They forgot to paint a downspout and gutter, the caulk around most windows was a mess, they spilled paint all over the brick and patio, the trim paint had dripped on the field paint, the old paint was showing through along the bottom edges, they didn't paint the side trim piece of the garage, etc. We had a list of 50 items to be fixed. Obviously our project manager, Shawn, never came by during of after the job was finished. Several days later we did a walk through with him and gave him the list. The painters came back to fix things and they only did 8 items on the list and some of it looked worse. We did another walk through with Shawn and pointed out what didn't get done. He said "let me get the painters out here again." It had been 5 weeks since the power wash and were fed up. We asked for a discount and we would complete the work on our own. The discount was minimal and not enough to compensate our time for the two full days it took to fix everything. The work was appalling and promise of quality is a joke!! read more

This was a hard one, the experience was not that great but the end product and the final result was fantastic. So I am sure this is not how it usually goes for them and it goes to show that your employees are the face of your company, good or bad. They offered a good price and a great warranty, the sale was there and then it went downhill. The woodworking manager was rude and a waste of time, he brought his dog and played with it in my yard while my dogs were locked up inside. He was late, broke my gate and did nothing to help. Their first paint crew was awful, as soon as the supervisor left, they took off. This was supposed to be done on a Wednesday, did not get completed until Saturday. Some bad employees in this company, that being said, Ben came out and took on the job after it was a disaster, he got a new crew that worked hard and did an amazing job. There were a few changes and I was picky but they crew took it in stride and went above and beyond what I asked for. At the end, Logan the owner came out and met with us, apologized for everything that happened and made it right. This could be just a comedy of errors on one job so talk with them, ask for Blake and just make sure that you ask questions and set expectations. read more

Update: Since posting the below review, Vivax contacted me to see what they could do to try and make up for the poor experience. I was impressed they monitored these reviews and cared about the customer experience and their reputation. They ended up doing more work for me free of charge and did an excellent job. Because of this, I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. ____________________________ Original Review: I would steer clear of Vivax Painting. Here's a summary of my experience: The Bad: The workers drank on the job and left beer bottles in my closet I would show up and the workers were outside smoking. They would work for 20 minutes, then take another break They left cigarette butts and other trash all around my yard They left uneaten food on the ground outside attracting ants They painted a main accent wall the wrong color (later fixed it) They painted the wrong accent wall (later fixed it) I was told the job would take 4 days, but it took two weeks They got paint on the brick fireplace and did not remove it They got paint on the cement front door step and did not remove it They broke some of the light switch and outlet covers and lost some of the small screws, which was annoying They wouldn't finish a room completely, they would do everything in stages There was paint everywhere...on the sink, counters, windows, etc. The tape they used for the floor plastic removed the top layer of our hardwood floor coating, making it a different color We had to spend more time than anticipated with the project manager to ensure things were moving along The Good: They were flexible about the start date We had them remove some wallpaper, and they did a good job texturing the wall and painting Once the painting was done, it looks pretty good Because of all the problems, they gave me a discount read more

We had a wonderful experience with Vivax. Our project manager Rachel was attentive, conscientious and very quick to address all of our questions. The initial walk through and estimate were really good and done professionally. The day of painting did not start out well. I took the day off from work to do the pre-painting walk through and was told that the painters had some last minute work to do on another house and that they would be back at noon. Then after waiting around for them to return I received a call stating they would not be able to make it out that day and would come the next day of which I explained to the project manager that me and my husband both work and would not be able to be there the next day for payment and he said he would work it out. I showed up to the house after work and the painters looked to be almost done and then they just up and leave and say nothing about leaving or coming back or anything (not that they really could since they really couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them due to language barrier). I then had to call the project manager to find out what was going on and it turns out they ran out of paint and it looked like rain so they were going to come back the next morning and finish. Once again we are having to explain that we work and I had to take more time off to make sure I was back for payment only to have the painters leave yet again and no one explain anything to me. By now I'm really upset and not happy. I received a call on Saturday asking to make arrangements to collect payment and do the final walk through on Monday. (yet again more time to arrange off). I also notice that the paint for the trim on our door and porch are not the same color as the rest of the house. Of course I thought it was just lighting. I then did the final walk through only to mention to them that there was still tape and paper on the house that they forgot and showed them the areas they missed and the fact that they painted a trim area the body color. They assured me they would come out the next day and fix it. Yet again, another day. So now we're going on 4-5 days of painting and fixing. The painters come back out and paint the areas they missed and low and behold the color is wrong just like the front trim. I call the project manager and explain this to him and he says they'll come out and look at it and that it's probably something wrong with the paint and he's seen this a few times this week. REALLY????? That's encouraging. So yet again they come out and try to fix it and the color is still not right. Not to mention one of the painters just runs around picking fruit off our fruit trees and berry bushes and just starts eating them like our yard is a buffet or something. They of course have to come back yet again on Monday after speaking with the paint store manager to get the color fixed. By now I'm really fuming over this whole ordeal. They come out, thankfully the color is right but, they miss a whole area that I only told them a zillion times about needed to be repainted. After this whole ordeal and the time off from work I can't say that this has been a very positive experience. We spent quite a bit to get our house painted and we shouldn't have these many problems. I didn't expect the painters to be sloppy, disorganized, and have trash all over our yard either. read more

This is what I expect from professionals! I called 4 different painters in the area, 2 no-showed and 1 was up front with me and said they were too booked. Vivax showed up the day after calling, did the consult, got the project manager out here and then finished the job 1 week later. They matched the paint and were efficient with their time. They even charged $150 less than another quote from Premier Painting (DON'T call them). Vivax doesn't collect payment until they come back out and assess the job with you - amazing :) Thanks! read more

I cannot imagine having a better experience having ones house painted. From the first conversation about our estimate, to the last touch-ups, the team was professional, reliable, friendly and got the job done beautifully. Even when we hit a bout of stormy weather during the process, and rain delayed the job a bit, the team stayed in contact, monitored the situation daily, and showed up to keep working as soon as the weather allowed. I paid over $5,000 to Vivax Pros and there has always been problems. They do fix the issue but it takes them multiple times to fix the issue.I had them replace several fiber cement boards and I had to watch them to there work and after they were done it was done incorrectly and had them take it all down and redo it. The second time it was done correctly. I have spray spots that can be seen and I was told they will get fixed, that was 2 months ago and still has not been fixed. I have spots were the costs were not applied correctly and needs another coat to make it look correct. For the money I spent to get my house painted I would expect a lot more. Be awar if you go with these guys you will have to watch all the work they do through out the process to make sure it is done correctly. ** Update, 03/02/16 Shawn took over my project and has fixed the issues I had when my project was initially done. Vivax does a great job in fixing the issue, however it may take longer than you would like to have issues resolved. I highly recommend Shawn as a PM and Martìn did a great job painting. read more

My husband and I had our house painted recently by Vivax Pros and we couldn't be happier. Our initial consultation was with John and we then were assigned project manager Brett Schollmann. Brett and his crew were very professional. His crew did an amazing job and they didn't even have to touch up the paint afterwards. We are super happy with the job Brett and his crew did. We highly recommend Vivax Pros and I know you will too! read more

We did finally hear back from Vivax, and they took care of our woodwork and did some more touchups. In the end, we wound up with a pretty good result. Our project manager was apologetic that it took so long, and he explained that their carpenters were just slammed at the end of season. Understandable, and I just wish the communication had been better while we were waiting. read more

My husband and I used Vivax Pros. to paint the entire exterior of our home. We found them from a female associate jogging through the neighborhood and stopped to say hello. She was very approachable and friendly and easy to talk to. She scheduled an appointment promptly with the salesman who came to the house to give a quote on the project. The salesman Sean explained in great detail what the project was and what the house needed. He was very honest and not pushy at all. I did not feel pressured into making a decision. He explained my options and I explored them all with other companies and was pleased with what Vivax offered above the others, specifically with the prep and how the company uses their employees. The other thing I like more with Vivax is that you are assigned a project manager that keeps the job in line so nothing is missed and the prep, and anything you need, is done to your liking. That turned out to be a significantly important piece of this job. Sean gave me an out-the-door full price quote and helped us assign some colors we liked as well. We are terrible with colors and he had a wonderful eye for it so that helped us tremendously. I was able to schedule when I wanted the project started and was given an email associate to ask all questions with and sign paperwork to start the project. Her name was Anna. Anna is AMAZING. I could email her anything, any question, any time and she was so caring and very responsive. I was new to the whole process and she cleared everything up that I needed help with. Everyone with Vivax from the salesmen to the managers and email associates are all on the same page, they all offered the same information, there was no confusion at all about what you're getting with your job. Once the project started you have your laborers that prep and paint and the project manager that observes the job and works with you to make sure nothing moves on to the next step until it was done exactly how they said it would be. Our project managers name was Patrick. Patrick didn't miss a thing, and if something needed to get done, if the workers couldn't do it he did it himself, no questions asked. Patrick is simply amazing, and so incredibly respectful. If something wasn't done to my liking that I noticed at any time, I could call or text him and it was taken care of. Patrick made the whole project less stressful and a lot smoother than if I didn't like something and had to complain to the workers myself. The team I had was mainly 2 gentlemen, Alfredo and Christian they worked very hard and did their best. In my opinion all clients want is what we were promised in the packaged deal at the beginning but sometimes there's a lot more offered than what's realistic just to make a sale, but Vivax delivered on what they promised in the beginning. Patrick specifically walked around our house and worked very hard to give us exaclty nail for nail what we were promised which absolutely amazed me. He never once treated me as an idiot girl or just a stay at home mom with no knowledge. I was treated as a smart, respectable individual that owned the home and wanted it to look at certain way. I rarely get treated with such respect. I didn't pay a penny until every nook and cranny was to my liking. Once it was completed exactly how I wanted no questions asked, we happily paid for the service. I strongly recommend people use Vivax Pros. They work very hard to make sure your home is painted with the utmost care and professionalism. They leave it clean exactly how it was when they arrived. The entire team was extremely kind and professional, my husband and I were so relieved we ended up going with this company. From start to finish it was handled with care, attentiveness, respect and professionalism. I would absolutly use them again without question and recommend them to anyone. They work hard for 5 stars and I'm happy to deliver that rating. Thank you Vivax Pros. for a wonderful experience, our home looks better than it ever has before. The quality was truly worth any cost and I recommend them to anyone. read more

Vivax has painted our house three times over the last dozen years or so and put on a new roof once. The first time I found about Vivax, and read about their attention to detail, and their warranty I felt it was a good choice for us. The first painting everything went great. They sealed all the nail heads, caulked the house well, and scrapped any loose paint. Painting was excellent and they did a great job. I highly recommended them to others.A few years later, we had another big hail storm. I choose Vivax to do the painting and the roofing since they had started doing roofing as well. Since they did such a great job on the painting the first time, I thought we would have the same results the second time along with the painting and the roofing. Boy, was I wrong. Not sure what was up with Vivax at the time, but the painting was terrible and it took multiple times to get them to come back out and take care of the problems. The first crew they used was just awful and they vandalized our BBQ and were sloppy and awful. They still treated us this way even as we treated them to pizza and ice cream for lunch and supplied cold water over the three days they worked. Sickening. Vivax send a touch up crew out three different times and they all did awful work. Vivax finally dug out a small crew of two that fixed all the painting problems and did good work and they had to completely repaint an entire side of the house. So that was the painting. The roofing was worse. I ended up having to spend a week reroofing and repairing part of the house myself due to water damage from their poor installation of flashing and caulking. Vivax didn't even cover all of my material costs, even though I did all the labor. I was not happy, but I know it was done right as I did it myself. The the next time we had a hail storm I spent a week and painted the painted the house myself. In 2023 we had another major hail storm and it took awhile to get our insurance sorted out. I was busy with other projects and did not have time to paint the house. I did not know who I was going to choose this time around to paint the house, but two of my neighbors both had Vivax paint their homes and they were happy with the results. One neighbor even knew the bad experience I had with them before and said they still choose them because of their outstanding warranty. I talked with Vivax regarding the problems they had before and they assured me that they would do a great job. Since we ran out of time in 2023 season to do the painting, they did the painting in April 2024. I'm very happy to report, the Vivax went back to their roots and did what they do best, paint houses with detailed work. The siding took a huge beating from the 30 minute golf ball sized hail. They carefully scrapped and sealed the entire house. I'm very particular and inspected all of their work, especially the prepping of the house. Everything was done with good attention to detail and I felt good about the prepping and gave the go ahead to paint the house. The painting went well and they did an excellent job. I can highly recommend them again.I'm glad that Vivax has gotten back to their roots and are just concentrating on painting homes the best they can. Their hard work shows and I'm very pleased (shocked even) with the quality of their work. So I feel very good about recommending their work again. Highly recommended. read more

We just had 20 windows and a large sliding door replaced that had been damaged by hail last July, 2018. We used Vivax Pros for our window project. They installed Milgard windows which are made here in Colorado. We like to support Colorado made products. We selected Vivax Pros because they removed all the old trim boards and installed the new windows almost like in new construction. They installed three layers of protection-- an ice and water shield on the rough framing, followed by back caulk on the nail fin, then another layer of ice and water shield and of course the trim and paint. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Vivax Pros. The Project Manager brought in a team headed by a gentleman, Anthony. We had up to six men working on both Monday and Tuesday, April 8th and 9th. We had specifically asked that all windows be installed and outside trim and caulking be done the same day as the window install. We didn't want moisture getting into our home. This team was miraculous. There were men everywhere. They started out by laying plastic to protect my just cleaned carpet and newly refinished hardwood floors. The first day they installed 15 windows. The second day they installed the remaining five windows and the over size sliding door. During this time the young men worked constantly, taking little time out for breaks or lunch. The team was polite and worked very hard. Most of the outside trim and caulking was done on the second day. A blizzard was forecast the third day, Wednesday, Apr 10th. The young men doing the trim worked well past 8:30 pm on Tuesday to ensure all the window trim was completed and windows were properly caulked and sealed before the storm hit. Part of the team arrived the morning of the storm to finish inside caulking and clean up. One young man even cleaned the dust off my dresser! The painter was here the following day to touch up interior paint. He was kind enough to help re-install window blinds as my husband's health isn't good. He was also a joy to have working in our home. We've had a great deal of work done in our home in the past year, from interior and exterior painting, to hardwood floor refinishing to updating our kitchen with new counters, back splash, and cabinet refinishing. Each project came with a set of headaches. We dreaded this project. But we can say without a doubt this window installation has been the easiest and best experience of all. Our expectations were surpassed and we owe that to the Project Manager who worked diligently and fine young men that installed our windows. We were treated in a courteous manner and our home was respected. But most importantly, the Project Manager went out of his way to keep his word and ensure the team was fulfilling the Vivax promise. We highly recommend Vivax Pros for your windows. read more

I am going to focus on the follow up on the warranty with my review. I think one area my wife and I were somewhat skeptical about was the satisfaction warranty and whether that was something that was really honored. Actually, I am one of those people who will usually not pay extra for an 'extended warranty' as I believe the stats are that most things don't fail within the warranty period. Well, this time it was a very prudent call. We have cedar siding. After Vivax's first attempt at painting our house we noticed one side of the house, even after just a year, was peeling and flaking in certain areas but all over (the south side of the house). I called Vivax and they came out and took care of it, no questions asked. Well, another year passed and, again, the flaking and peeling. They came out this time with an idea from a paint consultant and with some changes to the paint took another shot at it. Turns out there were dynamics on that side of the house that would cause this peeling and flaking that were not occuring on the other sides. The other sides look great from their first application. Logan, the VP of Production came out when we called again for warranty work and took a detailed look at what was going on. It was clear that his goal with our repeated warranty claims was to get this issue evaluated and solved. Vivax then spent the next many days, leading to weeks, painstakingly scraping and sanding the side of our house having the adherence issues. I was amazed that they did not just throw up their hands, shrug their shoulders and say they did all they could. Once the scraping and sanding was done (including the thin top edge of the lap siding that tended to flake), that side of the house was hand painted as opposssed to sprayed. It is a wide and very high side of our ranch home. In fact, to get the job done in a timely manner, Logan came out and finished the job himself as there were demands on his crews. Remember that our cedar siding situation was unique and a bit baffling and one they had to study and come up with a game plan that would work. Logan mentioned that our unique siding issue has helped them to understand and employ methods to avoid our situation with other projects they take on. I think in all of our jobs and work we discover new challenges that we did not encounter in the past and we have to come up with a new way to resolve and satisfy the customer. Two HUGE thumbs up to Vivax and Logan for having the integrity and determination to honor their warranty and get the job done no matter what to our satisfaction even with an anomoly with the siding. Long review here but I don't often feel this strongly about a company and especially their follow through. I highly reccommend them! read more

Vivax warranty is fantastic. May 22, 2023 I contacted Vivax Pros because I had one of the window trim boards lifting due to some water. Today, Dylan, the Warranty Manager, came by at 8 AM and looked at it, and walked around the house to ascertain any other issues. He found a place to touch up the bottom of the garage door in the back. He arranged for Able, his painter to come back later this afternoon which he did. He repaired and painted the window framing board and the bottom of the door. Took him about 15 minutes. Can't speak highly enough about this company and it's warranty. I have a nine year warranty on the workmanship and painting. Will definitely use them when it is time to paint again. Vivax Pros Painting is truly a professional painting company. When I wanted to paint my two story house I got four bids and while Vivax was a bit higher, it was still a fair price. But the references and recommendations were what sold me. I was not disappointed. They are exceptional from the bidding process which included Lindsay Luchette coming out and spending an hour reviewing the paint project including the necessary repairs and giving me the option to have someone else do the repairs or have Vivax do the repairs, like replacing wood. Great communication is one of the trademarks of this company. We were assigned a project coordinator, Molly Dignan, who regularly sent updates with dates and time for the HOA approval, the woodwork walk through, the actual woodwork, the power pressure wash of the house, and the exterior prep and paint. The woodwork manager was Tanner Horan who was in touch via email (my preference) on dates and time. The paint manager, Brett Allenbach touched base three days before the paint crew led by Benny, arrived. The first day of the paint project, Benny and a crew of four arrived to prep the house by caulking and taping the windows. They also began painting the body of the house. The second day they did the remainder of the body, and the trim. The third day, morning only, Benny and his helper finished up with the details. Brett came and walked around the house finding places for small touch ups that even I didn't catch. Then Brett, Benny and I walked around the house inspecting it again. From start-the initial cost estimate-to the finish Vivax personnel were professional and polite. Vivax did what they said they would do-they upheld their contract. Another reason for me selecting Vivax was their 9 year warranty on paint. They will come out to fix it, no questions asked. I believe them. Benny and his crew were fantastic, arriving on time and leaving at 5 pm, having cleaned the premises of paint and ladders. Yes, I highly recommend Vivax Pros. read more

From start to finish this was just the most positive experience. Nick was so helpful giving me a better idea of what the colors we picked would actually look like with some mock ups to compare with the entire stone face of my home. I had attempted with several different applications but was not able to get it to work. Having those done by him gave me the immediate confidence on our choices. Thank you goes out to Steven the project coordinator who eased so much of our stress trying to create those mock ups on our own suggesting we reach out to Nick. As our project got closer we were contacted by Austin our project manager. He verified all of our color choices and stayed in constant contact during the entire process letting us know exactly what to expect as well as asking if we had any specific concerns. There was never any wonder on our end as to how this process would go. I am all about communication. This is probably my number one pet peeve with companies. Having that communication is so helpful. Oh man let me talk about this team. They were incredible. Arnold lead his group amazingly. They were so very respectful to my home and outside belonging. We had cleared and secured basic items away from the project but there were some architectural landscape elements and landscaping that just couldn't be moved. They made sure everything stayed safe without any damage during their painting process. The pre work put in with all their prep was incredible. Their process is not just to paint your home but to protect your home investment. They prepped things we didn't even realize needed it. We had a power outage in our area during their work. It definitely put a hiccup in their completion expectation for that first day. I was not able to provide a for sure time it would come back on just an estimate. They stayed and shifted their work to wait it out to be able to resume. That was great. It didn't add that time on later because they made a plan B and continued to be productive. They continued to keep control of the outside area to make sure miscellaneous materials and paper didn't get out of control and out into my neighborhood. We originally chose Vivax because of the clean and controlled situation they created while doing both of my neighbors homes. Final walk around went great. Minimal areas to be addressed and they were immediately. We could not be happier with our final results. Austin explained the going forward process again with any concerns that might arise and our warranty and how that process would be if we needed it. All in all wonderful experience with a wonderful outcome. read more

I needed to have my house painted due to the hail storm last fall in Highlands Ranch. I chose to use Vivax because my daughter had previously worked with them and said they were very professional. As soon as I contacted them, I was assigned to Rachel who coordinated every step from having Nicki come out to check out the paint damage to working with my HOA on getting color approvals and even referring my roofing damage to the Vivax roof coordinator to get my roof checked out. Rachel also worked with the Vivax scheduling desk and kept me up to date by email and phone calls. When Nicki came out, she went over the entire house and took all the necessary measurements to give me an estimate. The estimate included 3 warranty options and the woodworking that would be needed to prepare the house for painting. The options were for 6, 9, or 14 years of warranty. I chose the 9 year Vivax no exclusions warranty option which used Sherwin Williams super thick Duration paint. After I got my insurance estimate, Nicki went over it and worked with my insurance company to add the pressure wash cost which had been left off. Once the scheduling was done, I was contacted about who would be coming out and at what time to go over the steps being taken to prepare the house for painting. First, Wade came out to go over the woodworking that would be needed and he told me who and when would be coming out to do the pressure wash and the woodwork. He said I didn't need to be home to get those jobs done. Everything went as planned. Then, Bobby contacted me about coming out to go over how the painting would be coordinated and what to expect. After Bobby left, the painters arrived to start the prep work of scraping, caulking and priming the areas needing it. Ozmar, the Foreman, was great to work with. He showed me everything that would be done in preparation for the painting while pointing out areas that would need added caulking and some bonding work as well. Ozmar took personal responsibility to make sure everything was done right and then took me on a walkthrough to ensure I was satisfied with all the work. After Ozmar left, Bobby returned to do the final walkthrough and to ensure I was completely satisfied. Bobby showed me how the Vivax painting process ensures a smoothly layered look when viewing it from any angle. I noticed it had a nice semi-glossy look as well. I am completely satisfied with the painting and all the additional work that was done in preparation for the final job. I look forward to having Vivax to depend on for all my future paint and roofing needs. read more

This review comes from someone who used to paint homes professionally many, many years ago, but I know find the job to be more difficult than when I was 20. I would like to mention each person on the Vivax team by name but I am sure I will forget someone. In this case the use of the word TEAM is very accurate because we met and spoke with at least 5 or 6 people, all who were part of a house painting job that turned out perfect. After the first gentleman stopped by our house to ask if we were interested in a free estimate, we met Christa who spent several hours inspecting our house, our yard and all of the features in our landscaping that needed to be protected. She later met with us to show us paint samples to see if they matched the colors we wanted and they were exactly what we wanted. Then we met Aaron Crain who is one of the personable people I have ever worked with. He said he would be ready on any day I picked for the team to arrive and begin work. On that scheduled day the men arrived and because masking and covering everything around our house that needed to be protected. I have to stop here to mention by name the crew that I highly recommend to anyone that wants their home painted. Their names are Otto, Ricardo, Manuel. These men amazed us along with several of our neighbors who walked by and watched them work because they were so quiet, and they worked non stop. There were times when my wife and I wondered if they guys were still outside painting because they were so quiet. No loud music or talking, but they did talk quietly with each other. i believe their shortest day on the job was probably around 10 hours. We were so happy and comfortable with these men working around our house that we left on a few occasions to make trips to the store or doctor office and we never worried about the guys. In the end which was only a few days we ended up with a house that looked perfect and our neighbors asked for the name of the company because they were impressed. The day after the guys finished Aaron Crain arrived with a roll of blue tape and asked us to join him as he walked around looking for small blemishes or spots missed or drips. We found a few places that were very small but Aaron found small blemishes that we probably never would have noticed. That very night Otto, Ricardo, Manuel returned to make the job perfect. If I ever need another house painted I will not hesitate to call the Vivax Pro Team. Now I'm thinking about looking into Solar power and if I do anything it will be with this team. Vivax Pros did an outstanding job repairing, prepping, and painting my Tudor-style home. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. When I started looking into having some rotted exterior trim repaired, I decided to go with Vivax Pros. Neil project-managed the wood repairs, and his team did an amazing job matching the rough-cut trim and original style of the house. He went above and beyond to ensure the trouble areas and my concerns were completely addressed. They also did a great job balancing different wood options to preserve the aesthetics while keeping costs reasonable. Max managed the preparation and painting, with Nelson on-site overseeing the crew. Both were awesome! This was the third time I've had my home painted in 30 years, and I can honestly say Vivax Pros was the most thorough and professional of the three. They did the best job, offered the best warranty, and their price was in the same ballpark as the other bids I received. Had they painted it the second time, I wouldn't have had the rotted wood I had to have repaired this time! What really stood out was the attention to detail. They used drop cloths to capture old peeling caulk and paint and kept my landscaping remarkably clean throughout the project. They carefully taped the windows, exterior lights, and other areas, and even covered my solar panels with drop cloths. Most importantly, they primed all bare and scraped wood--including the lower trouble spots on the original siding--to provide thorough protection and ensure the paint adhered properly in those critical areas. I have no doubt my home is now much better protected from the elements than it was after any of my previous paint jobs. The project managers also did an excellent job explaining the process, communicating how and when the work would be completed, and setting appropriate expectations from the beginning. There were no surprises--the project ultimately went exactly as they said it would. Whenever I had a question or concern, I knew exactly who to contact and how to reach them, and they were consistently responsive and on time. I couldn't recommend a more thoughtful and professional company. They genuinely took an interest in my questions and concerns and made sure everything met my expectations. Based on my previous experiences, Vivax Pros is, without question, the best painting contractor I've worked with. I highly recommend them. read more

WOW!!!! FANTASTIC job from VIVAX Pros Painting Company. This is truly THE best painting experience I've ever had. I've owned many homes in the past and had other so/so painters, but this company stands by itself as the painters I will choose in the future. I highly recommend them for your home painting needs. We had our exterior painted, but I'm sure they are as thorough and detailed oriented when painting interior homes as well. From the initial meeting with Sam Kliewer I knew this was the company for us. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't pressure us to make a decision right on the spot. We told him we had another paint company coming over to give us a quote and he didn't try to persuade us one way or the other; he let us make our minds up and to give him a call whenever we made our decision. It took us four days to get back with him and not once did he call us to try to pressure us in going with Vivax Pros. This went a long way in our decision to go with Vivax Pros. The Project Manager was Jason Moore. Jason was also very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a real pleasure working with Jason every step of the way. When we changed the accent color at the last minute he was very understanding and provided us with several options. He kept us informed of the process and schedule until completion yesterday afternoon. Even during our walk-through, he saw one or two very minor spots that needed touching up that I didn't see, but wanted the job to be perfect. It's this attention to detail that makes this company the best painters around. Finally, what can I say about the actual painters. Jose was the lead painter and had two assistants with him. Jose also has the same traits as Sam and Jason. He always had a smile on his face and answered any questions we had during the painting of our house. They were very neat, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly, were GREAT painters. VIVAX Pros should be very proud and fortunate to have a team (of Sam, Jason, and Jose) working for them. Again, I HIGHLY recommend them to you; you won't be disappointed. David and Melissa read more

VIVAX did a FANTASTIC job painting our house! This is the second home we've had painted by VIVAX. The first was in Castle Rock, CO in 2014. Scheduling everything with VIVAX was easy! Communication was superb throughout, and their completed work was EXCEPTIONAL! Jason came out to the house to give us a quote on our painting project. We were impressed with his knowledge of the products that VIVAX offers, and the process by which they paint the houses. Initially we were only going to have the house trim boards painted because we have a stucco and stone house. But when Jason educated us about the way VIVAX paints stucco homes (i.e. spray the first coat and back-roll it, and then spray a second coat once the first coat dries) AND that they offer a 14 year warranty on their work (on STUCCO), we decided to have the whole house painted. Jason hooked us up with MacKenzie, who ensured we got our house colors picked out, that we were happy with our choices, and then set us up with the project manager (Isaiah) to finalize all of our needs and get the project done. Isaiah contacted us and verified all of our choices and project needs, fielded and answered all of our questions and concerns, and set up the start date for the project. Isaiah did a GREAT JOB communicating with us each day with the times the paint crew would be at our house, and what time they left, and he made sure everything was going smoothly each day. It only took three days for the crew to paint our house (and we have a 4800 Sq Ft home) - and that was with late afternoon showers each day. Wancy was the paint crews' foreman. He did an EXCELLENT job, along with the crew, painting our house! Wancy kept everybody on point, and they were very methodical in the execution of their job. The crew was very professional and very skilled at their craft! We also appreciated that, each day, they cleaned up their trash before they left. When the work was done, our house looked FANTASTIC. We really appreciate the efforts of EVERYONE at VIVAX. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIVAX for any paint job you might need on your property. A++++++++ David & Crystal Walters Elizabeth, CO read more

This company is excellent! We chose them after I interviewed many other companies and received many estimates. They are professional, kind, compassionate , hard working and committed to the customer and not just their profits! Dylan was fantastic as he reached out to me asking if we needed paint repair with the incredible warranty that is offered ! He was responsive, prompt , informative, non patronizing and honest. He put my mind at ease and helped me walk through the details and expectations of the project. Alexa then helped scheduled our appointment seamlessly and without trouble . The no exceptions policy and guarantees are a huge source of relief for our growing family. They stay true to their word and will be there for any wood, paint and gutter flaws that arise from weather , climate and accrued accidents. Justen ( our most spectacular painter ) is absolutely remarkable ! He touched up different areas of our home and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs on the paint that had peeled off from weather exposure and my children scooters hitting the house . The most incredible thing about Justen Is that he even repaired a really poor caulking job from a window company that Preformed horrible exterior caulking after we had our initial walk-through with Dylan. Although this wasn't his responsibility, his problem and it wasn't in the original plans, Justen was accommodating, helpful, and didn't complain and did outstanding work in helping my house look brand new again! He did a phenomenal job caulking, sealing, scraping and painting every spot on our home - especially the hard to reach and hard to see areas ! He was thorough, patient, attentive , respectful and kind ! The amount of craftsmanship , attention to detail , and trim work was extraordinary. They do gutters , wood work , painting and other household repairs ! Their 7 year Warrenty is top notch and stands up to all their promises ! Ask for Dylan and Justen - you will not be disappointed ! You should most certainly hire Vivax pros and not even think about other companies for all your Colorado painting needs! read more

I had a great experience working with Vivax Pros and would recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior work done on their home. They came highly recommended by several people in my neighborhood, and I can understand why. One of the things I appreciated most was the level of oversight throughout the entire process. Each phase had a project planner, project coordinator, or project manager involved to help oversee the work and keep things moving. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The person overseeing each phase consistently texted to let me know when crews would be arriving, which made it much easier to plan around the work. They were also very flexible with my personal schedule when a walkthrough required me to be present, which I greatly appreciated. The team repaired and replaced damaged siding and trim, pressure washed the house, and recaulked areas as needed. I also chose to have the gutters and downspouts replaced for an additional cost, and I was pleased with that work as well. There was a glitch with the trim paint color along the way, but Vivax Pros and the paint foreman Lewding took responsibility for the issue and remedied it by having new paint mixed and applying it to all of the trim. I appreciated that they didn't simply try to patch the problem--they made sure it was corrected properly. The team also conducted multiple final walkthroughs to make sure that any concerns I had were addressed. My project manager was Sarah Bulba and she listened to the feedback I provided and addressed each with understanding and patience. I appreciated the company's commitment to making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project and would recommend Vivax Pros. My one observation is that there seemed to be more follow-up visits than I would have expected to complete the project. However, I appreciated that they continued to follow through and make sure everything was done correctly and that my concerns were addressed. In the end, I am pleased with the quality of the work and the finished result. read more

Review: Stellar Exterior Paint Job by Vivax Pros I recently had the pleasure of working with Vivax Pro for an home exterior paint project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to quality stood out. 1. Color Choice: Iron Ore Trim and Alabaster Body a. The combination of Iron Ore trim and Alabaster body was a stroke of genius. Iron Ore, while not a true black, exudes sophistication and elegance. It's a soft black that adds depth without overpowering the overall look. Alabaster, on the other hand, provides a clean and fresh canvas, creating a beautiful contrast. b. Iron Ore's warm undertones complemented the Alabaster body perfectly, resulting in a harmonious blend that enhances the architectural features of my home. 2. Craftsmanship: Top-Notch Workmanship a. The paint application was flawless. The Iron Ore trim lines were crisp, and the Alabaster body had a smooth, even finish. b. Kudos to the paint foreman, Santiago, for his meticulous work. His attention to detail ensured that every corner and crevice received the care it deserved. 3. Project Management: Jessica's Expertise a. Jessica, my project manager, was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly, addressed my concerns promptly, and kept the project on track. b. Her knowledge of color coordination and understanding of my vision made the entire process seamless. I appreciated her professionalism and dedication. 4. Overall Impression: A Home Transformed a. My house now stands out in the neighborhood. The Iron Ore trim adds character, while the Alabaster body brightens up the facade. b. I've received numerous compliments from neighbors and friends, all thanks to Vivax Pro's exceptional work. In summary, if you're looking for an exterior paint company that delivers outstanding results, I wholeheartedly recommend Vivax Pros. Their team, led by Jessica and Santiago, turned my vision into reality. Thank you for transforming my home! We chose Vivax after reviewing no less than 10 quotes on our home. After doing our research and having a disappointing false start with one company, Vivax stood out with a comprehensive quote that covered issues that fell short with the others - combining a higher quality SW paint, longer warranty, more woodwork etc. Coleton was our first contact at our home and he was very thorough. He noted all of our wants and concerns and got the quote back to us pretty fast. Tyeler was the pressure washer and he is a poet and philosopher you should get to know!! He did an amazing job, He got all the nooks and crannies that were missed when we had the house washed months ago. (Make sure your pressure washer is using a gas-powered sprayer!) Isaiah was our main contact - title might be project manager. He was extremely good with communication. Responded to my questions even well outside business hours. He met with me for a walk around just before the job started. He was extremely detailed - asking a lot of questions I'd not even thought about. We really felt in good hands! Isaiah also pointed out a couple of places on the front of the house that had all been the same white/trim color that might look great some contrasting body color. We ran with it and are very pleased seeing the change. Painting took the better part of two days. Gama and his crew couldn't have been more thorough. They spent a LOT of time prepping, sanding and caulking. I saw them going through and paying attention to every nail hole. The crew was great to have around - they were laughing and playing some great music the whole time. The day after they finished, Isaiah came back for a final walkthrough. We found three very small spots that could use more attention. I wouldn't have spotted them. The crew was there and ripped through it. I remember every twenty-dollar bill I've had in my hands (I am frugal and spent 25 years in finance) and I was pleased to pay up. They didn't require a deposit. My only complaint is that they didn't have Vivax T-shirts I could wear to help them advertise! read more

Vivax just completed my house on 3/21/18. They were so easy to work with. They outbid 3 other 4 and 5 star rated painters. I first found them on Yelp with good ratings. I messaged them through yelp and they responded in a timely manner. I first talked to Kim. She was so nice and explained the estimate process. The estimator that came out was more thorough than the other companies I had out. They have warranties better than the competitors. The options depend on the paint you get. We did the Sherwin Williams Duration 9 year warranty. Painters book several months in advance. We had our estimate in October 2017 for a date in April 2018. They called me in January and were able to move up to March. It snowed the night before. The project manager Will still met me at the time we agreed on 7 am. We did a walk around with the crew to make sure we were on the same page. Due to the weather, they returned around 12:30. They worked until dark prepping for paint. Forgot to mention that they power washed the house the week before. Even got off some black mold spots on the side of the house by the AC unit. Back to the job. They nailed all the loose nails down, re-caulked everything that needed it including all the nail heads, and painted on primer to several spots and the lower siding by the ground. Tuesday they painted all the base and most of the trim. Wednesday they finished the trim and did touchups. I walked around the house several times with the painter. Will the project manager was very attentive, even sent me pictures. These guys set the bar high for other companies. My only detractor is very low. They don't remove numbers, lights, door bells, and gutters. I did all the lights myself. The gutters, they don't want to damage or have issues if they fall apart. I get it. I wish I knew ahead of time about the gutters. I may have pulled off. Either way the paint lines around the gutters look great. It matches, just a portion has the base color and not the trim color. I would use these guys again for sure. Indoor or outdoor. Give em a call and see for yourself! read more

Last week I had my house in Golden, Colorado, painted by Vivax Pros. They did an outstanding job and the results were better than expected. From the outset, they assigned a project manager, Sarah, and she was the best. She visited the house before the crew was scheduled and we went over what her company was going to do and then she listened while I told her what my expectations were. She confirmed my color choices and helped me select a third color for some detailed trim work on some large picture windows. She was in contact with me nearly every day prior to the job starting and kept me informed about the date that the crew would start. The day before the actual painting started she visited my home with the painting foreman and went over the job with him in detail, ensuring that he understood exactly what needed to be done. The next morning, Arnold, arrived with his crew before 8AM and they immediately went to work, scraping, caulking, and priming. By the end of the day they had finished all of the prep work on my two story home. The next day they arrived before 8AM and got right to work, masking and taping the windows. Very soon after they began painting the base color, and they finished that part by lunchtime. After lunch, they started on the trim colors and the entire house was finished before 5PM. Two days and they were done!! Sarah returned to do her inspection and then walked through the job with me to verify that I was satisfied with the work. Her crew was available to make any corrections on the spot and had cleaned up the area and packed their gear, while waiting to be released. Sarah reviewed the warranty and told me to call her if I noticed anything that needed to be corrected Im the next few days and it was finished. Everything was organized, very well planned and professionally executed. All for a fair price. Sarah was great! You should request her to be your project manager. The foreman, Arnold, was all business, and just got to work with no screwing around. An all around good job. Thanks Vivax Pros read more

VIVAX PROS is the only way to go!!! We were looking to complete our modest interior remodel (kitchen, living room and hall/stairways) with fresh new colors on the walls and ceilings. In February 2020, we went to the Denver Garden and Home show and were met with overwhelming selections of painting companies to consider, VIVAX PROS being one of them (prior to this we had never heard of them). We scheduled a in-home estimate with Vivax Pros and Kylee was amazing, knowledgeable and prepared with color wheels in-hand. She took time to get to know us and our vision. We received the bid and it was in range with the other bids we received. We chose to go with Vivax because they use Sherwin Williams products, guaranteed coverage at NO ADDITIONAL COST and have 1-yr warranty for touch ups. Our project was advanced to the schedule coordinator, Bree, who was personable and flexible especially because of the onset of the COVID-19 environment we all now find ourselves in. Once our project had a secured start date, our project was advanced to our Project Manager, Lindsay. Not one detail about our remodel project was lost from our initial meeting with Kylee. Lindsay, her manager, and the painting crew (Erik and Alex) all came in for the initial walk through listening to our goals and concerns and discussing their plan of action. The project started that day and wrapped up couple of days later. The attention to detail was great! The straight lines between light colored walls and the dark accent walls is precise and pleasing to the eye. They did an amazing job protecting floors, lighting, ceiling fans. And even Odie in the accounting department was great! He clearly received our request to mail us a paper copy of our receipt in the mail as well as sending us an electronic version. We are so incredibly pleased with VIVAX PROS. Professional. Detailed-oriented. Quality Service. Superb Value. On-schedule. Great Company. Thank you VIVAX PROS! read more

We recently had our home painted by Vivax Pros and the great experience we had deserves a glowing endorsement. This company had previously painted my mom's home and did an excellent job, so I felt very confident about contacting them to do ours. Our house is a single-story brick and our trim was in fairly good shape, so we just needed the main body painted. But despite it being a fairly straightforward job, both our project planner, Carlos Carillo, and our project manager, Joel Caro, took the time to explain the necessary prep and products that were specific to painting on brick vs. siding. They offered a 9 year, no exclusions, warranty. The quote I was given was also a hard price, meaning that the cost wouldn't go up even if extra work or materials ended up being needed. That made signing the paperwork much less worrisome. The original appointment to get a quote was great, and both Carlos and his trainer/supervisor did a wonderful job of answering all my questions and were able to fit me into their schedule in the time frame I requested. My walkthrough with Joel prior to the start of the project clarified some questions I had and really put me at ease about the whole process. He also made himself available throughout the entire process if I had and questions or concerns. The actual paint crew, led by Arturo, also went above and beyond in so many ways. Not only did they finish the job in record time, they did it extremely well with excellent attention to detail. They even took care of some additional things that weren't part of my quote, like the trim around my basement windows, priming some small areas of exposed wood around the garage door, and scrubbing a LOT of residue off the back of the house where the previous owners had planted climbing vines. Overall I couldn't be more delighted with Vivax Pros, their employees, and the entire experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting services! - Julie H. read more

We had an excellent experience with Vivax! It started with a very thorough estimate by Nicole. We had already received three estimates from other local companies and Vivax came in squarely in the middle; however, their estimate included a detailed accounting for some woodwork we would need to repair rotted siding and chimney trim. She pointed out some problem areas that the other companies failed to notice and, after consulting with a company woodworker, proposed efficient remedies. Every person we encountered through this company was warm, friendly, professional, and arrived at the agreed-upon time. The woodworker did an outstanding job of replacing the rotted boards and taking measures to protect from further damage. The powerwasher came that same day and did a very thorough job. The next day our awesome project manager, Jamie, and paint crew (five men, I believe) arrived. We started with a walk-thru and discussion of how various steps would be handled. Another walk-thru was done after the prep (plenty of scraping, caulking, and priming took place). Granted, we live in a smaller ranch house, but my husband and I were astounded that they were able to finish the project the same day! The quality of the job was impressive and they were very detail-oriented. During the final walk-thru (a couple of days later), the project manager and I noticed a few tiny imperfections--they were corrected by the day's end. We were extremely satisfied with our Vivax experience. We've had several neighbors ask who did our work. We finally, after twelve years living here, love the look of our home--and the price was very reasonable. I am confident that the no-exclusions warranty (nothing like this was offered by the other companies we looked in to) will be upheld based on the integrity of everyone we've worked with so far. Highly recommend Vivax Pro Painting! read more
